The Manpower Office, which has 64 employees, is a government-owned company that provides work program services needed by the community. The phenomenon related to Self-Efficacy is that not all employees of the Manpower Office are confident in their own abilities and understanding in carrying out their work. The purpose of this study was to determine self-efficacy, work motivation, job satisfaction, and determine the magnitude of the influence of self-efficacy and work motivation on job satisfaction in the Department of Labor, Bandung. The method used in this research is the association strategy approach through correlation test, regression, t test and kd test for each variable. The results showed that the employees of the Bandung City Manpower Service had high levels of self-efficacy, very high work motivation, and very satisfied job satisfaction. Self-efficacy and work motivation are positively related to employee job satisfaction, meaning that when an employee believes in his abilities, the employee will be increasingly motivated to give his best performance in the company in order to get high job satisfaction. There is a significant influence between self-efficacy and work motivation on job satisfaction of 49.4%. This means that the higher the level of self-efficacy and work motivation of an employee, the higher the job satisfaction of the employee. \u0000Keywords: self-efficacy, work motivation, job satisfaction, Bandung city manpower office, employees \u0000Abstrak. Dinas tenaga Kerja yang pegawai nya berjumlah 64 orang ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di lingkungan pemerintahan yang menyediakan layanan jasa program kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Fenomena terkait dengan Self-Efficacy yaitu tidak semua pegawai dinas tenaga kerja yakin akan kemampuan diri sendiri dan pemahaman dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui self-efficacy, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh self-efficacy dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di dinas tenaga kerja kota bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitudengan pendekatan strategi asosiasi melalui pengujian korelasi, regresi, uji t dan uji kd masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pegawai dinas tenaga kerja kota bandung memiliki tingkat self-efficacy yang tinggi, motivasi kerja yang sangat tinggi, dan kepuasan kerja sangat puas. Self-efficacy dan Motivasi Kerja berhubungan secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, yang artinya ketika seorang pegawai yakin akan kemampuan yang dimilikinya pegawai tersebut akan semakin termotivasi untuk memberikan performa terbaiknya di perusahaan agar mendapatkan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 49,4%. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative which aims to test the truth of the hypothesis. The population used in this study is the community of RW 14 Babakan Sari Village, Kiaracondong District in Bandung City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The statistical analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy partially has a significant positive effect on personal financial management. Locus of control partially has a significant positive effect on personal financial management. Furthermore, spending habits partially have a significant positive effect on personal financial management. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif  kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji kebenaran dari hipotesis. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat RW 14 Kelurahan Babakan Sari, Kecamatan Kiaracondong di Kota Bandung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Lokus kendali secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Selanjutnya kebiasaan belanja secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and debt policy on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable from 2018-2020 pharmaceutical companies. The author uses 18 samples of pharmaceutical companies with a span of 2018-2020. The method used is verification with sampling using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that profitability and debt policy have a simultaneous effect on dividend policy. Profitability, debt policy and dividend policy on firm value have a simultaneous effect. Partially, profitability has no significant effect on dividend policy, debt policy has a significant effect on dividend policy, profitability and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value, while debt policy has no significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy is not able to mediate the effect of profitability and debt policy on firm value. \u0000Keywords: Profitability, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Firm Value. \u0000Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening dari perusahaan farmasi 2018-2020. Penulis menggunakan 18 sampel perusahaan farmasi dengan rentang waktu 2018-2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah verifikatif dengan penarikan sample menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang terhadap kebijakan dividen berpengaruh secara simultan. Profitabilitas, kebijakan hutang dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultan. Secara parsial profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, kebijakan hutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. PLN (Persero) has been effective. Methodology – The method used is observation, documentation and interviews with all employees of Yan HC PT. PLN (Persero), totaling 9 people. The data that has been obtained from the research results is processed using a qualitative description to determine the effectiveness of the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero). Findings – The results show that the effectiveness of employee performance is good. Some things still need to be improved for the sake of convenience in the future. A more computerized work system is needed at PT. PLN (Persero). Originality/Novelty – The research was conducted by direct observation during the internship period which was conducted from March to July at the Yan HC division of PT. PLN (Persero). Implications – The implication for employees and companies is increasing performance effectiveness. With this increase in effectiveness, it is hoped that it will minimize the effort, time and funds that must be spent by employees and the company. Shopping online provides many conveniences for consumers and potential customers. The rapid development of online stores results in a wide variety of products being sold online, ranging from electronic devices, food, books and even to beauty products. One of the beauty brands that are sold online is the Something brand, Something is a local brand which is relatively new because it was founded in 2019. Something is a local brand that sells various beauty products ranging from skincare to makeup.  This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of influencer marketing, online customer reviews and online customer ratings on consumer buying interest in skincare products with the Somethink brand. In this study, the method used by researchers is descriptive verification with the type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 544,300 people, while the number of samples obtained by the researchers was 250 students who live in the city of Bandung. Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires to students who live in the city of Bandung. The results showed that it was concluded that the influence of influencer marketing, online reviews and online ratings together on consumer buying interest in skincare products with the Somethink brand was 37%, while the other 63% was explained by other variables not included in this study. \u0000Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings, Consumer Purchase Intention \u0000Abstrak. Berbelanja secara online banyak memberikan kemudahan bagi para konsumen maupun calon konsumennya. Pesatnya perkembangan toko online menghasilkan berbagai macam produk yang dijual secara online mulai dari alat elektronik, makanan, buku bahkan hingga produk kecantikan. Salah satu brand kecantikan yang dijual secara online adalah brand Somethinc, Somethinc merupakan brandlocal yang terbilang sangat baru karena bediri pada tahun 2019. Somethinc merupakan salahsatu local brand yang menjual berbagai produk kecantikan mulai dari skincare hingga makeup. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh influencer marketing, online customer review dan online customer rating terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare merek Somethinc. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam peneliyian ini adalah sebanyak 544.300 orang, sedangkan jumlah sampe yang diperoleh peneliti adalah sebesar 250 orang mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung. In early 2020, the pandemic of Covid-19 resulting in increased internet use among students.Game online is one of the many things accessed during the pandemic. Gamers willing to spend money to beautify the character/account by buying items inside the game. The ability of students who are not optimal in managing finances indicates that students still have low emotional intelligence. Many students have difficulty managing their finances because their parents' income has decreased until they are laid off. In this study, the method used is quantitative method, using descriptive and verification research analysis. Sample technique using purposive sampling namely the number of respondents as many as 65 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2018, Bandung Islamic University. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that: 1) Game Online Usage partially has a positive and significant effect on Personal Financial Management of 16.7%, 2) Emotional Intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on Personal Financial Management of 44.5%, 3) Parental Income partially does not have a significant effect on Personal Financial Management of 3.1%, 4) Gender simultaneously cannot moderate the Game Online Usage, Emotional Intelligence, and Parental Income on Personal Financial Management of 1.4%. Pada awal tahun 2020, pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan pengguna internet pada mahasiswa meningkat . Game online merupakan salah satu hal yang banyak diakses selama masa pandemi berlangsung. Gamers rela mengeluarkan uangnya untuk mempercantik karakter/akun dengan membeli item-item di dalam game tersebut. Kemampuan mahasiswa yang belum maksimal dalam mengelola keuangan menandakan bahwa mahasiswa masih memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang rendah. Banyak mahasiswa yang kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangannya dikarenakan pendapatan orang tua yang menurun hingga terkena PHK. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yakni jumlah responden sebanyak 65 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis  Angkatan 2018, Universitas Islam Bandung. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and distributing questionnaires. The object of this research is 60 employees of PT Citra Mitra Niaga. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling because the number of samples from the population is not too large. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and verification, as well as statistics using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, and T-test using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the job placement variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance and the compensation variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Penalitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Citra Mitra Niaga, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Citra Mitra Niaga, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Citra Mitra Niaga. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini yaitu pegawai PT Citra Mitra Niaga sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu non-probability sampling karena jumlah sampling dari populasi tidak terlalu besar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deksptif dan verifikatif, dan statistik yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis uji regresi linear berganda, uji F dan uji T dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel penempatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This rapid business competition makes companies compete to be the best. Companies must have sufficient resources in order to survive and progress, one of which is human resources, namely employees. So the need for good and optimal employee performance. To get good performance one must have self-confidence. Confidence is a very important thing for every individual to have, because with confidence it can help with all problems in living life including when working, one of which can make an employee believe in his abilities. Mang Engking Lembang, to find out how the performance of employees of the Gubug Makan Restaurant Mang Engking Lembang, and to determine the effect of self-confidence on the performance of employees of the Gubug Makan Restaurant Mang Engking Lembang.The sampling technique in this study used a survey technique with the type of causal associative research with a total of 33 respondents. Methods of data collection in this study through observation, questionnaires, literature studies and interviews. The method used is a quantitative method and uses a simple linear regression analysis. The operation of this calculation uses the IBM SPSS 29.0 program.The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) Employees of Gubug Makan Restaurant Mang Engking Lembang have good self-confidence. (2) The performance of Gubug Makan Mang Engking Restaurant employees is also good. (3) Confidence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 55.3%. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between self-confidence on employee performance at the Gubug Makan Restaurant Mang Engking Lembang. \u0000Keywords: Employee Confidence and Performance \u0000Abstrak. Persaingan bisnis yang pesat ini membuat perusahan berlomba lomba untuk menjadi yang terbaik.Perusahaan harus memiliki sumber daya yang mencukupi agar dapat bertahan dan maju, salah satunya sumber daya manusia yaitu karyawan. Maka diperlukannya kinerja karyawan yang baik dan optimal. Untuk mendapatkan kinerja yang baik salah satunya harus memiliki kepercayaan diri. The current generation in Indonesia is more modern, previously known as the older generation and the younger generation based on the year of birth. Now the generation in Indonesia is dominated by generation Z as evidenced by the highest percentage, namely 27.94%, the second is the millennial generation of 25.87%, the third generation of X is 21.88%, the fourth generation of Baby Boomers is 11.56%, and Post generation Z with the least percentage of 10.88%. With the characteristics of generation Z, there are many skills that need to be possessed by generation Z, one of which is managing personal finances. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on personal finance generation Z in Bandung City Colleges. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with data analysis techniques using quantitative methods. The population in this study was 669,193.5 people, while the number of samples obtained was 180 Z generations at Bandung City Colleges. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires to generation Z at Bandung City Higher Education. The results showed that financial literacy has a partially significant effect on personal finance, lifestyle has a partial significant effect on personal finance, and simultaneously financial literacy and lifestyle have an effect on personal finance for generation Z in Bandung City Colleges. \u0000Keywords: Financial Literacy, Lifesyle, Personal Finance, Generasi Z.                                                    \u0000Abstrak. Generasi di Indonesia sekarang sudah lebih modern yang sebelumnya dikenal dengan generasi tua dan generasi muda berdasarkan tahun kelahiran. Kini generasi di Indonesia didominasi oleh generasi Z yang dibuktikan dari jumlah persentasi terbanyak yaitu 27,94%, yang kedua ada generasi milenial sebanyak 25,87%, yang ketiga generasi X sebanyak 21,88%,  keempat generasi Baby Boomer sebanyak 11,56%, dan Post generasi Z dengan persentase paling sedikit yaitu 10,88%. Dengan karakterisik generasi Z sekarang banyak keterampilan yang perlu dimiliki oleh generasi Z salah satunya adalah dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pegaruh financial literacy dan lifestyle terhadap personal finance generasi Z di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motode deskriptif verifikatid dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 669.193,5 jiwa, sedangkan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 180 generasi Z di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Bandung. Ating Group Pharmacy is a company engaged in the provision of health medicines for the community which has been operating for 30 years, starting in 1990 with the current number of human resources of 30 employees. Job satisfaction is a problem that occurs at the Ating Group Pharmacy, employees feel dissatisfied because they are treated less wisely and outside their field of work which creates a feeling of discomfort with each other, especially with other employees who have been in the category of having worked for a long time at the Pharmacy. Employees feel alienated by old employees in any situation and condition. Based on this statement, the problems are formulated as follows: (1) How is the self-efficacy of the employees at Ating Group Pharmacy? (2) How is the working environment at Ating Group Pharmacy? (3) How is the job satisfaction of employees at Ating Group Pharmacy? (4) How big is the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction at Ating Group Pharmacy? (5) How much influence does the work environment have on job satisfaction at Ating Group Pharmacy? (6) How much influence does self-efficacy and work environment have on job satisfaction at Ating Group Pharmacy? Researchers used the method of frequency analysis techniques using a quantitative approach. The population selected in this study is the total number of employees totaling 30 employees. With the sampling technique using saturated sampling or commonly called the census technique, which is one part of the non-probability total sampling technique, there are 30 respondents, which means that they are counted as a whole. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature study. \u0000Abstrak. Apotek Ating Group merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyedia obat-obatan kesehatan bagi masyarakat yang sudah bergerak sejak 30 tahun lamanya yang dimulai di tahun 1990 dengan memiliki jumlah sumber daya manusia saat ini sebanyak 30 karyawan. Kepuasan kerja menjadi permasalahan yang terjadi di Apotek Ating Group, karyawan dirasa kurang puas karena diperlakukan kurang bijak dan diluar bidang pekerjaan mereka yang menumbuhkan rasa ketidaknyaman satu sama lain terutama dengan karyawan lagi namun yang memiliki kategori telah lama bekerja di Apotek. Karyawan merasa diasingkan oleh karyawan lama dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun.
