Service quality and customer trust in a bank's current account may also play a role in an individual's decision to save funds The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods or often called traditional methods, because this method has been used for a long time so that it has become a tradition for research. The result is Quality of Service on Decision to Save Funds, knowing that the results of tcount > ttable are (5.876 > 1.974) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Decisions to Save Funds, so H1 is Accepted. Current Account Customer Confidence in the Decision to Save Funds, knowing that the results of tcount > ttable are (6.571> 1.974) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then the Current Account Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Save Funds, so H2 is accepted. Quality of Service and Trust of Current Account Customers simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Save Funds, by knowing the results of Fcount > Ftable (273.186 > 3.05) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and with a coefficient of determination or r square (R2) of 0.768 or 76.8% while the rest (100% - 76.8% = 23.2%) is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined. One tool that can be used to measure company performance is financial ratios. BenefitFinancial ratio analysis in looking at a company will provide an overview of the company's condition and can be used as a predictive tool for the company in the future. The financial ratio indicator used is the profitability ratio, one of which is return on assets. There are several components that can affect the company's performance improvement, namely deferred taxes. Deferred tax affects company performance. The higher the deferred tax expense, the higher the company performance, while the tax to book ratio affects company performance.This study aims to determine the effect of deferred tax and tax to book ratio on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is the food and beverages sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 26 companies. Based on the sampling technique using purposive sampling from 26 companies, 12 companies were obtained that matched the predetermined criteria. The type of research used is quantitative data in the form of secondary data obtained from annual financial reports for 5 years of the object of observation. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Siliwangi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dari pengelola BUMDes dan Masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan ketua BUMDes, Aparatur Pekon, masyarakat desa, obervasi lapangan, dan studi literatur dengan menggunakan jurnal, buku, dan website resmi terkait. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah BUMDes Siliwangi sudah ada sejak tahun 2015 dan BUMDes Siliwangi melakukan kegiatan pembuatan selai buah naga dari hasil potensi desa. Peran BUMDes Siliwangi sudah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. The research data was collected using a questionnaire with a population of 65 people and a sample of 65 people. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. Work Discipline Variable (X1) has a significant contribution to employee performance variables. (Y) of 44.6%. The Work Environment Variable (X2) has an influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y) of 44.7%. The components of the APBD consist of regional income, regional spending and budget financing . In the process of preparing the APBD, the structure and contents of the APBD are adjusted to the needs of government administration and regional government revenues within one fiscal year. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a research design of hypothesis testing studies . In sample research, this research uses purposive sampling with the aim of obtaining a representative sample according to the criteria, namely the Provincial Government which has the highest SILPA in 2021. The dependent variable Budget Forecast Errors has an average of 1.39 and a maximum value of 9.45. The minimum value is 0.91 and the standard deviation value is 1.79. These results can be explained that the Regional Original Income variable has a high average value when compared to the standard deviation, which is 103.74 greater than 12.84. The independent variable Balancing Fund has an average value of 100.62, a maximum value of 106.85, a minimum value of 95.66, and a standard deviation value of 3.26. These results can be explained that the average value of the Other Legal Regional Income variables is relatively high when compared to the standard deviation, which is 114.74 greater than 43.78. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing includes statistical t test and f test, as well as testing the coefficient of determination using Eview 12 software. The results show that partially Enterprise Risk Management and Gross Profit Margin have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while Return of Assets has no effect on stock prices. . Good Corporate Governance strengthens the relationship between Enterprise Risk Management, Gross Profit Margin with stock prices and Good Corporate Governance weakens the relationship between Return of Assets and stock prices.
