The research begins with crawling data from Twitter from September 2021 to October 2021; data cleansing; text translation into English; data preprocessing using NTLK performed with and without the lemmatization process; sentiment analysis using TextBlob; distribution of training and testing data with the Hold-Out method of 70:30 and 80:20; hyperparameter tuning with GridSearchCV; text classification with SVM and Random Forest; and testing the classification results by calculating Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F-Measure based on confusion matrix. In the process of timetabling thesis examination there are several problems that arise, namely the problem of determining examiners and their order, arranging space and time slots, which makes the timetabling process inefficient. This problem will be solved by using a genetic grouping algorithm (GGA) combined with the parameters of rank and research groups (RG), which have proven to be efficient to use to solve problems such as in the thesis exam timetabling process. The increase in hospitals causes stakeholders to choose the best choice among other hospitals. Therefore, hospitals must have a strategy to provide maximum service to stakeholders by implementing a customer relationship management model. With the website-based CRM modeling at the Ar-Rasyid Palembang Islamic Hospital, this is a recommendation for maintaining and increasing patient loyalty. One of them is modeling at the CRM level, where market segmentation is carried out for all groups of patients by means of service automation such as customer service, FAQs, criticism of suggestions, questionnaire polling data using the Community Satisfaction Index, and parts of it, so that it can survive during business competition. After conducting research, it was found that there was an increase in the quality of hospital services because the average per element was on the verge of 80–90%, which had a very good A value. In the context of CRM, this index helps identify the success or failure of CRM modeling in meeting customer needs and expectations. Through CRM modeling with SMIs, companies can identify factors that contribute to customer retention. By understanding customer needs and preferences through the Community Satisfaction Index. Souvenir mugs are the main product produced by Varisty Mug Souvenir. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Varisty Mug Souvenir's main shop was forced to close, this resulted in disruption of transactions between customers and owners and Varisty Mug Souvenir's sales decreased. aims to increase its sales and simplify the business transaction process by designing a web-based mug sales application with the feature of creating mug design mockups. The mug design mockup creation feature on the application will help customers visualize and make design decisions when placing an order. The development of a web-based mug sales web application will use the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and use the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The creation of the mug design mockup feature uses ImageMagick technology for the feature of generating mug design mockups that apply image distortion. The use of ImageMagick is done by running the command script on the command-line. In the application, customers can place an order for a custom mug by previewing the mug mockup of the desired design. In addition, the admin part of the application allows the admin to process and store data.

The government's decision regarding PPKM to reduce the level of Covid-19 cases forced the community to reduce the level of activities outside the home including work. One activity that has recently been popular with the public is watching movies through the online streaming service available on the Google Play Store. Applications with high total downloads and ratings show people's interest in the application. The WeTV online streaming service is an application that has high downloads and ratings on the Google Play Store. This service provides various types of content from various countries. However, the WeTV application also has drawbacks that can be seen in the reviews from users. Based on this, research was conducted on the classification of positive and negative sentiments from WeTV application users. There are two classification algorithms implemented, namely Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Apart from classifying positive and negative reviews, this sentiment analysis also aims to compare the performance of the two algorithms. The total data used is 100 data. The research was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis with a qualitative approach method, directly conducting interviews with Salatiga City Health Service Employees in the Public Health Sector. The main issue for this TES included a prediction for some particular disease likelihood in the cases of new patients. CF is calculated based on symptoms related to clinical signs in patients’ diagnoses. For some reason, this TES probably won’t predict uncertain things, such as particular disease likelihood of some diseases. So, supervised learning, such as linear regression, can solve this problem. We tried to analyse the existing TES for thyroid disorders due to modelling the regression equation to predict the thyroid abnormality particular disease likelihood, based on the symptoms’ CF value and its confidence level. We used multiple linear regression (MLR) and multiple polynomial regression (MPR) to analyse the best regression model to solve the problem. The results show that the MPR model indicates the best regression model for predicting particular disease likelihood of thyroid abnormality, supported by R-squared 94.7%, R-squared adjusted 94.4%, F-value 265.925, and p-value < 0.05, which are higher than MLR model. The very limited availability of information can cause difficulties for the community when searching for boarding houses. The purpose of this study was to produce a UI/UX design prototype for the Klaten Boarding House application which will display relevant and accurate information about the location of the boarding house, information on boarding facilities, costs and can place an order for the boarding house. The area that will be used as a research location is a boarding house around Widya Dharma Klaten University. In designing the UI/UX design, the Klaten Kos application prototype was made as attractive as possible by using Figma editing software. Data collection techniques carried out by the author are interviews, observation, and literature study.
