The aim of learning Sambas Malay regional songs in the madrasa introduces directly to students and preserving Sambas Malay local culture especially at the elementary level children will sustain in the process of maintaining regional culture to stay alive, transfer and develop by means of learning processes contained in subjects and extracurricular regional art has implications for student character education. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The focus of this research is art teachers, students and madrasah principals with data sources from the MIN Sambas District of the Sambas Malay ethnic group. One of their religiosities are in glorifying the tradition, institute, and religious symbol. Dealing with it, the existence of kyai (scholar) is a religious symbol which has strong effect toward the existence of social culture of local society. This study specially will analyze Network Mobilization of Scholar Religious Authority in socio-culture of Madura society. Some crucial issues become a focus of explanation in this study namely; existence of kyai, network mobilization of Kyai religious authority, the effect toward politic reality in socio-culture of Madura society. This study is field study which uses qualitative research. The data of this paper is primary and secondary data. Whereas the theory used is sociology theories; Hegemony Gramsci theory, and authority theory of Michel Foucault. The finding of this study is descriptive-Narrative of kyai existence in social system of Madura society. And the description of scholar religious authority network in in socio-culture of Madura society. This writing contribute in describing a direction of politic dynamic of Madura society. Tayangan televisi memiliki pengaruh dalam perubahan pola pikir masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengumpulan data secara studi lapangan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan teknik dokumentasi. Buku-buku dan jurnal relevan digunakan sebagai data sekunder untuk memperkuat analisis. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yakni mendeskripsikan analisis secara terperinci dan sistematis. Salat di rumah tentu tidak dapat dihindarkan baik bagi seorang muslim laki-laki maupun wanita karena beberapa kondisi yang menghendaki seseorang mesti melakukannya. Tentu tidak semua masyarakat mampu menentukan arah kiblat secara tepat ketika melaksanakan salat di rumah disebabkan berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik masyarakat Kota Sambas dalam menentukan arah kiblat untuk pelaksanaan salat di rumah. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan yang menerapkan teori grounded dan datanya diperoleh dari hasil wawancara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa karakteristik masyarakat Kota Sambas Kalimantan Barat dalam penentuan arah kiblat untuk pelaksanaan salat di rumah adalah: pertama, penentuan arah kiblat umumnya masih menggunakan perkiraan arah masjid terdekat. Kedua, pada umumnya, masyarakat tidak memberikan tanda khusus seperti garis atau tanda anak panah sebagai petunjuk arah kiblat di rumah. This cultural difference is what led to the process of cultural acculturation. Coastal culture related to coastal traditions over time, technological developments and modernization are shifting. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the traditions of Javanese and Madurese coastal communities that still exist and are carried out, the processes and forms of acculturation of Javanese and Madurese culture in Buko Village. So that it can prove that cultural differences do not make the basis for the existence of division, instead it makes unity. Type research ethnographic approach, informants with purposive sampling technique, data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses cultural theme. Coastal traditions between the Javanese and Madurese communities in Buko Village that are still being carried out are nanggap wayang, mitoni, ngapati and sumur tiban as a tradition of Javanese people, the tradition of Madurese people is the istigosah and activities of the Laskar Madura community. Javanese and Madurese traditions in Buko Village occur cultural acculturation through blind acculturation because people with different cultures in this case Java and Madura live close to each other and cultural patterns are learned accidentally. In addition, culture can be seen as values that are believed to be shared in a society and can be internalized in individuals so that they live in every behavior, one of which is in the marriage customs of each tribe that has unique and very interesting differences and we must know and preserve, because Indonesia is very rich in culture that we must guard together, by knowing the difference does not mean we insult and blame instead guard and respect each other. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences and similarities of the marriage customs of the Banjar and Bugis tribes. The method that I use is a qualitative method. Type of library research (library reseach), the approach used is an ethnographic approach by examining cultural phenomena that exist in society. The results of this study are the marriage customs of the Banjar and Bugis tribes that have differences and similarities. The first difference is about the term money given to women from the male side by the term uag jujuran (Banjar tribe) and panai money (Bugis tribe), while the equation is something that must be fulfilled in the custom of marriage and the same form money.
