As for the representative stock indexes, we construct long-term and short-term hedge portfolios of the S&P 500 and NASDAQ with Bitcoin based on the least variance hedging view. It turns out that long-term hedges are less effective than short-term hedges. To further test the correctness of the conclusion, in the context of the recently enacted and implemented double-reduction policy, we take the market value as the weight, select 5 stocks with large market value to build a portfolio, and hedge them with Bitcoin for a week. The conclusion was still in line with our expectations. However, various investment decision methods and theoretical analyses have deficiencies. These deficiencies will affect the actual valuation results leading to poor decisions, losses to the business or missed investment opportunities for the benefit of the business. Therefore, there is a strong need to analyze and improve on the shortcomings in the investment decision-making methodology. This paper mainly analyses the problems in the current financial evaluation for investment decisions and the shortcomings of the evaluation methods. The results show that the development of Internet finance has a significant role in promoting the systemic risk of commercial banks. Users' stickiness to Internet finance will aggravate the emergence of systemic risk of commercial banks. In this paper we investigated the strategy of Tesla’s development and marketing based on case study. Through the study of Tesla’s development strategy and marketing strategy, we found that Tesla has widened the product line to make it appropriate with the characteristics of the China market and adopted development-oriented strategy to upgrade from the supply side. In order to get more market share, it also developed different products to achieve the need of consumers in different classes. Tesla uses differentiation strategy on products, makes the unique performance and design become the core competitiveness that cannot be easily followed by competitors. Supplemented by a series of marketing strategies such as celebrity effect and hunger marketing, it occupied certain shares of market in a short time. We did a comparative study between BYD and Tesla to find the advantages and shortages of the two companies and what they could learn from each other. Through SWOT analysis, we believe that Tesla should continue to develop its advantages in R & D and supply chain, seize the good opportunity of China’s economic recovery after passing the most serious time with COVID-19 to consolidate its market position and occupy more share of market in China. Using the data from the China Stock Market & Accounting Research database and Dibo databases, the relationship between internal control and stock price crash risk of the firms is investigated. Our empirical results from the regression model show that there is a negative correlation between the price crash risk and the internal control. After two robustness checks, including alternative measures and multi-fixed effects model analysis , the same results are obtained as before. Furthermore, our heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of internal control is much more significant on small-cap firms and firms with low institutional ownership. This study is mainly to make in-depth research on the actuarial calculations in China’s urban residents’ pension insurance, and through the combination of existing research results and survey analysis to effectively solve the problem of urban residents’ low level of pension replacement and make a comprehensive analysis and comprehensive analysis. It has specifically brought a huge destructive impact on the travel and tourism industry and caused significant effects. Following the lockdown, many countries implemented flight restrictions to China, damaging the travel and tourism industry in China. Being the largest online travel platform in China, Ctrip has experienced an unexpected trough period, and it is under vast financial pressure while also deploying more workers to cope with the huge refunds caused by the outbreak. The surging of cases has pushed the world into great uncertainty with the absence of an effective vaccine, and tourists will not come to China for large-scale tourism out of the mentality of emergency security and panic for the destination. Technology has been an instrumental tool used by industry leaders such as Ctrip to inject life back to the economically-plagued industry. It would be prudent for Ctrip to perpetuate the online popularization efforts to set up the industry in a constructive recovery trajectory.
