PSA is associated with metabolic comorbidities such as diabetes, obesity, congestive heart failure, fatty liver disease, depression and/or anxiety. Due to differences in the clinical manifestations of PSA, some patients are not diagnosed through clinical examination. Delayed psoriatic arthritis diagnosis or consultation has been related to low quality of life and increased frequency of comorbidities and persistent inflammatory state. The aim of the present study was to explore multiple etiologies of PSA, screening tools, and pharmaceutical therapy. Articles were searched from international databases including Magiran, Scopus, Google Scholar, PubMed, and Springer. The keywords of Psoriatic Arthritis, Screening tools, pathogenesis, treatment, and Biomarkers were used to extract articles. \u0000Conclusion: Our study showed that heterogeneity in the etiology of PSA was a major reason for classification problems within this disease spectrum. The explanation for this disease heterogeneity may be focused on variations in genetic and environmental factors. Screening strategies (ex: CASPAR criteria and biomarkers) are a significant first step in early treatment. Moreover, many types of therapy are available to help decreased joint problems, muscle weakness, and disease severity. Detection of dependent factors related to PSA might help in the early intervention of these patients to address clinical and para-clinical issues. \u0000Here we have provided an updated review of the early diagnosis, clinical features, pathogenesis, screening tools, biomarkers, and treatment recommendations, such as new biologic medications, for Psoriatic Arthritis.

Treatment with herbal drugs has been considered by researchers due to the lower side effects. Curcumin is a polyphenol extracted from turmeric with confirmed anti-cancer properties. Curcumin is water-insoluble with rapid metabolism. Drug delivery using nano-carriers is suggested to overcome such limitations. The aim of this study was based on evaluating the effect of Dendrosomes curcumin on expression level of HOTAIR long noncoding RNA in MCF-7 breast cancer cell line. \u0000Methods: This study was an applied basic research. Firstly, curcumin was loaded in dendrosomes and the entry of dendrosomal curcumin into cells was studied using fluorescent microscopy. Cell death was investigated using MTT assay and apoptosis detection kit. The expression of HOTAIR gene was measured using real-time PCR. Increased expression of this gene was reported in a wide range of tumors. The data were analyzed using GraphPad Prism V9.5 statistical software, using NOVA one-way statistical analysis and Student t-test; the results were reported as mean ± standard deviation. \u0000Results: Dendrosomes increased the solubility of curcumin. The effective inhibitory doses of dendrosomal curcumin after 24 and 48h treatment were 25 and 20 micromolar, respectively. The percent of cells undergoing early apoptosis were 22.97±0.03 and 56.22±0.05, respectively, which was statistically significant in comparison with non-treated control cells. Following 24 and 48h treatment with 20 micromolar of dendrosomal curcumin, the HOTAIR gene expression was significantly decreased (P=0.001). \u0000Conclusion: These findings suggest that dendrosomal curcumin may promote breast tumor cells toward programmed cell death by reducing HOTAIR gene expression.

Pronated foot is one of the most common complications of the lower limbs. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of exercise protocol in water and theraband on the electrical activity of lower limb muscles in people with pronate foot during walking. \u0000Methods: The present research was a clinical trial study that was conducted in a semi-experimental and laboratory. The participants of the present study included 45 students of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili, Ardabil, Iran, who had pronated foot. They were selected purposefully and divided into three equal groups. The age range of the subjects was 18-25 years. To measure the electrical activity muscles of lower limbs, it was recorded using an electromyography device. Electromyography data were analyzed using biometric datalite program. In addition, analysis of variance with repeated measurements and bonferroni post hoc test was used, and the significance level was P≤0.05. \u0000Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between time*group activity of the gastrocnemius (P=0.001) and semitendinosus (P=0.046) in the three groups of training in water, theraband and control during the heel contact phase. Therefore, using the appropriate post hoc test (LSD), it was shown that the activity of the gastrocnemius muscle in the post-test compared to the pre-test in the group of training in water (P<0.001; d=6.08) and theraband (P<0.001; d=3.66) had a significant increase of 24.03 and 16.46%, respectively. The activity of the semitendinosus muscle in the post-test compared to the pre-test in the water training group (P=0.041; d=4.98) and theraband (P=0.048; d=4.76) had a significant increase of 21.06 and 19.01%, respectively. \u0000Conclusion: According to the present study, it seems that doing exercises in water and thera-band can play an effective role in improving the range of electrical activity of the muscles on lower limbs of people with pronated foot during walking. In addition, according to the effect size, it was found that training in water had a better effect on the activity of the gastrocnemius and semi tendinosus compared to thera-band.
