Therefore, implementing the leadership principles found in the Qur'an is a crucial key for educational leaders to efficiently fulfill their tasks. The aims of this study is to clarify the basic principles of the leadership of the Qur'an, including the definition and urgency of its implementation in Islamic educational institutions. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used in this research, which is to collect and analyze data from a variety of literature, including books, journal articles, and other related sources. This is the conclusion of this study: 1) There are various terms of leadership in the Qur'an, such as caliphs, priests, ulil amri, qawwam, sultan, malik, and za'im. In Islam, the ideal leader is someone who overlooks the character of the Prophet SAW and conducts his leadership by obeying the principles of the Quran leadership. 2) Applying the basics of the Quran leadership is essential to form a religious leader who is fearful, responsible, integrity, justice, and caring for his subjects. This research answers: 1) How does SWOT analysis based on marketing mix place the quadrant of Al-Qur'an learning? 2) How can the SWOT analysis results based on the marketing mix optimize the marketing strategy of Al-Qur'an Learning? The results showed that TPQ Al-Ichsany became part of the business unit strategy managed by MI Islamiyah Jombang to serve Qur'anic learning. The analysis of the total IFAS score for strengths is 3.025, and for weaknesses is 1.122. The EFAS score for opportunities is 2,392; for threats, it is 1,012. The position of Al-Qur'an learning at MI Islamiyah Jombang is in Quadrant I (+,+). Al-Qur'an learning is in excellent and steady condition. A marketing services strategy was used to support the aggressive growth policy. However, not all Islamic educational institutions understand the management of Islamic education that is based on Islamic principles. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the form of actualization of the principles of Islamic education management in Daarul Hikmah Islamic boarding school in Bogor Regency. The method used in this research uses qualitative case studies (Field Research). The technique of collecting data sources obtained through observation and interviews to obtain relevant data about the actualization of the principles of Islamic education management. The data analysis technique process uses a data reduction process. The results of this study indicate that the form of actualization of the principles of Islamic education management is fair and efficient in planning management, responsible and dynamic in organizing management, sincere, trustworthy and responsible in implementation management, honest and fair in supervision and evaluation. So, good management is needed to achieve madrasah goals. Using a qualitative approach and combined methods, researchers describe the role of HR management, implementation of HR management, and strategies to increase the productivity of teaching and education staff. In achieving maximum results, researchers collected data through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the role of HR management in MAN 2 Malang City is very important for the institution as seen from the positive impact of its implementation. Apart from that, the implementation of human resource management at MAN 2 Malang City is carried out in the implementation of management functions, namely planning, procurement, coaching and development, promotion and transfer, dismissal, compensation and employee assessment. This article is examined with the aim of describing the leadership model based on emotional intelligence in facing the era of globalization in the Hidayatul Mubtadi'ien Ngawi Islamic school. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, and primary data sources include madrasah diniyah facilitators, the head of the madrasah diniyah, and representative diniyah teachers. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process includes data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The existence of conflict can have both positive and negative impacts. Handling conflicts with fast and appropriate strategies will have a positive impact on the institution. This study aims to determine the form of conflict that occurs as well as the methods and styles of handling conflicts carried out by the head of the madrasah. This research is qualitative research with the type of case study. The type of conflict that occurs in MI al Urwatul Wutsqo is the type of conflict between the head of the madrasa and the teacher, interpersonal conflict is the conflict that occurs between teachers. Conflict management between madrasah heads and teachers is carried out by deliberation and consensus, voting and inviting foundation administrators to provide solutions. The objectives of the study are: 1) To determine the implementation of teacher recruitment at SMK Al Islam Surakarta. 2) To find out the implementation of educator selection at SMK Al-Islam Surakarta. 3) To know the process of placing educators at SMK Al Islam Surakarta. Researchers use qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection techniques used in this study are structured interviews and indirect observation. Data validity techniques use triangulation methods. The effectiveness of the learning process and the achievement of students is largely dependent on the performance of the education personnel, which includes instructors and other staff members. Teachers, staff, and principals served as the data sources for this qualitative descriptive study. Interviews, observations, and document studies are the methods utilized for gathering data. Triangulation of methods and sources is used to verify the accuracy of the data. The Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive analysis approach, which consists of three stages—data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification—is used for data analysis. The findings indicated that the administration of educational people in schools involves six stages, including planning, recruitment, job placement, remuneration, and evaluation.  Steps in the recruitment process include receiving cover letters, conducting selection interviews, checking references and applicants' backgrounds, evaluating applicants' health, and interviewing school principals. Through discussions, the division and placement of work is done in accordance with academic credentials and talents. Staff members in the education sector are paid in the form of a salary or an honor based on their performance. Working groups for teachers (KKG) and school principals (KKKS) are used to create competencies, along with ongoing professional development. (PKB). The principal and supervisors conduct evaluations on a regular basis.
