The data used in this study were obtained directly from X Market Trade by observing and interviewing. X Market Tradingis one of the industries that produces and sells food products to be marketed in the region and outside the region. The data to be processed is the result of the sale of food products at X Market uses the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) method which is a combination of Fuzzy Logic and Artificial Neural Networks. The data used is monthly sales data from 2018 to 2020 as many as 36 data. From a total of 36 data, it will be divided into 2 types of training and test data distribution, namely 90:10 with a total of 60 epochs and a learning rate range of 0.1 – 0.9. From the research results obtained the highest accuracy of 88.55% on 90% training data and 10% test data with a learning rate of 0.6. It was concluded that the ANFIS method could be implemented in predicting the sales of tofu. During the copying process, various defects often occur, so a technician is needed to repair it. While waiting for the arrival of a technician to repair a damaged machine, it takes some time. Therefore, we need a strategy that can quickly find out the type of photocopier damage and how to handle it to help repair the damage to the photocopier. with the transfer of expertise by experts to be transferred again to other people who are not yet experts is the main goal of the system. In the process of drawing conclusions the system uses the Forward Chaining algorithm where the system will display symptoms of photocopy machine damage to be selected by the user, which can finally determine the solution to the damage to the machine. In the application of the k-means algorithm for data processing in finding medical record files in the form of notes and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, and other service actions given to patients. Clustering is a data analysis method that performs the modeling process without supervision (unsupervised) is also a method that performs data grouping with a partition system. Suzuya already has several branches in Indonesia which are located in North Sumatra, Aceh, West Sumatra, and Riau. Suzuya was founded in 1983 and currently suzuya already has more than 22 outlets, one of which is in Pematangsiantar. Suzuya superstore Pematangsiantar has employees who are divided into several teams, one of which is the cashier team. The cashier team is the spearhead of the sale of focus items, where the focus item is the flagship product of suzuya superstore Pematangsiantar. The cashier team is also responsible for the sales transaction service process at suzuya superstore Pematangsiantar. The existence of incentives can motivate the work spirit of the cashier team in increasing sales, work speed, and good transaction processing service attitude at suzuya superstore Pematangsiantar. In determining the feasibility of the cashier team receiving incentives at suzuya superstore Pematangsiantar, three variables were used, namely sales of focus items, assessment of work attitudes, and assessment of work speed. Based on the results of processing the cashier team's data using the fuzzy logic algorithm, the Sugeno method, manually and using Matlab software, there was no significant difference. The erratic supply of goat's milk causes consumer demand cannot be fulfilled and the milk sales process becomes hampered. Therefore, this study aims to apply fuzzy logic with the Sugeno method in determining the amount of goat milk supply at Thalebkawanhinca Farm based on data on demand and sales of milk in April 2021. Based on data on demand and sales of goat's milk, the amount of milk supply that must be added if known demand of 90 liters and sales of 75 liters amounted to 25.1953125 liters. To increase student interest in learning in the school environment by providing scholarships or assistance to students who are economically disadvantaged. The process of selecting scholarship recipients includes three variables, namely report cards, attendance, and student attitudes. Based on the variables above, the data will be processed to produce student decisions that deserve scholarships with a success rate of 88.88%. In order to produce fast and precise decisions and to avoid mistakes in selecting students, we need an appropriate method that can be used to assist decision makers in carrying out their duties. By using the right method, the school will be easier to make decisions. Mie Akwang is a home industry that provides raw materials for noodle production. Uncertain consumer demand and supplies that are not in accordance with demand make it difficult for this industry to determine the amount of production that will be produced. Previously, this home industry did not have a valid rule to determine the amount of production that must be achieved. Therefore, a decision support system was developed using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. This method is the right method in making decisions that use several criteria to produce decisions on the amount of production. In this study, the data used is in the form of data on the amount of production in April 2021. From the calculation process that has been carried out, it can be concluded that if the demand is 28,950 portions and the supply is 30,000 portions, the total production produced is 31,207 portions. Academic and administrative services for academic community are suffering, as a result of the fact that not all universities are able to provide online services to help break the chain of Covid-19 distribution. This is due to a lack of human competencies to use technology and a lack of information technology resources, necessitating the development of new strategies by universities to address these flaws. The goal of this study is to develop a university service strategy based on McKinsey 7s cluster results on the part that is having issues based on questionnaire data. The questionnaire is organized on seven McKinsey elements. The Manhattan distance calculation and the K-Medoids algorithm results demonstrated that the structure, system, skill and staff are all part of elements that clustered in k=2 and has to be addressed in aiding services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
