Delivery performance is one of the important measurements in the supply chain system since it is an indicator of the accuracy of the quantity and time of grain delivery from rice farmers involved in partnership with PT MDP. Respondents used in this study consisted of 30 rice farmers chosen through purposive sampling technique in Pamarican District, Ciamis Regency, West Java. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression or multiple linear regression model with Ordinary Least Square to analyze the influence of the distance of the farmer to the grain collection point, the length of time the farmer makes inventory, the experience of farming, the farmer's storage capacity, and the method of payment for grain or the transaction system on the delivery performance. The results of the analysis show the variables of distance, inventory, and transaction systems. The distance variable has a significant positive effect, the inventory variable has a significant negative effect, and the cash transaction system will improve the delivery performance of farmers to PT MDP. Farmers make cost efficiency for grain delivery by collecting grain first. A decrease in delivery performance occurs when farmers store the grain longer","PeriodicalId":319612,"journal":{"name":"Agriecobis : Journal of Agricultural Socioeconomics and Business","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131353247","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The regional economic development indicator is GRDP. The former Madiun residencies have the lowest average of GRDP. Accordingly, the economic development activities and effort to mitigate income inequality should be carried out properly. Using MRT, Williamson Index, and Shift Share analysis, the research results on agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors of the former Madiun residencies include the basic and non-basic sectors. The basic-sector former residencies of Madiun include the regencies of Pacitan, Ponorogo, Madiun, Magetan, and Ngawi. Meanwhile, the non-basic sector ex-residence is the City of Madiun. The results of the Williamson Index show that the agricultural sector has a role in reducing income inequality. The IW value of ex-residencies with the agricultural sector has an average of 0.39, and the one without the agricultural sector is 0.53. As for the shift-share, the results show that the national share component of all sub-sectors is positive, meaning that sub-sector is experiencing growth. The industrial mix of all sub-sectors is negative (IM<0), meaning that sub-sector growth in former Madiun residencies is slow. Primary data were collected using structured interviews to farmers of apple. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is employed to analyze the effect of climate change on production, environment and price changes. The results showed farmers possessed knowledge concerning climate change based on information mainly received from television and their perceived experience. Climate change causes the increase of warmer air temperatures, drought, and the need for product facilities, like fertilizers and pesticides. However, it causes the decrease of apple production. Climate change has a significant negative effect on apple productivity and the economic value of apples. The environment also has a negative effect on apple productivity at a lower level of significance.  During climate change, apple productivity has a negative effect on apple prices, It means that the higher the apple productivity is, the lower the apple price will be. This is because the agricultural sector contributes to meeting food needs and the supply of industrial raw materials. The corporate farming (CF) program located in desa Trimulyo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is one of the empowerment programs for farming communities by farming in groups. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the CF program and the impact of the CF program on labor efficiency at the farm level. The research method used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative with t-test. The method of determining the sample was purposive with 30 farmers as respondents. The technique of collecting data was done by observation, interview and questionnaire. The results showed that the CF program is a program by combining several farmer-owned lands into one large area (land consolidation) and carried out jointly in one management from land preparation to harvest using modern agricultural tools and machines. The rice productivity produced by farmers before the CF program was 323.03 Kg/UT or 3,654.05 Kg/Ha. After the existence of the productivity program is 268.13 Kg/UT or 3,032 Kg/Ha. The need for labour in one season prior to the program was 43.8 HOK/UT or 1,464.76 HOK/Ha. The need for labor after the program was 31.52 HOK/UT or 716.79 HOK/Ha.
