The specific objective of this study is to examine the link between the readiness of work-home resources in carrying out work from home, work motivation, and work-family conflict. The questionnaire is distributed to lecturers of public higher education institutes in Indonesia through online media by quantitative methods. Data from 131 respondents were then processed using SEM-SmartPLS. The results showed that work-home resource readiness negatively affected work-family conflict and significantly positively affected work motivation. Work motivation has no significant positive impact on work-family conflict. Thus, work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work-home resource readiness and work-family conflict. Further research regarding work-home resources readiness in another job field would give a different perspective as lecturers have more independent working time than other employees.","PeriodicalId":32350,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42960574","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, the study also analyzed the role of macroeconomic factors in bank stability. By applying Bayesian multivariate linear regression, the posterior probability results show that money supply growth and credit growth erode the soundness of the banking system. On the other hand, economic growth helps to improve banking stability, but this effect is not obvious; surprisingly, inflation also increases the banking stability of the Emerging and growth-leading economies. Finally, the study shows that the equity ratio to total assets has a reverse relationship with bank stability. Due to data limitations, this study has not yet examined the role of macroprudential policy instruments in maintaining banking stability. Hence, in future studies, besides the factors considered in this study, we should focus on analyzing the impact of macroprudential policy instruments on banking stability.","PeriodicalId":32350,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48672332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The unit of analysis used in this study is the people in Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial inclusion. Financial literacy has a significant effect on social capital, social capital significantly affects financial inclusion, and social capital mediates the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion. This result shows that social capital has a partial mediating role, meaning that the effect on financial inclusion goes through the main predictor variable, financial literacy and social capital. Therefore, the local government can take advantage of policies related to social capital to impact efforts to improve financial inclusion in the community and regional economic conditions. This study also explained that, in general, the people in the Malang Raya region had good financial literacy. Future studies should use qualitative exploration by conducting interviews with respondents to explain other phenomena, especially for people geographically unbankable.","PeriodicalId":32350,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45247110","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
