First, activation was carried out using 1000 ml of 6M KOH solution mixed with 100 grams of carbon at 100℃ for 72 hours. Next, the carbon is pyrolyzed at temperatures of 900℃, 1100℃, and 1300℃ for 2 hours. Next, the pyrolysis carbon was washed with 2M HCl for 24 hours and washed with distilled water until the pH was neutral. Electrical resistance measurements were made with torque variations of 10, 20, and 30 kgf. cm using the four-point probe method, then the conductivity value was calculated. Finally, carbon characterization was carried out using the XRD tool. The increase in pyrolysis temperature causes the carbon conductivity to increase, which is 2.3855- 4.2340 S/cm at 900℃ and 6.8203-11.4577 S/cm at 1300℃. The characterization of composite physical properties showed a density value of 1.1325 g/cm3, porosity by 1.53%, and water absorption by 1.33%. The physical properties of composites have met the standard SNI 03-2105-2006 and can be used as a composite replacement material. The characterization of the composite mechanical properties shows a maximum bending strong value of 25.15 kgf – 40.12 kgf, tensile strength of 11.31 MPa – 15.37 MPa, and a strong impact of 50.43 J/mm2-80.93 J/mm2 has met high impact ABS quality standards of 13.48 J/m2. Sample preparation was started by mixing 0.75 mL of 37% HCl in 49.25 mL of 96% ethanol and stirred with a magnetic stirrer for 10 minutes. Then 10 mL of TTIP (Titanium Tetraisopropoxide) was added dropwise using a dropper and the solution was stirred again with a magnetic stirrer for 60 minutes. Then added Cu with variations of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5% and stirred again for 60 minutes using a magnetic stirrer. The sol solution was then put into the furnace at a temperature of 100°C for 3 days. The crystalline sol solution was then mashed with a mortar to a submicron size, then washed with 50 mL of Aquades and stirred using a magnetic stirrer for 10 minutes. The washed samples were then dried in a furnace at a temperature of 100°C for 1 day. Followed by calcination for 3 hours with temperature variations of 450°C, 500°C, 550°C and 600°C to release the gases in the nanoparticles. Cu-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were characterized using test equipment such as XRD, SEM-EDX, and UV-Vis. From the results of XRD analysis obtained 3 phases namely Brookite, Rutile and Anastase, and the crystal size is unstable and the shape of the sample particles is tetragonal. The results of the SEM-EDX analysis showed that the content of the sample was in accordance with the experiments that had been carried out. Agave Sisalana fiber was taken from Sumber Agung Village of Rejo Stage District of Blitar Regency, East Java. Agave Sisalana fiber as a filler varies the composition of fiber mass 0 g, 2 g, 4 g, 6 g, and 8 g. The results of testing the physical and mechanical properties of Agave Sisalana fiber composites produce a density value of 1.064 g/cm3 - 1.335 g/cm3, water absorption 1.59% - 2.62%, porosity 1.7% - 3.5%, strong bending 54.542 MPa - 86.412 MPa, strong impact 29.92 kJ/m2 – 98.32 kJ/m2, and strong tensile 1.983 MPa – 12.368 MPa. The physical and mechanical properties testing results have met JIS A 5905:2003 Standards, namely strong bending >32 MPa, the density of 0.3-1.3 g/cm3, and water content < 25%. Testing is carried out after all components are integrated into one including the overall program that has been made. Testing is done by running the system according to the procedure and observing the system's performance, starting with measuring turbidity and checking the water replacement schedule. The work processes running on the system are analyzed after testing. When the water turbidity level is high, the drain pump will activate and pump water out of the aquarium. After the remaining water level is about 25%, the drain pump will stop, and the filling pump will be active. The fill pump runs until the water level reaches 100% and then shuts down. Heating medium of the carbon steel in a heating furnace is 850°C. The cooling process in NaOH solution was varied in concentration of NaOH (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%), and the sample was allowed to reach room temperature (27°C). The original medium carbon steel hardness value is 9.4 HRC and the tensile strength value is 656.85 MPa, while for materials with heat treatment processes and cooling processes with different concentrations of NaOH (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%) resulted in hardness values of 57 HRC, 58.3 HRC, 58.5 HRC, 60 HRC, 57.5 HRC and tensile strength values of 728.50 MPa, 835.99 MPa, 987.26 MPa, 1035 MPa, and 855 MPa for different concentrations of NaOH (5%, 10%, 15%, 20% , 25 %). This process is carried out at the austenite temperature so that the carbon can diffuse into the phase. This process can only be done on low carbon steels with a content of below 0.25%. This research uses ST 37 steel which is a low content steel with a carbon content of 0.18%. This type of steel is surface hardened with a carburizing temperature of 850°C for a long lasting time of 1 hour, then it is carried out under moderate cooling with outside air media. This research produces a carburizing method with carbon battery media that easily breaks down into steel, which occurs in carbon batteries at temperatures below 723°C. And change its mechanical properties from the comparison of the initial mechanical properties of the specimen. Carburizing with battery rock media is more efficient at temperatures below 723°C. Because of at temperatures below austenite or below the carburizing temperature of carbon from the batteries, it can absorb the surface of the steel even though the amount is still very small. Because the temperature is below the austenite temperature, the absorbed carbons cannot diffuse as happened in the carburization process, but the absorbed carbons can bind the grain boundaries so that they change their hardness by 4%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of heating temperatures of 2500C, 2550C, and 2600C on tensile strength, elongation, and functional groups in PBT-MB composite tube for fiber optic tube cladding material. The PBT-MB composite material was made by mixing PBT (80% by weight) with MB (20% by weight) in a ball mill. Then put together and processed into a tube on the extruder. Tensile and elongation strength was tested bytensile test, functional group test with FTIR, and humidity test. The results of the tensile test and elongation test increased with increasing heating temperature and still met the specified standard. The results of the functional group test showed that there was a CH bond from the PBT Tube at the highest wave peak, namely 2923.54 cm-11,725.10 cm-1,there was also a CH Aldehydes bond at a wavelength of 2852.19 cm-1,935.30 cm-1,916.02cm-1,873.59 cm -1,811.88 cm-1, the carbonyl bond C=C at a wavelength of 1708.61 cm-1,and the last is an Aromatic bond at a wavelength of 1504.20 cm-1. The chemical bonds in the test compounds were PBT-MB tube composites. The SNK HF machine is a machine with category A or critical with the highest damage occurring throughout 2019–2020. Analysis of the condition of the machine’s effectiveness in this study was done by using the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method, namely by knowing the conditions of availability, performance and quality. The results of the OEE analysis are followed by a failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to overcome the problems that occur.
