The center frequency of the respective two-pole tunable filter is settled at 6.5GHz which can be shifted by 500MHz approximately. The device is fabricated using liquid crystal sandwich structure with a total thickness of 1 mm. The first rejected band (3.3-3.6 GHz) for the WiMAX system is achieved by etching a split semicircular resonator (SSR) on the radiating element. Meanwhile, by adding two capacitively loaded loops(CLLs) close to the micro-strip feed line, the other two band-notched properties in the lower WLAN (5.15-5.35 GHz) and higher WLAN (5.725-5.825 GHz) bands are obtained. The size of antenna is 34 × 27 mm2. The measured results are roughly consistent with the simulated. The time domain characteristics are also analyzed. This kind of switch is based on unilateral fin-line using four beam lead PIN diodes in parallel. The 3D EM simulation results demonstrated that, from 33 GHz to 37 GHz, the insertion loss of the switch is less than 0.5 dB while the isolation is greater than 32 dB. This paper presents a scheduling strategy which is based on the genetic algorithm for Cloud computing energy optimal. First, we adopt queuing network for system modeling and prove that the energy consumption of Cloud computing system is determined by the task scheduling probability. In order to obtain minimum energy consumption, genetic algorithms based on optimal reservation selection is use to optimize the dispatch probability. In this design, the equivalent circuit of the proposed filter is considered as the tubular bandpass filter circuit. Then, the proposed filter could be realized by quasi-lumped elements using SSL easily. In the passband from 3.1 to 10.6 GHz, insertion loss is better than 0.5 dB, return loss is higher than 19 dB and the group delay variation is less than 0.7 ns. Two coaxial feeds with same magnitude and different phase is used to excite the antenna. Parametric studies are carried out to investigate the effects of some key geometrical sizes on the antenna's performance. The overlapped band that |Γ| ≤ -10 dB and AR ≤ 3 dB is wide enough. The amplifier small signal gain exhibits >5 dB from 140 GHz-165 GHz. The peak gain is 11 dB at 140 GHz. This is the first time reported InP DHBT MMIC amplifier operating in D-band employing TFM in china.
