This research uses validity test and reliability test. The analytical tool uses percentage analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination . Based on the results of calculating the percentage analysis of 111 employee respondents who work at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the profiles of respondents are dominated by: female gender (55.9%), age level ≥ 35 years to <50 years (49.5%), bachelor degree (56.8%), married (79.3%), and years of service 11 to 20 years (32.4%).       Furthermore, based on simple linear regression analysis the t test shows that Work Experience, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Dalam perkreditan terdapat sisi permintaan dan penawaran. Penawaran kredit berarti kemampuan bank sebagai debitur dalam menyediakan pinjaman bagi nasabah yang dapat dilihat dari berbagai rasio dalam laporan keuangan bank tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penawaran kredit bank khususnya selama pandemi virus covid-19. Dasar dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu karena pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada munculnya masalah perekonomian nasional, antara lain tingginya angka kredit macet serta berkurangnya permintaan kredit. Objek dalam studi ini merupakan 10 bank dengan nilai aset terbesar di Indonesia dengan harapan menjadi role model bagi bank lainnya. Berdasarkan jumlah sampel beserta periode waktu yang akan diteliti pada studi ini, peneliti menggunakan metode ekonometrika dengan mengestimasi regresi data panel untuk menguji pengaruh CAR, NPL, ROA, SBK, DPK, LDR, inflasi, dan covid-19 terhadap penawaran kredit bank di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang tepat digunakan yaitu Random effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Suku bunga kredit, DPK, LDR, dan covid-19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit. Sedangkan CAR, NPL, ROA, dan Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit. Kata kunci : Covid-19;Penyaluran kredit ABSTRACT Credit distribution is the main activity of the bank. In credit there is a demand and supply side. Credit supply means the ability of a bank as a debtor to provide loans to customers which can be seen from the various ratios in the bank's financial statements. This study aims to analyze bank credit offers, especially during the covid-19 virus pandemic. The basis for this research is that the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the emergence of national economic problems, including the high number of bad loans and reduced demand for credit. The objects in this study are the 10 banks with the largest asset values in Indonesia with the hope of becoming role models for other banks. Based on the number of samples and the time period to be examined in this study, the researcher uses the econometric method by estimating the panel data regression to examine the effect of CAR, NPL, ROA, SBK, TPF, LDR, inflation, and covid-19 on bank credit supply in Indonesia. The right approach used is the Random effect Model. The results showed that the variables of loan interest rates, deposits, LDR, and covid-19 had a significant effect on lending. Tindakan manusia yang tidak terkontrol mengakibatkan tercemarnya lingkungan, pencemaran lingkungan semakin tidak terkendali pada masa industrialisasi karena industri mengeksploitasi sumber daya alam dan menghasilkan limbah industri berbahaya yang tidak di kelola dengan baik. Walaupun dengan adanya industri dapat meningkatkan pendapatan nasional, namun jika tidak ada pengawasan maka kehidupan manusia yang harus di korbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan dan tingkat pertumbuhan berkelanjutan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan di Indonesia. Kinerja lingkungan di ukur dengan PROPER dengan melihat kinerja perusahaan dalam pengelolaan lingkungannya, sedangkan tingkat pertumbuhan di ukur dengan sustainable growth rate. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 30 perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor manufaktur, pertanian dan pertambangan selama periode 2018-2021. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan karena memproduksi produk yang ramah lingkungan membutuhkan biaya ekstra sehingga laba yang di hasilkan perusahaan berkurang. Software SEM PLS dipergunakan untuk menganalisis data dan diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa lingkungan kerja yang semakin baik akan memperkuat retensi karyawan, lingkungan kerja yang semakin bagus akan meningkatkan keterlibatan organisasi, dan variabel  keterlibatan organisasi meningkatkan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap    retensi karyawan. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memberikan panduan bagi para manajer Sumbr Daya Manusia akan pentingnya memelihara lingkungan kerja yang baik dan nyaman untuk meningkatkan retensi karyawan.Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja, retensi karyawan, keterlibatan organisasi  ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to explore the influence of the work environment on employee retention mediated by organizational involvement at Bank BTPN Yogyakarta branch. The samples used in this study were 67 respondents who were employees of Bank BTPN Yogyakarta. PLS SEM software was used to analyze the data and the research results  show that a better work environment will strengthen employee retention, a better work environment will strengthen employee retention, a better work environment will increase organizational involvement, and organizational  involvement variables will increase the effect of the work environment on employee retention. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, samples were taken of 100 visitors who came to the Gembira Loka Zoo in all gender groups, ages, occupations, many visits, and visiting colleagues. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and then analyzed descriptively, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. The results of the analysis show that the destination image and price perception variables significantly influence the decision to visit the Gembira Loka Yogyakarta Zoo and the tourism facilities variable does not significantly influence the decision to visit the Yogyakarta Gembira Loka Zoo. Therefore, in managing zoos, it is necessary to pay attention to and maintain the destination's image and price perceptions in order to increase visiting decisions, as well as tourist facilities in order to maintain a beautiful environment. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) in this study is 0.474, which means that the dependent variable, namely the decision to visit, is influenced by 47.4% by the independent variables, namely destination image, tourist facilities, and price perceptions. While the remaining 52.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords: destination image, tourist facilities, price perception, and decision to visit ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra destinasi, fasilitas wisata, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Kebun Binatang Gembira Loka Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 pengunjung yang datang di Kebun Binatang Gembira Loka pada semua golongan gender, umur, pekerjaan, banyak berkunjung, dan rekan berkunjungnya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif, analisis linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji f, dan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra destinasi dan persepsi harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Kebun Binatang Gembira Loka Yogyakarta dan variabel fasilitas wisata tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Kebun Binatang Gembira Loka Yogyakarta. Maka dari itu, dalam mengelola kebun binatang perlu memperhatikan dan memelihara citra destinasi dan persepsi harga demi meningkatkan keputusan berkunjung, dan juga fasilitas wisata demi terjaganya lingkungan yang asri. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) penelitian ini sebesar 0,474 yang berarti variabel dependen yaitu keputusan berkunjung dipengaruhi sebesar 47,4% oleh variabel independen yaitu citra destinasi, fasilitas wisata, dan persepsi harga. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study is IndiHome wifi consumers, with Non-probability sampling technique, namely those who have subscribed and used indiHome wifi for at least or more than 1 month and at least 17 years old. The sampels taken in this study were 100 respondents. In terms of taking sampel data, it is done through a survei method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to respondents. Then the researchers used the SPPS version 26 application to process respondent data and used analytical techniques in the form of descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely the F test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the t test which was preceded by the research instrumen test, namely the validity test and reliability test. Based on the results of the data obtained, the conclusions of the three independent variables, namely product quality, service quality, and price perceptions have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely simultaneous or partial consumer satisfaction. Thus, all the hypotheses in this study can be accepted. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price Perception and Consumer Satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen wifi indiHome di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen wifi IndiHome, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel Non-probability sampling, yaitu mereka yang pernah berlangganan dan menggunakan wifi indiHome minimal atau lebih dari 1 bulan dan minimal berusia 17 tahun. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam hal pengambilan data sampel, dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan cara menyebar kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada responden. Kemudian peneliti menggunakan aplikasi SPPS versi 26 untuk mengolah data responden serta menggunakan teknik analisis berupa analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis yaitu Uji F, Koefisien Determinasi (R2), dan Uji t yang didahului dengan uji instrumen penelitian yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh, kesimpulan dari ketiga variabel bebas yaitu kualitas produk kualitas layanan, dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan konsumen secara simultan maupun parsial. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) dominate the economy in the city of Bandung. Every year new creative businesses emerge, as well as in the field of crafting, especially accessories, which is a sub-sector of the creative industry. There is one business that utilizes creativity in its production process, this business called Tjorak Mootera. Tjorak Mootera sells various kinds of accessories. In its business activities, Tjorak Mootera experienced several problems, namely in the aspects of management, production, marketing, finance, and law. Therefore, business development is needed to be able to deal with these problems. In researching Tjorak Mootera's business management, researchers used the Business Model Canvas and used SWOT analysis to develop the business. The aim of this research is to know the management and development of Tjorak Mootera's accessories business. This research is a qualitative descriptive study and uses a case study with SWOT analysis. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews in this research were conducted with potential consumers and consumers of Tjorak Mootera, while observations and documentation were conducted with Tjorak Mootera's businesses. The results of the research show that in developing his business, Tjorak Mootera needs to add manpower, increase the number of product stocks, maximize promotional activities, prepare financial reports, register IPR, and cooperate with various parties. \u0000Keywords: MSMEs, Creative Industry, Business Model Canvas, SWOT Analysis. \u0000Abstrak. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mendominasi perekonomian di Kota Bandung. Setiap tahunnya bermunculan bisnis kreatif baru, begitu pun di bidang crafting khususnya aksesoris yang merupakan salah satu subsektor dari industri kreatif. Terdapat salah satu usaha yang memanfaatkan kreativitas pada proses produksinya, yaitu Tjorak Mootera. Tjorak Mootera menjual berbagai macam aksesoris. Dalam kegiatan usahanya, Tjorak Mootera mengalami beberapa permasalahan, yaitu pada aspek manajemen, produksi, pemasaran, keuangan, dan hukum. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan usaha untuk bisa menghadapi permasalahan tersebut. Dalam meneliti pengelolaan usaha Tjorak Mootera, peneliti menggunakan Business Model Canvas dan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk melakukan pengembangan usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dan pengembangan usaha aksesoris Tjorak Mootera. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan case study dengan analisis SWOT. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
