Pada penelitian Standar Pelayanan Minimal di RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus pada menu makanan biasa sisa makanan sebesar 24,15 %. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis daya terima modifikasi menu tambahan protein hewani pada diet Energi Tinggi Protein Tinggi(ETPT) di RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperimen dengan rancangan Pre Post Design Pengumpulan data menggunakan formulir uji cita rasa, Formulir karakteristik sampel, Formulir Food Weighing. Sampel berjumlah 150 responden. Uji yang digunakan yaitu Independent Sample T-Test, dengan tingkat signifikan < 0,05. Dan uji Annova yang digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan dari lima kelompok menu yang dimodifikasi dengan menu yang disajikan oleh RS.Hasil uji analisis perbedaan uji cita rasa yang meliputi warna, aroma, rasa dan tingkat kematangan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari modifikasi menu dengan menu Diet ETPT yang disajikan Rumah Sakit dengan nilai sig < 0,05. Subjek dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 19 responden yang mengutamakan ibu menyusui yang memiliki bayi usia 0-12 bulan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisoner yang berisikan daftar pertanyaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah program gizi yang dilakukan pada ibu bayi dan balita menujukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ibu lebih memahami bagaiman manajemen praktik pemberian ASI perah. The implementation of exclusive breastfeeding in Gresik were was excellent and many mothers are aware of the importance of breastfeeding. The nutritional status of children was measured based on 3 indices, BB/U, PB/U, BB/PB. This study aimed toanalyze the relationship between socioeconomic status and exclusive breastfeeding with nutrition for children aged 6-59 monts. This study uses observational analysis with a cross-sectional conducted in the working area of the puskesmas in January - June 2022. With a sample of 148 toddlers, data analysis using the Spearman test and Lambda test. The results of the bivariate test showed that there was a socio-economic relationship with toddlers with nutritional status based on BB/U (p: 0.001), PB/U (p: 0.002), BB/PB (p: 0.003). Dampak dari hiperglikemia yang ditimbulkan terjadi dari waktu ke waktu dapat menyebabkan kerusakan berbagai sistem tubuh. Pola makan yang tidak teratur sering terjadi pada masyarakat saat ini dan dapat menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan jumlah penyakit degeneratif, salah satunya adalah penyakit diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pola konsumsi energi dan zat gizi makro pada penyandang diabetes mellitus dengan menggunakan estimated food record. Metode pengukuran pola konsumsi pangan energi dan zat gizi makro pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner food record. Jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 20 orang penyandang diabetes. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 14 hari dengan mencatat seluruh makanan utama dan makanan selingan yang dikonsumsi selama 24 jam. Hasil rata-rata pemenuhan energi, protein dan karbohidrat menujukkan kurang dari kebutuhan total ( kurang dari 80%). Hal tersebut dimungkinkan karena penyakit tersebut telah dialami responden dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Sehingga membuat penyandang diabetes mellitus terbiasa untuk membatasi konsumsinya. This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and nutritional status to hemoglobin levels in college of the Faculty of Health, University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. The type of research is obvarsional analytics with a cross sectional approach. A total of 85 samples were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis using the spearman rank test, dietary data collection was carried out day food konsumtionbsurvey with repeated 24-h-recall and food freques method. the data of nutritional status was determined by measurment of body mass index, hemoglobin levels were obtained by hemoglobin examination using digital easy touch. The results of the spearman rank correlation test on the dietary intake variable showed a p-value result of <0.05 which means that there was a relationship of diet to hemoglobin levels, and in the nutritional status variable, it shows a p-value result of >0.05 which means that there is no relationship of nutritional status to hemoglobin levels. There is a relationship between diet and hemoglobin levels, contrasts with food intake, the correlation of nutritional status and hb level showed not significant (p-value >0,05). there is no relationship between nutritional status and hemoglobin levels in students of the Faculty of Health, University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. This activity aims to improve and increase adolescent knowledge and maintain normal nutritional status in adolescents in Indrodelik Village, Bungah District, Gresik Regency. This activity uses a combination research method (mixed method research) with primary data obtained directly from respondents through the implementation of baselines (interviews and filling out questionnaires) in Indro Hamlet, Indrodelik Village. Sampling of activities using purposive sampling method which is carried out when taking baseline data and samples taken are included in the inclusion criteria, namely aged 13 to 19 years. The results of this activity are that there is an increase in the level of knowledge before and after counseling and an increase in adolescents' understanding regarding the intake consumed must be nutritionally balanced, although the results of the recall analysis are still not stable from day to day. But it has shown an increase and change in the intake of adolescents from before counseling to after counseling.

This nutritional problem will certainly affect human resources (HR). Problems that are quite high in under-fives and toddlers are short (stunting) and thin (wasting) (Bappenas RI, 2013). This activity aims to improve and increase the knowledge of mothers of children aged under two and under five as well as to achieve and improve normal nutritional status in the working area of the Fisherman's Health Center, precisely in Sukodono Village, Gresik District, Gresik Regency. Data collection was carried out in Sukodono Village, Gresik District, Gresik Regency, it was found that 2 respondents were undernourished which was a recommendation from nutritionists at the Fisherman and Cadre Health Center in Sukodono Village. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in the level of knowledge before and after counseling. This is due to the provision of information and education to respondents so that their knowledge increases from those who do not understand to become more aware and from those who do not know to know. In addition, there was an increase in respondents' understanding regarding the intake consumed must be nutritionally balanced and there was a change in the respondent's intake from before counseling to after counseling. And there was an increase in BB and TB of under-fives and toddlers before and after being given education.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of biscuits with formulations of corn flour, soybean husk flour and Moringa leaves on macronutrient levels, crude fiber and water content. The research method was an experimental design with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of a control formula (F0) and 3 treatment formulas (F1, F2, F3). Laboratory tests were analyzed using the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) test and the BNT follow-up test (Least Significant Difference). The test results of chemical properties of macronutrients, fiber and water content showed significant differences in sig values. 0.00. The macronutrient levels of F0, F1, F2, and F3 are 4.275 grams of protein; 5.4 grams; 6.54 grams; 9.105 grams, carbohydrates 12,372 grams; 13,017 grams ; 14,463 grams; 16,281 grams, fat 3,399 grams; 4.146 grams; 4.983 grams, ; 7.293 grams, fiber 1.026 grams; 1,869 grams; 2,412 grams; 3.708 grams, water content 1.755 grams; 1,998 grams; 3.06 grams; 4.212 grams. Uji evaluasi sensori dilakukan pada mahasiswa fakultas kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik sebanyak 30 panelis yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji kruskal wallis. Uji laboratorium dilakukan di BBLK yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji anova lanjut duncan. Hasil evaluasi sensori pada setiap formula F0, F1, F2, dan F3 pada parameter warna tidak terdapat berbedaan nyata dengan nilai Asymp. Sig >(0,05), sedangkan pada parameter aroma, rasa, dan tekstur terdapat perbedaan nyata dengan nilai Asymp. Sig <(0,05). Formula yang paling disukai adalah formula F2 (3,175). Hasil laboratorium gizi makro dan zat besi terdapat perbedaan nyata dengan nilai P-value sig. <0,05. Kadar protein tertinggi terdapat pada F3 (13,67 g). Kadar lemak tertinggi terdapat pada F3 (5,11 g). Kadar karbohidrat tertinggi terdapat pada F3 (78,49 g). Kadar zat besi tertinggi terdapat pada F3 (5,79 mg).
