The emergence of this problem is due to the lack of application of moral education especially in Islamic school, in this case every Islamic school needs to contextualize the thought of Shekh Arsyad Al Banjari as a reference in educating, as we know that he is one of Indonesia's 'Ulama' who has the title of Al-Sayyid Al-'Ulama Al -Hijaz who had been once an \"Imam\" (A leader of Communal player) at the Grand Mosque in Mecca, many of his works which when contextualized into education are still very relevant. From his various ideas about moral education, it is feasible to be used as a foundation for the implementation of moral education in every school. The purpose of moral education is none other than to form students so that they have good character, ethics, and morals apart from qualified knowledge. This has become a special asset for the Indonesian people, but on the other hand it has also been disastrous because it can cause conflict with the another. Therefore the need to instill multicultural in people’s lives, certainly through education. Multicultural education should be taken from existing local wisdom, in here the author will take the local wisdom of Lampung which is called nemui nyimah as the basis of multicultural education in Lampung. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the literature study method, with in-depth analysis based on available data sources. The dynamics of Islamic study is presecuted to develop the paradigm unity of Islamic study, exact sciences and humanities. This research try to contribute pedagogic by intergrating mental health science with Tafseer. Hopefully the intergration of mental health science gives the steady in conception in understanding of human dynamics. Integration with Tafseer meant to find originality in Islam. So this research is able to find the concept of comprehensive, holistic, in depth and applicable in the world of education. This is a qualitative research that used informaton from Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadis, books of mental health experts and character education experts. The documentation method was used to collect the data of research. This research try to reveal and to ta’shil the understanding of mental, mental health and tazkiyah nafs then aplicate this understanding into character education. In the Indonesian context, the dynamics of Islamic education cannot be separated even shackled by the country's political policies and community pluralism which is a reality in Indonesia, both before independence until post-independence Indonesia. Since the first half of the 19th century, the history of Islamic education in Indonesia has begun a new phase marked by shifts and changes in almost all aspects including institutions, methods, curriculum and Islamic education orientation. At that time Islamic education was dominated by traditional educational institutions, namely boarding schools. Islamic education is an integral part of the National Education System. As part of the national education system, Islamic education gets legitimacy for sexuality and has a place to live and develop in Indonesia to meet the educational needs of the Islamic community as a majority citizen. State accommodation for the Islamic education system makes Islamic education systems and institutions have a strong foundation to be developed by supporting funds and attention from the state. To find out, there is a focus on the problem, namely: How is the representation of da'wah in the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2?. To answer the focus of the problem above, the researcher uses a qualitative descriptive research approach with the type of media text research. The analytical method used is the semiotic analysis of the Roland Barthes model with two stages of significance, namely denotation and connotation as the key to the analysis. The data collection technique used is documentation. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnometodologi yang melakukan studi lapangan tentang bagaimana cara masyarakat  dari pendukung tatanan yang lazim menggunakan sifat-sifat tatanan bagi para warganya agar menjadi ciri-ciri terorganisasi secara nyata. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota struktur organisasi FDIK IAIN Padangsidimpuan dan mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam HMJ dari empat Prodi yang ada di FDIK IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analysis kualitative untuk mendapatkan kumpulan data yang dapat menggambarkan bagaimana anggota organisasi melihat, menerangkan dan menguraikan sistem yang sudah ada didalam organisasinya. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa sesungguhnya kegiatan pengembangan karakter telah  ada dan berjalan di Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi secara strategis namun belum memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter civitas akademika sehingga memerlukan evaluasi yang sistemik agar memperoleh hasil lebih baik. Kata Kunci : strategi, Fakultas Dakwah Dan Ilmu Komunikasi IAIN Padangsidimpuan, kampus yang berkarakter Abstract : This study aims to determine the strategy of the Padangsidimpuan Da'wah Faculty and Communication Sciences Padangsidimpuan State Islamic Institute in realizing a characteristic campus. In its implementation, this research belongs to the type of descriptive qualitative with ethnometodology approach which conducts field studies on how people from the order of proponents commonly use the traits of order for their citizens to become real organized features. The subjects of this study were members of the FDIK organizational structure of IAIN Padangsidimpuan and students who were members of HMJ from four study programs in the FDIK of IAIN Padangsidimpuan. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative analysis model to obtain data that can describe how organizational members see, explain and describe the systems that already exist within the organization. From the results of the study it was found that in fact character development activities already existed and were running in the Da'wah and Communication Faculty strategically but not had a significant impact on the character development of the academic community so that it needed systemic evaluation to run better. In order to carry out his da'wah as the realization of amar ma'ruf, pesantren does not only carry out preaching verbally only but needs to be developed with a model of da'wah in terms of empowering students. Robbi Rodliyya Pesantren is one of the social agents to make changes to the welfare of the people by adopting multi-media technology, but in the discourse in the community and students / students, they see that the use of internet media has a bad impact on children's development and affect their morals who tend to think negatively However, there needs to be an approach to change the mindset of the community and santri in relation to the use of modern media, therefore social engineering needs to be done. Dalam rangka untuk melakanakan dakwahnya sebagai realisasi amar ma’ruf, pesantren tidak hanya melakukan dakwah secara lisan saja namun perlu dikembangkan dengan model dakwah bil hal dalam bentuk pemberdayaan terhadap santri. Pesantren Robbi Rodliyya merupakan salah satu agen sosial untuk melakukan perubahan kesejahteraan terhadap umat dengan mengadobsi teknologi multi media, namun dalam wacana di masyarakat dan santri/ siswa, mereka memandang bahwa penggunakan media internet membawa dampak yang buruk bagi perkembangan anak dan mempengaruhi akhlaknya yang cenderung berfikir negatif, namun hal tersebut perlu ada pendekatan untuk mengubah pola pikir masyarakat maupun santri terkait dengan penggunaan media modern, oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan social engineering.
