Local people believe that by carrying out this tradition, they can avoid diseases to their plants. This study aims to describe the tradition of rejecting reinforcements before planting rice in the Simaroken village community, Pasaman Regency. This study uses a qualitative field research method (field research). To obtain the data of this study, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation with respondents such as the government, ulama, community leaders and the community in general. The findings of this study are that the Simaroken community believes that the tradition of rejecting reinforcements can keep them and their plants away from all harm. The traditional procession of rejecting reinforcements before planting rice is carried out by all local people by providing food, drinks that will be served at the event and the main menu, namely lamang sipuluik. Because the lamang made of sipuluik (sticky rice) is part of what is planted by the local community and as a symbol of the results of the plant. The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic concepts of education financial management and optimizing the education financing budget. This research uses qualitative research methods based on literature study. The data collection method uses documentation studies, namely exploring theories or thoughts from various references. Data analysis uses content analysis, by analyzing and providing data interpretation to draw conclusions. The results of the study explain that. Sources of funds obtained by schools come from the government in the form of central and regional BOS funds, tuition fees for students, and assistance from donors, agencies, sponsors and infaq or sedekah. The available funds are then compiled in the school spending plan which is prepared by the team to be later approved by the principal and the school committee. The implementation of the school financial budget is used in accordance with the budgeted plan in an effective and efficient, trustworthy, and responsible manner. School financial accountability is reported to the directorate of school development (central BOS), the provincial education and culture office, committees, with an accountable and transparent model. Apart from being a wealth of plurality, it is also a challenge, because plurality is prone to causing conflict. Religious diversity (including local religion) also makes Indonesia has the same vulnerability. For this reason, Emha Ainun Nadjib has a holistic view of how this diversity is realized and managed. This study aims to analyze Emha Ainun Nadjib's culture in hacking religious life in Indonesia. By using a qualitative approach and the theory of plurality and politics, the author maps the thoughts of Emha Ainun Nadjib in addressing these issues. The results showed that Emha Ainun Nadjib viewed plurality as an invaluable gift from God. Based on this phenomenon, Emha Ainun Nadjib provides understanding and builds awareness of the Indonesian people in processing diversity into a strength. A person is considered to have left Islam (Murtad) if he refuses an act which is required by religion by denying this obligation and considers it permissible to not fulfill it. For example, he does not perform prayers, zakat or hajj because he believes these things are not obligatory and he refuses to carry out his obligations.
