The method used is the mixed method methodology. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews as well as document review. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used simultaneously in this research. Questionnaires were distributed offline and online through exhibitions, communities, community service activities, and social media. However, the data has been collected and valid is 182 data. As for calculating the level of digitization, it was adapted from the calculations carried out by previous researchThe results of data processing show that level of digital readiness of SMEs in Sumedang is still low, it’s at level 1 (Digital outsider). The results showed that from 5 variables: people, strategy, process, integration, and technology, the majority of SMEs in Sumedang were more prepared in terms of process and integration. The goal of this study was to figure out where each destination was on the respondent's mind map. Purposive sampling was used to select 103 participants for this investigation. The results of data processing with SPSS display a three-dimensional perceptual map, with dimension 1 representing the destination image in the Lake Toba tourist area, dimension 2 representing the destination brand experience (Brand experience destination), and dimension 3 representing the attraction in regional Lake Toba tours. Then, based on the Euclidean distance, a destination group was constructed, which was viewed as having a similarity level. Taman Iman Sitinjo, Lae Pandaroh Waterfall, Tuktuk, Hot Springs, and Sipiso-Piso Waterfall have created a single group that is in direct competition with one another. Balige, Sisingamangaraja Palace, and the Salib Kasih are the other groups. Parapat and Tomok, meanwhile, created their own groups. Data collection and processing were carried out by means of focused group discussions using fishbone diagrams to obtain data related to the old payroll system and the new payroll system with the remuneration model. Discussions involving fifteen personnel as informants, documentation studies and observations were also carried out to complete data acquisition. The researchers examined knowledge management practices in family businesses in Indonesia, which have a collectivistic culture and contribute to family business literature. Successor characteristics were measured using an exploratory qualitative case study approach using Likert scales and semi-structured face-to-face interviews to support data. The study's results found that successor characteristics in family businesses positively influence all succession phases, and the average values in all phases meet good criteria. Suggestions for future researchers, this family business study is limited to successful intergenerational transfer cases. The greater the percentage, it is said that the performance is getting better. Related to this, the research aims to find out what factors hinder the absorption of regional revenue and expenditure budgets, especially in the Papua Provincial government. The study used a sample of 60 people from 20 work units or offices in the Papua provincial government related to financial management. The results of this study indicate that partially the government's commitment (X1) Budget Planning, (X2) Budget Implementation, (X3) has an effect on the delay in APBD absorption (Y) which can be seen from the t-test value based on the significant level. Simultaneously, the independent variables affect the delay in the absorption of the Regional Budget (Y) in the Papua Provincial Government by comparing the p_value (F-statistics) with a significant level. The total population in this study was 128 people with the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula which produced 114 respondents. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model to determine how much independent influence the dependent variable has through the intervening variables, carried out using the Lisrel 8.8 program. The results of this study prove that the kaizen culture has a significant and positive effect on productivity. Productivity is significantly and positively influenced by work discipline. Performance is not significantly affected by the kaizen culture. Performance is significantly affected by work discipline. Efficiency has a significant effect on execution. Productivity is significantly and positively influenced by the kaizen culture and work discipline. This research aims to analyze the influence of person-job fit on work engagement and turnover intention on employees of state-owned banks in Jakarta by using work-family conflict and family-work conflict as mediating variables. The samples used in this research were taken from 320 frontline employees of state-owned banks in Jakarta including Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Bank BNI and Bank BTN. The data were collected by using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data analysis used in this research is structural equation modeling. The results of this research show that there are both negative and positive influences between each variable, and work-family conflict and family-work conflict as mediating variables proved to have an effect on person-job fit on work engagement and turnover intention. The collected questionnaires were processed with the help of the SPSS 25 application. Based on the SPSS processing, it was found that the Price Discount and Atmosphare store had a significant effect on Positive Emotion on Alfamidi consumers in Palopo City with a positive direction. The direction of positive influence means that the more often the Price Discount is given by Alfamidi, the more positive Emotion will be on Alfamidi's consumers in Palopo City.
