So that in its implementation can cause disadvantage for the parties carrying out the auction. \u0000 The research used descriptive analytical juridical normative method. Primary data and secondary data were obtained from library research and field research. \u0000 The result of the research shows that the legal status of the Instagram account @usedbapeofficial was not an official auction house because it did not meet the requirements as an auction house, which should be in the form of limited liability company and obtaining permission form the Minister. Legal certainty for the owner of the goods has been carried out by @usedbapeofficial in the form of the payment proceeds being transferred to only one account, namely Kenneth Lee’s account as the account owner but does not provide legal certainty regarding when the owner of the goods will receive payment for the goods he auctions, legal certainty for the auction winner has been provides in the form of information that is listed in accordance with the format filled in by the owner of the goods. Legal protection for the owner of the goods is given in the form of holding funds in the @usedbapeofficial account until the goods are received by the buyer, while for the auction winner the legal protection is in the form of preventive and repressive legal protection. \u0000 The conclusion of this research is the legal status of Instagram account @usedbapeofficial is not an official auction house. Legal certainty for the owner of the goods and the auction winner has not been fulfilled because most of the implementation of the auction on the Instagram account @usedbapeofficial do not comply with the provisions in the regulations of the Minister of Finance Number 213/PMK.06/2020 concerning auction implementation guidelines. Legal protection for the owner of the goods provided by @usedbapeofficial in the form of money auction sales is accommodated in one account, while legal protection for the auction winner has not been fully fulfilled because in its implementation legal protection is not provided by @usedbapeofficial in full to the injured party. Grab Indonesia is one of the service provider companies for online-base transportation application. Grab sees promising investment value projection in online-base application service as people in Indonesia are highly active users of social media and e- commerce. The problems in this research are whether the agreement between merchant and Grab Indonesia meet the legal construction as electronic contract refers to valid legislation, how is Grab's responsibilities on product quality and safety sold by merchant, and how is dispute settlement procedures between merchant and Grab Indonesia pursuant to agreement contract. This is a normative juridical research with analytical descriptive design that describes the research object through samples or collected data and makes general conclusion. The data are carried out from primary and secondary data, namely primary, secondary and tertiary law; obtained by library study and guided interview. The result demonstrates that agreement between merchant and Grab meet the legal construction as electronic contract refers to valid legislation. Grab's responsibilities on product quality and safety sold by merchant are fully given to the merchant as stated in the term and condition clauses and in Grab's code of conduct. The research problems are how about the legal consequence for a creditor who does not register his fiduciary object, how about the execution of unregistered fiduciary object in Bank BRI Takengon Branch and PT. Mandala Finance, and how about the obstacles encountered and efforts made by Bank BRI Takengon Branch and PT. Mandala Finance in the execution of the unregistered fiduciary object. \u0000 The legal consequence for a creditor who does not register his fiduciary object is that the fiduciary object does not have any material rights for either Bank or financing companies as the creditor, the creditor does not have preference rights, the creditor does not have the rights to execute the fiduciary object and cannot request for protection to the police. What impedes Bank BRI Takengon Branch from conducting the execution is the provisions regulating that the minimum amount of a fiduciary object is IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiahs), the execution process takes much time, the fiduciary object is destroyed, the facility receiver name is different, the values of the fiduciary object is declined, and the debtor has different address. The impediment which is not included into a legal category is that the society has little understanding of fiduciary collaterals. The obstacles encountered by PT. Mandala Finance in the execution is that PT. Mandala Finance cannot make an execution because he has not registered the fiduciary object to the Fiduciary Collateral Office. The efforts made by BRI Takengon Branch is making an agreement; the execution is conducted by using an agreement of ownership right transfer of the object with trusts, by filinga simple lawsuit and re-registering the fiduciary object. The efforts that can be made by PT. Saat ini eksploitasi anak dibawah umur sudah banyak terjadi, adapun permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap eksploitasi anak di bawah umur menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Bahwa menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan setiap anak berhak mendapat perlindungan dari segala bentuk eksploitasi baik ekonomi maupun seksual. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi eksploitasi anak di bawah umur yakni: kemiskinan, lemahnya penjagaan dari orang tua, kurangnya pendidikan, kurangnya kepedulian dari masyarakat dan pemerintah, dan lemahnya penegakan hukum. Berbekal pengalaman dalam kegiatan pemasangan gigi tiruan dan pemasangan kawat gigi tentunya menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat menengah kebawah dalam mendapatkan pelayanan Kesehatan gigi. Terlebih harga yang ditawarkan juga terjangkau. Temuan dilapangan, apa yang dilakukan dalam aktifitasnya banyak bertentangan dengan Permenkes No. 39 Tahun 2014. Kewenangan yang telah diatur nyatanya masih banyak yang dilanggar oleh tukang gigi. Hal ini tentu akan membahayakan masyarakat sebagai konsumen dimana tindakan medis yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh dokter gigi kini di lakukan oleh orang yang memang sama sekali tidak memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tanggungjawab hukum dari tukang gigi terhadap konsumen layanan jasa Kesehatan. Penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat normatif dilakukan dengan beberapa pendekatan seperti pendekatan perundang-undangan, yuridis normatif serta konseptual dan sejarah. Data primer, sekumder dan tersier di gunakan untuk menjawab dari permasalahan dan dilakukan Analisa dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Temuan penelitian didapatkan bahwa tanggung jawab hukum tukang gigi terhadap konsumen adalah tanggung jawab pelaku usaha atas kerugian konsumen berupa penggantian barang/jasa yang sama atau penggantian dengan sejumlah uang serta akibat hukum terhadap tukang gigi adalah timbulnya hak dan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan terhadap pasien \u0000 \u0000 \u0000The growth of dental artisans as a profession is a different story in the society. With experience in the placement of dentures and braces, it is unquestionably a viable option for persons in the lower middle class seeking dental care. Furthermore, the given price is reasonable. Many of the findings in the field, as well as what is done in its activities, contradict Permenkes No. 39 of 2014. In fact, dental artisant continue to abuse several of the regulated powers. This will undoubtedly put the population at risk as customers, as medical actions that should be performed by dentists are now being performed by people who lack the necessary expertise. The study's goal was to identify the legal duty of dental craftsmen to dentist artisan consumers. Normative qualitative research is conducted using a variety of methods, including legislative, judicial decisions, conceptual, and historical perspectives. To solve the challenges, primary, secondary, and tertiary data were gathered, evaluated, and presented in a descriptive manner. The result research show that implementation of government internal control system not to realize the increasing role of an effective the government internal control and follow on monitoring by APIP still do not get priority in handling. The increase in the land price (from farm land to urban land) is caused by two factors: there are the land transfer from farm land to non-farm land and business roperty. The increase in land price influences NJOP (taxable item market value) as the basis for the assessment of PBB (Tax on Land and Building). \u0000 The objective of the research was to find out and to analyze the legal consequence of the transfer of the use of land from farm land to non-farm land, to find out and to analyze the impact of the use of land on NJOP, and to find out the basis for imposing PBB. \u0000 The results of the research shows thats it is very common that he person who transfers the land from farm land to non- farm land does not follow the procedure so that it is illegal. \u0000Therefore, the regulation is needed to protect irrigated rice fields and the impact of the change in the land use by the increase of the price of the farm land to the non-farm land which eventually increase NJOP and influences the PBB. In this Coordination Protocol as a forum for reconciliation between the Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority and the Deposit Insurance Corporation in a coordination forum called the Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK). Coordination in this committee is made if it is not possible to handle banking problems by the Financial Services Authority in relation to the settlement and handling of a failed bank that is suspected to have a systemic impact.
