摘要

教师作为教育工作者和教育人员,在提高学校教育质量方面具有非常重要的作用。在有效的教与学过程中,教师的教学技能是非常重要的。本研究旨在运用C4.5算法,运用决策树方法对SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga教师的技能进行分类,以改进教学系统,增加学生对学习过程的理解。在确定教师的教学技能时,将教师分为“相关”和“不相关”标签,该标签有5个变量,分别是年龄、工作时长、教学时数、学生和学习媒体。本研究使用的数据来源是通过观察和访谈获得的。
