The Baubau City government office has 23 service offices spread throughout the Baubau City area with their respective roles and duties. The spread of office locations can make it difficult for the people of Baubau City and immigrant communities to find the location of the official office and information on the official office. Therefore, a geographic information system for mapping the Baubau City government office is needed. This study aims to design an android-based geographic information system application for mapping the Baubau City government office. The data used in this study is collected data on maps of the Baubau City area using Mapbox and leaflets js, interviews at each office address, collecting data on coordinate points, and some other supporting data. Predicting the number of new students is needed in school management planning activities. This study aims to predict the number of new students at SMPN 1 Batauga in 2022. The data used is data from the last 5 years. 2017 to 2021. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is used to make predictions using parameters α=0.1 to α=0.9. From the prediction results, it is obtained that the alpha value has the smallest error value, namely alpha=0.9 and MAPE of 20%. To find out whether the development plan and direction of government decisions are running as they should, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of an agency. The purpose of this research is to build an application that can inform development planning and determine the results of community satisfaction through the e-voting system and to implement the online questionnaire feature into the e-voting system intended for the community. This application is created using web programming (HTML, PHP, Javascript) then converted into an Android application using the Apk Builder. Determination of voting on development planning uses questionnaire data, where the results of filling out the questionnaire are processed using a Likert scale. Likert scale 1-5 choices, with gradations from Strongly Agree (SS) to Strongly Agree (SS) A with a weight value of 88.31 - 100.00, Agree (S) with a weight value of 76.61 - 88.30, Doubt - Doubtful (RG) with a weight value of 65.00 - 76.60, Disagree (TS) with a weight value of 15.00 - 64.99. The results of this research are in the form of an e-voting information system application for community satisfaction with development plans and the direction of government decisions which can make it easier for the community to find out about development plans that have been decided by the local government and there are e-voting facilities to regulate the level of community satisfaction with government development plans. Untuk mendukung kamera diperlukan perangkat pendukung, dalam hal ini seiring berjalannya waktu kamera yang mumpuni juga bisa didapatkan dari perangkat smartphone, teknologi perangkat tersebut harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan pengguna dalam mengoperasikannya. Gimbal Stabilizer salah satu jawabannya, menggunakan gimbal stabilizer menjadi salah satu alternatif karena dapat meredam getaran sehingga gambar yang dihasilkan lebih maksimal. Banyak website memberikan informasi tentang produk gimbal stabilizer dengan memberikan banyak informasi dalam gambar dan ulasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, analisis sentimen merupakan solusi untuk masalah pengelompokan opini atau review menjadi opini positif atau negatif secara otomatis berdasarkan hal ini untuk mendapatkan penilaian penggunaan gimbal berdasarkan analisis sentimen yang diberikan melalui review produk, kami akan mencoba menguji parameter untuk menghasilkan n gram pada tahap pre-processing, k-fold pada cross validation dan penerapan particle swarm optimization untuk meningkatkan akurasi menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Hasil dari tester ini menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 84,42. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa basis kode yang ditulis menggunakan Flutter memiliki maintainability lebih tinggi dibandingkan React Native. Faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah bahasa pemrograman yang digunakannya, yaitu Dart untuk Flutter dan JavaScript untuk React Native, serta cara penulisan komponen yang berbeda antara Flutter dan React Native. Flutter and React Native, which are cross-platform user interface framework, become more popular due to their ability to compile to any mobile operating system. But, it is not yet known which of the two frameworks have the better maintainability. Maintenance is a step in software development process that consumes most of the development effort. So, it is important to know which framework produces the more maintainable code base. In this research, a communication media application for kindergarten with diverse use case complexity is used for comparing maintainability between Flutter and React Native. Each code base are measured using A Code Quality Metrics Model for React-Based Web Applications. The result is code base that are developed using Flutter has more maintainability than React Native. However, students tend to follow the choices of their parents or friends. They are not considering the curriculum according to their interests and abilities. As a result, many students have difficulties following the lesson, and their academic achievement decreases. The RIASEC model is one of the interest detection methods used to determine the student's personality type. This study aims to develop a model to predict the choice of majors at SMK Yadika 12 Depok. We compared five classifiers on the major's selection data sets at vocational schools. In addition, we performed hyperparameter tuning using GridsearchCV to obtain the most influential parameters from the selected classification algorithm. The algorithms implemented are Multinomial Naive Bayes, Gaussian Naive Bayes, Bernoulli Naive Bayes, Gradient Boosting Classifier, Decision Tree Classifier, K Neighbors Classifier, and Logistic Regression.
