Magnitude distributions of Barkhausen pulses are plotted in case of different temperatures. The existing of the most probable switching impulses is revealed. Chipurnov","doi":"10.1109/EDM.2010.5568846","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/EDM.2010.5568846","url":null,"abstract":"The article considers use of a loop short-circuited on the end in middle of the resistor for summation of high powers of generators, at which the ballast resistor with sufficient large area is applied. The calculations in frequency range from 0.5 to 1.5 GHz have been carried out for the adder with the concentrated ballast resistor and with the distributed ballast resistor based on 1-mm “Policor” ceramics (4 × 8 mm) without a loop and with an adjusting loop. It is shown that the optimum length of a loop is equal to 16.8 mm. This method is based on application of the technology and the series-produced complex “Audioton”, which realize the complex effect of physical factors and medical drugs on the nerve-receptor apparatus of internal ear cochlea. Toropov","doi":"10.1109/EDM.2010.5568654","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/EDM.2010.5568654","url":null,"abstract":"It is shown that Stranski-Krastanov transition, i. e. the change of the growth mode from 2D to 3D in the formation of InAs quantum dots on (001) GaAs is actually a two-dimensional phase transition in the lattice-gas model. The density of lattice gas in quantum dots ensemble changes abruptly from low to high value corresponding to the liquid of quantum dots. The lateral interaction has a decisive role in the phase transition; its parameters are defined. It has been shown that the structure film-contacts is more sensitive to external influence when the film is placed between contacts. Dependencies of fullerene doped B2O3 films permittivity on temperature and humidity are given.
