This research is a narrative research using descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations and documentation. Which in the implementation of Arabic language learning at the Al Farisi course institution is taught in stages according to the abilities of students and each level is taught using different materials and methods. The existence of a good learning system is an advantage that the Al Farisi Institute has. The results of this study prove that Ustadz can build effective interpersonal communication with students in inculcating moral values ​​at Al-Fattah Islamic Boarding School because they pay attention to important aspects in interpersonal communication (namely: (1) openness; (2) empathy; (3) support; (4) positive; and (5) equality in the process of moral cultivation. The results showed that during the pandemic, teachers used Google Classroom more often in learning Arabic. To determine the effect of Musyarakah on Profitability of Islamic Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. To determine the effect of Murabaha on Profitability of Islamic Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The research method used is quantitative. The population is taken from the data of Islamic banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling is Saturated Sampling. The population has 42 financial reports from 14 Islamic banking companies multiplied by 3 years. Data retrieval is done by using documentation taken from the financial statements. This study uses data analysis, namely multiple linear analysis with the SPSS (Statistics Program For Social Science) program and hypothesis testing using the t test. The results show that Mudharabah Financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability in Islamic banking companies. Musyarakah financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability in Islamic banking companies. This type of research is qualitative with a case study method, data is collected by conducting literature studies, observations and in-depth interviews with informants including owners, employees and consumers of Apotek Nursyifa who are determined using judgment techniques then the collected data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Nursyifa Pharmacy implements Islamic business ethics in business activities and financial statement preparation well, although not perfectly. This study uses a quantitative research type, which was conducted at the Bangil Religious Court using a Likert scale. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Bangil Religious Court as many as 42 respondents and were taken using purposive sampling method. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees which is then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution software version 22. Data analysis techniques use data quality tests, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, regression analysis multiple linear and hypothesis testing. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 40 employees at the Bangil Religious Court office. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale which were tested for validity and reliability. The result of this research is that there is a simultaneous influence between salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Partially, the variables of salary, work motivation and work discipline have an influence on employee performance.
