This study uses a qualitative method by comparing the information obtained from a Google Scholer search. This method is entirely based on the hunt for journal articles developed through bibliometric analysis. Data was collected using Publish or Perish (PoP) and visualized using VOSviewer. In this study, researchers obtained metadata from as many as 995 articles of applied mathematics in everyday life published on April 15, 2022, using a database of 1000 articles from 1926 to 2022. The results and discussion of the bibliometric analysis that has been carried out show that this research topic is still possible. Other researchers for the next period because the data that has been analyzed is still categorized as feasible, and there are still few studies related to bibliometric mapping of the role of mathematics in everyday life. Then suggestions for further research if researchers are interested in choosing a research topic on bibliometric mapping of the role of mathematics in everyday life, namely by connecting various other activities in society and combining it with the progress that developed during the research period so that the data obtained is always up-to-date to evaluate the effectiveness of mathematics in daily life","PeriodicalId":31996,"journal":{"name":"Numerical Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44457362","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The product developed was validated by experts and the results showed that the product was in the valid and feasible category to be applied in learning. Furthermore, limited trials were carried out on several students and teachers to see the practicality of the product, getting the results that the product developed was classified as very practical. The research was continued by testing this product in learning. The sample for this product trial was selected by purposive sampling. This research design uses a pretest-posttest control group design with 2 classes consisting of an experimental class using excel-based media and a control class using conventional learning. Hypothesis testing using the t-test showed that at the time of the pretest there was no difference in average between the two classes, while at the posttest there was an average difference between the two classes. Followed by the N-Gain test to see the average increase between the pretest and posttest results from the two classes showing the results that the average increase in understanding mathematical concepts in the experimental class is higher than the average increase in understanding mathematical concepts in the control class. So it can be concluded that the product developed is valid, practical, and effective in increasing students' understanding of mathematical concepts.","PeriodicalId":31996,"journal":{"name":"Numerical Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42251821","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This type of research is Quasi-Experimentals with Nonequivalent Control Group Designs. The population used in this research is the blind students of class V and class VI of SLBN ABD Kedungkandang Malang city with 12 students. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique. The experimental class uses the Flipped Classroom learning model for class VI students, and the control class uses a direct learning model as a comparison, namely for class V students. The data results show Normal and Homogeneous with the resulting significance value > 0.05. Then the final test is the independent sample t-test to determine whether there is a difference in the average of the two unpaired samples from the data. Depending on the first decision by observing the column value Sig.t count (2-tailed) or P-value, required if the value of Sig. t-count 0.05, then H0 is accepted, and if the value of Sig. t-count 0.05, then H0 is rejected. From the second decision, H0 is rejected, and H0 is not enough to be accepted.
