This study aims to explore the influence of organizational culture and religious commitment on the level of student loyalty. Although there have been numerous previous studies covering aspects of student loyalty, most of them overlook the roles played by religious commitment and organizational culture as key factors influencing loyalty levels. Therefore, this research is conducted to address gaps in the literature on student loyalty. This research employs a quantitative method and involves students from the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at one of the private Islamic universities in Yogyakarta as the research subjects. Data is collected through surveys using both primary and secondary data. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. Additionally, the study analyzes other determinant factors affecting the education system in pesantren. The research employs a mixed methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methods. This combination method utilizes a sequential explanatory type, where the initial phase involves a quantitative research method, which is then reinforced with a qualitative method. The study population consists of all teachers at the Ulumuddin pesantren in the city of Lhokseumawe, totaling 45 teachers. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. Data for the study was collected through questionnaires, structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that charismatic leadership directly influences organizational culture, with a t-statistic value of 3.604 > t-table of 2.016, as determined by the pesantren education system. This can hinder the achievement of educational goals. Leadership is one of the factors that determine the success of educational programs. A leader's leadership style refers to his traits, knowledge, skills, and problem-solving abilities. This research is qualitative, with a library research method, which aims to find out the characteristics of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq's charismatic leadership listed in the book Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah and find out whether these characteristics have relevance to leadership in Islamic higher education. The subject of this research is the head of the Islamic Education Management study program (MPI) at STAI Terpadu Yogyakarta. Data were collected using interview and documentation techniques, and the validity of the data was tested using triangulation techniques. The results of the study state that the book Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah explains the leadership characteristics of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq which are shown through wise, fair and not favoritism, determined and firm, as well as caring and compassion. The research method used is reviewing reputable scientific articles found on Google Scholar. The data collection technique in the research was carried out by collecting various relevant articles. The findings in the study provide an explanation of the importance of institutional management in PKBM in order to realize quality education. Governance management in PKBM institutions can be carried out using the principles of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. This principle is an effective step in increasing effectiveness which is based on quality standardization and institutional academic quality. On the other hand, in order to recruit human resources, an appropriate plan is needed as a concrete form of a quality institution. Recruitment of human resources can be done using a staffing strategy by paying attention to the career stages of tutors and employees, as well as their dismissal. Indonesia's curriculum policy nomenclature changes from year to year, however, Sanggar Anak Alam (SALAM) itself consistently carries out learning cycle-based curriculum practices as a form of research. This curriculum practice has been running since the inception of SALAM in 1988 until now. Researchers use a case study approach with a qualitative type of research. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The data is then analyzed using condensation techniques, presenting the data until conclusions are drawn. The results of the research include first, SALAM holistic education is carried out through a learning cycle and is supported by activities such as the Monday Legi market and minitrip. Second, learning cycle-based curriculum management practices with curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation. This research aims to analyze student perceptions regarding the implementation of project-based learning management at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Az Zahra Tasikmalaya. This research uses a combination method of sequential exploratory models, for sampling techniques using Purposive Sampling techniques with the following sampling techniques: 1) observation; 2) documentation study; and 3) surveys. Qualitative data is analyzed through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions, while quantitative data is analyzed through descriptive statistics. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation taken directly from informants, namely the principal, teachers, administration department, employees, students, parents and supervisors of Ash-Shiddiiqi Jambi IT High School. The data analysis technique used is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research at Ash-Shiddiiqi IT High School show that Ash-Shiddiiqi IT High School uses brand communication internally and externally through school stakeholders, uses communication tools and carries out promotions.
