Our method mainly include three steps of data processing: the first processing phrase is object extraction, involving a background subtraction algorithm which dynamically updates two sets of background. Then, extracted objects are classified as static or dynamic objects. Finally, a decision-making model is employed to calculate a confidence score for the classification about event, and an alarm will be automatically triggered if the score of corresponding action is higher than a pre-defined threshold. Also, Compared with the existing detection algorithm, the robustness and efficiency of the method was tested on our real time video surveillance system and evaluated by public database such as AVSS 2007 data sets.","PeriodicalId":319991,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Communication Problem-Solving (ICCP)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131228033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, a novel dual-mode coaxial bandpass filter with stepped impedance resonator (SIR) configuration is proposed. The resonator that supports the TEM mode can exhibit two resonances. By combining multiple resonators, higher order filters with narrowband response can be realized within compact structure. Besides, a 4th order filter is designed, theoretical analysis and simulation results prove the fesibility of the proposed class of filters.","PeriodicalId":319991,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Communication Problem-Solving (ICCP)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116300842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed approach is based on composite right/left handed (CRLH) and zeroth-order resonator (ZOR) theories, then, the resonant frequencies fsh and fse of EBG structure can be detected by our designed microstrip line based approach. Thereafter, the band-gap of an EBG structure surface is defined as it is delimited by the two resonant frequencies. Compared to the conventional approaches, our proposed approach has many advantages, such as computer resources and time-alleviated, fast prediction of the resonant frequencies and band-gap, and easy of construction and directly measurement. The approach is validity by full wave simulations.","PeriodicalId":319991,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Communication Problem-Solving (ICCP)","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116329353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the loss of color information is not conducive for color stereoscopic images to make the right assessment. To solve this problem, saturation quality assessment model of stereoscopic image base on Gaussian white noise was proposed. Firstly, extract saturation gradient values of eight directions around each pixel from reference images and distorted images. Secondly, euclidean distance of eight gradient feature vectors are calculated between gradient values of reference image and gradient values of distorted image. Euclidean distance are taken as image quality evaluation indexes. Thirdly, using curve model for fitting the mapping relationship that between indexes and DMOS. Finally, eight directions of indexes are used to multiple linear regression analysis and the regression equation is saturation quality assessment model of stereoscopic image. The method was tested on the LIVE 3D Image Quality Database published by university of Texas. The Linear Correlation Coefficient (LCC) and Spearman Rank Order Correlation Coefficient (SROCC) achieved 0.917 and 0.918.The results have high accordance with the subjective evaluation.","PeriodicalId":319991,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Communication Problem-Solving (ICCP)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129770207","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
