Well-organized resource management will achieve educational goals. Managerial competence is part of the principal's requirements that must be met. It is the principal capital in achieving the goals of education as a whole. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is the managerial competence of the principal at the SPK (School of Cooperation Education) SMA Banua Kalsel Bilingual Boarding School in South Kalimantan. The results showed that the principal had managed human resources well. Special schools demand leadership innovation so that learning activities stay optimal. This paper addresses situational leadership in Children with Special Needs (ABK) at SLB Negeri 2 Yogyakarta utilizing qualitative description and data collection through interviews, observation, and recording. A purposive sample of informants was used, and they were classified as important, primary, and supporting informants. Data analysis processes include transcripts, coding, grouping, comparing, contrasting, and interpretation. The results showed a positive and significant influence between leadership style and teacher performance, with the value of sig. 0.041 < 0.05. This article aims to describe the competence of librarians at Islamic religious universities throughout the city of Bandung, digital-based library management at Islamic religious universities throughout the city of Bandung, and the relationship between the competence of librarians and digital-based libraries management at Islamic Religious Colleges in the City of Bandung. The method used in this study is a descriptive correlational method using a quantitative approach. This study used a saturated sampling method were all 31 samples. From the results of the study, it was concluded that: (a) The competence of librarians is included in the excellent category because it is in the interval range of 2.60 – 3.39 with a value of 3.34 (enough category); (b) Digital-based library management is included in the good category because it is in the interval range of 2.60 – 3.39 with a value of 3.25 (enough category); and (c) The relationship between librarian competence and digital-based library management has a relationship of 0.796, with the coefficient value falling into the 0.06 - 0.799 category, which means that there is a strong relationship. In addition to the professional competence of librarians, to realize digital library management, they need technological literacy. This study explores leadership in the education management system at the Hindu Religion College (STAH) Dharma Sentana, Central Sulawesi. This research was conducted using a mixed-method with research subjects, all lecturers and employees who work at STAH Dharma Sentana Central Sulawesi, with as many as 41 respondents. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The results of the partial analysis of research data indicate that two variables significantly affect the education management system: visionary and unifying. While the other three variables, namely empowering, controlling ratios and emotions, and integrity, in statistics do not significantly affect the education management system at STAH Dharma. Central Sulawesi Sentana. The results of the coefficient of determination of the value of R square indicate that the variation of the independent variables used in the model, namely visionary, unifying, empowering, controlling ratios and emotions, and integrity, contribute to or have an effect of 45.4% on the education management system variable. In this study, the role of the leader in improving the quality of the education management system that most dominantly influences is the unifying variable, where the leader can unify the diversity of employee characteristics. Leaders provide opportunities for employees to contribute to achieving organizational goals. This study provides a model of leadership in education management. This article applied a combination method of multiple linear regression analysis and scale ranges based on Likert Scale instruments. The sampling method is cluster sampling, with the population coming from students spread across various faculties at Islamic State University Alauddin Makassar. The study results showed that their entrepreneurial interest intentions were significantly and positively influenced by their knowledge level about entrepreneurship and the learning process that applied entrepreneurial practices. However, the student’s definition of entrepreneurship interest at Islamic State University Alauddin Makassar is still in the moderate category. It is influenced by the not optimal application of the entrepreneurial project-based learning process, which was carried out by all lecturers who gave lectures on entrepreneurship courses that caused the students not to get the entrepreneurship experience in their learning process. On the other hand, the learning process with project-based learning media provides a direct experience to students who can help the graduates' rates. This research is motivated by the development of 21st-century technology in the world of education that has not been managed optimally by educators, causing students to experience difficulties in participating in applied online learning. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The research subjects were teachers of State Elementary School 2 Sumberagung, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The data collection techniques through interviews. The study results show that online learning management is carried out in systematic and accurate planning, implementation, and assessment stage. The use of the learning model Blended Learning can positively impact students. The evidence is the results of the average academic score during online learning can achieve the Minimum Completence Criteria (KKM). In addition, the average score obtained by students is also stable. The method used qualitatively with observations, interviews, and documentation for data collections. The results showed that human resource planning at Vocational High School Khoiriyah was carried out centrally in the quality assurance unit of the Islamic Boarding School. The results of human resource planning were approved by KH M Hasyim Asy’ari Foundation. The implementation of human resource planning at Vocational High School Khoiriyah, on enhancing teacher performance is based on Islamic Boarding School values by prioritizing cultural values. This school has a dualism of management, including the applied curriculum, namely the religious and academic curriculum. Although the Thai kingdom regulates these two curricula, schools can adapt to their needs for religious curricula. This article examines the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum at Chongraksat Wittaya School Pattani, Thailand. It uses a qualitative method and a phenomenological approach with data collecting from interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Then, data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, model data, and conclusions. The results showed that the Chongraksat Wittaya school implemented an integrated curriculum, namely the religious curriculum (Sassanah), which contained Dirasah Islamiyah, and the academic curriculum (Saman) included general subject matter. This school has regular classes and special classes. Curriculum planning is carried out together with Village Experts at the beginning of each semester. The curriculum is implemented with 40% of the religious curriculum (Sassanah) and 60% of the academic curriculum (Saman). Evaluation is carried out by briefings, daily meetings, early semester meetings, and annual meetings. Student learning is in the form of numeric and descriptive.
