Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi usaha, risiko usaha dan analisis sensitivitas pada usaha industri tahu skala rumah tangga di sentra industri tahu Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode dasar penelitian yaitu deskriptif. Penentuan daerah sampel secara sengaja (purposive). Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi usaha, risiko usaha, serta sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata biaya total yang dikeluarkan oleh industri tahu skala rumah tangga di sentra industri tahu Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo bulan Desember 2018 sebesar Rp.58.050.003,00 dengan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp.65.430.850,00 sehingga keuntungan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp.7.380.847,00 dan profitabilitas sebesar 13%. Usaha yang dijalankan sudah efisien dengan R/C ratio sebesar 1,13. Besar nilai koefisien variasi 0,64 dan nilai batas bawah keuntungan sebesar -Rp.2.057.792,00. Hal ini berarti usaha tahu di Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo berisiko. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 22 variabel. Metode dasar penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan analitis. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel ditetapkan lima kali jumlah variabel. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini mengambil sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 orang Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 22 variabel dan tercakup dalam tujuh faktor utama yang membentuk keputusan pembelian. Faktor tersebut berdasarkan prioritasnya adalah faktor produk 24,042%; faktor promosi 10,507%; faktor proses 9,913; faktor orang 8,845%; faktor bukti fisik 5,815%; faktor tempat 5,815% dan faktor harga 4,916%. The processing can increase the added value of agricultural products. The purpose of this study was to determine the cost, revenue, profit, efficiency, and value added of melinjo chips industry in Industrial Center at Bandar Village Sukomoro District Magetan Regency. The basic method of research used is descriptive analytical method. The determination of the sample area is purpossive which is Bandar Village Sukomoro District Magetan Regency because those village is the center of the melinjo chips industry in Magetan Regency. The respondents are found and gathered by using the proportional method and the respondents are found gathered simple random sampling method. The result of this research shows that total average cost spent by those industrialists in Bandar village is Rp5.816.109,00 per month. The average revenue for each of them is Rp7.826.667,00 per month and the profit is Rp2.010.492,00 per month. The running of melinjo chips industries is efficient. It can be known by efficiency value (R/C ratio) 1,42. Hasil dari Focus Group Discussion yang diadakan di Desa Dukuhmencek dapat diketahui jadwal tanam secara serempak disebabkan karena kondisi air kurang mencukupi, kondisi lahan di Desa Dukuhmencek miring dan tidak merata, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana terbatas, kurangnya tenaga kerja dalam bidang pertanian, dan para petani di Desa Dukuhmencek mengejar waktu penanaman. This research is a descriptive study. The location of the research is determine by purposive method. Data analysis method is descriptive using Food Supply Chain Network approach (Vorst) while the supply chain performance is measured by marketing margin and farmer’s share calculation. The result of this research shows that supply chain of cassava in tiwul instan agroindustry choose the domestic market as the target market while the development target of this supply chain is improvement in technology, coordination and collaboration, and the procurenment of formal contract agreement among the chain members. Cooperation is conducted by the basic of oral contract among the chain members, the transcation system is done in cash, and there has been government support such as capital aid, equipment, and training of human resource development. The management model of supply chain consist of farmer, collectors, market traders, and tiwul instan agroindustry as the chain members whom performing different activities depending on the input and the output. The most efficient channels is SC4 (farmer (gaplek) à market trader (gaplek) à tiwul instan agroindustry). At present, mangrove forests have been developed as ecotourism objects, however, the management has not developed them maximally. This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as to analyze the strategies used in developing ecotourism at Muara Bengawan Solo Mangrove. Six key informants were selected as resource persons, while 30 respondents were selected by accidental sampling, they became the subject of analysis. The tool used is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results shows that the biggest score 1.84 was obtained at the opportunity, while the threat score was 0.84 so that this mangrove ecotourism still has many opportunities that could be used in developing ecotourism. The scores of strengths and weaknesses are 1.62 and 1.22, with a score difference of 0.4 only. The strength is only a slight difference from its weaknesses. Based on QSPM, an alternative strategy is obtained with the highest score of 5.71% at the first alternative. Kediri District is potential as a center of chili’s production. According to Ibrahim, 2012 there are four major sub-district in the production of chili commodities, such as Kepung District, Puncu District, Papar District, and Pagu District. The determination of a commodity to be a superior commodity in Kediri District based on the consideration that not all vegetable commodities are suitable to be developed in all places. The purpose of this research is 1) Knowing the growth of chili’s production, 2) Analyze the Location Quotient of chili in Kediri District, 3) Analyze the Location Quotient of cayenne in Kediri District. This research is using secondary data. This research data was analyzed by Location Quotient (LQ). This research shows that the growth of harvested area has fluctuated every year. Chili’s production has fluctuated during 2014-2016. Cayenne’s production has fluctuated during 2014-2016. Mojo sub-district is basis area of harvested area and chili’s production for last three years. This research used descriptive and analytical method. The research location was chosen purposively in Magetan. By using 27 years time series data, this study applied Cobb Douglass demand functing with OLS method. The results showed that the price of chicken egg race, chicken meat price, rice price, population and income per capita have significant effect on chicken egg demand in Magetan District. Race egg price has inelastic elasticity since its value is negative (-0,280). Chicken meat price has subtitute elasticity since its value is positive (0,911). Rice price has complementary elasticity since its value is negative (-0,233). The basic research method is analytical descriptive. The research location was chosen purposively. The farmers sample were determined by using quota sampling, while traders sample were chosen by using snowball sampling method. The research data is analyzed by SCP approach (Structure, Conduct, and Performance of Market). The research results showed that the market structure of maize in Wonogiri District leads to the incomplete market competition, namely oligopsony market. This market structure causes the inefficient market. The market conduct is inefficient, it is showed by the β1 (0.785) <1. There are four types of maize marketing channel in Wonogiri District with the farmer’s share more than 50%.
