The population in this study was the members of farmer groups \"Baru Muncul 1\" and \"Baru Muncul 2\" totaling 152 people. Sampling technique employed was proportionate random sampling. The number of samples was determined by adopting Slovin formula at a degree of error of 10% as many as 60 respondents. Moreover, the data in this study were collected by employing a questionnaire. The method used for data analysis was multiple linear regression test with IBM SPSS 22 software. The results showed that internal factors (age, land area, education, length of farming) and external factors (availability of capital, intensity of extension, and availability of labor) affected farmers' motivation in implementing Jajar Legowo planting system by 65.6%, while the remaining 34.4% is affected by other variables which were unexamined in this study. This sudy aims to (i) describe contract farming between PT Bloom Agro and Bangkit Merbabu farmer group, (ii) describe the challenges and benefits of contract farming, and (iii) analyze the factors that effect the success of contract farming between PT Bloom Agro and Bangkit Merbabu farmer group. The research was conducted in Desa Batur, Kecamatan Getasan using the cencus method with the total population of 35 organic vegetable farmers in Bangkit Merbabu farmer group. The analysis method in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regresion. The data analysis showed that the F test result of variable education, farming experience, production input, technological support and information transparancy simultaneously have a significant effect on the success of contract farming betwen PT Bloom Agro with Bangkit Merbabu farmer group. The t test result showed production input, technological support and transparancy of information individually have a significant efect on the success of contract farming. Pattern of contract farming that was applied between PT Bloom Agro and Bangkit Merbabu farmer group is a general trading contract. Covid-19 pandemic, climatic condition and limitation of education were found to be the inhibiting factors that farmers faced in the implementation of contract farming. Delivery performance is one of the important measurements in the supply chain system since it is an indicator of the accuracy of the quantity and time of grain delivery from rice farmers involved in partnership with PT MDP. Respondents used in this study consisted of 30 rice farmers chosen through purposive sampling technique in Pamarican District, Ciamis Regency, West Java. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression or multiple linear regression model with Ordinary Least Square to analyze the influence of the distance of the farmer to the grain collection point, the length of time the farmer makes inventory, the experience of farming, the farmer's storage capacity, and the method of payment for grain or the transaction system on the delivery performance. The results of the analysis show the variables of distance, inventory, and transaction systems. The distance variable has a significant positive effect, the inventory variable has a significant negative effect, and the cash transaction system will improve the delivery performance of farmers to PT MDP. The regional economic development indicator is GRDP. The former Madiun residencies have the lowest average of GRDP. Accordingly, the economic development activities and effort to mitigate income inequality should be carried out properly. Using MRT, Williamson Index, and Shift Share analysis, the research results on agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors of the former Madiun residencies include the basic and non-basic sectors. The basic-sector former residencies of Madiun include the regencies of Pacitan, Ponorogo, Madiun, Magetan, and Ngawi. Meanwhile, the non-basic sector ex-residence is the City of Madiun. The results of the Williamson Index show that the agricultural sector has a role in reducing income inequality. The IW value of ex-residencies with the agricultural sector has an average of 0.39, and the one without the agricultural sector is 0.53. As for the shift-share, the results show that the national share component of all sub-sectors is positive, meaning that sub-sector is experiencing growth. The industrial mix of all sub-sectors is negative (IM<0), meaning that sub-sector growth in former Madiun residencies is slow. This study aims at determining farmers’ knowledge concerning climate change and farmers’ behavior in apple cultivation, as well as it aims at investigating the impact of climate change on apple productivity, environmental damage, and apple prices. Primary data were collected using structured interviews to farmers of apple. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is employed to analyze the effect of climate change on production, environment and price changes. The results showed farmers possessed knowledge concerning climate change based on information mainly received from television and their perceived experience. Climate change causes the increase of warmer air temperatures, drought, and the need for product facilities, like fertilizers and pesticides. However, it causes the decrease of apple production. Climate change has a significant negative effect on apple productivity and the economic value of apples. The environment also has a negative effect on apple productivity at a lower level of significance.
