Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan instrumen penilaian guna mengukur pemahaman konseptual mahasiswa dalam materi BMC yang terdiri dari 9 aspek penilaian yaitu Customers Segment, Value proposition, Customer Relationship, Channel, Revenue Stream, Key Resource, Key aktivities, Key Partnership, dan Cost Structure. Instrumen penilaian dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations). Validitas konten dilakukan oleh validator ahli dan diperoleh nilai sebesar 93,75% yang artinya sangat valid. Sedangkan hasil analisis statistik diperoleh nilai korelasi lebih dari 0,30. Ini berarti seluruh aspek penilaian tersebut dinyatakan valid. Karenanya penelitian ini mengurai tentang bagaimana impementasi Muhasabah An-Nafs dalam proses pembelajaran dan apakah metode tersebut dapat membantu siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Miftahussalam Medan untuk mengenali dan menemukan potensi dirinya. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang memuat gambaran kompleks dan pandangan responden. Pengumpulan sumber data yang diambil oleh peneliti berdasarkan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian disimpulkan melalui model analisis dengan tahapan; reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pertama yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini adalah dengan Muhasabah An-Nafs memberikam dampak yang baik bagi para siswa dan bagi pihak sekolah, sehingga guru dan para siswa memiliki kontrol diri yang baik serta dapat mengenali dirinya sendiri sehingga menjadi lulusan yang berkualitas. This is indicated by the presence of character value content in the Lesson Plan (RPP) and learning syllabus. However, these efforts are considered to have not been able to fully deliver the nation's generation into dignified individuals, because the output of educational graduates produced is only limited to giving birth to a high intellectual level but good character values and personality attitudes have not been seen in the life of the nation and state. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were school principals, deputy heads of student affairs and teachers. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the organization, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the implementation of policies to strengthen character education related to efforts to instill nationalism values have been carried out with an integration process through intra-curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular and school culture activities. This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the effect of work discipline on the performance of dar al-raudhah Islamic boarding school teachers 2) the effect of motivation on the performance of dar al-raudhah Islamic boarding school teachers 3) the effect of the work environment on the performance of dar al-raudhah Islamic boarding school teachers 4) the influence of work discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic boarding school teachers. The population of this study were all teachers who were the 44 samples for the study. Data were taken from a field survey using a questionnaire with a sampling method using saturated sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach with the data to be analyzed must meet the validity and reliability tests, and also test the classical assumptions first, namely the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study partially show 1) work discipline has an effect on the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic Boarding School teachers, 2) motivation has an effect on the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic Boarding School teachers 3) work environment has no effect on the performance of Dar Al-Raudhah Islamic Boarding School teachers. Rumah tradisional tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal, namun juga representasi dari nilai budaya yang menggambarkan perilaku masyarakat. Akan tetapi, kini arsitektur rumah tradisional mulai terpinggirkan oleh banyaknya desain atau konsep rumah modern sehingga dibutuhkan usaha kreatif untuk mempopulerkan kembali arsitektur rumah tradisional Indonesia. Grha Block merupakan mainan berbasis block yang dibuat berbentuk arsitektur rumah tradisional Indonesia dengan tujuan untuk mempopulerkan bentuk rumah adat Indonesia. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan untuk menjalankan usaha, yaitu: perencanaan usaha, produksi, pemasaran dan pengembangan usaha. Grha Block mengusung tiga jenis arsitektur yaitu Rumah Gadang (Sumatra Barat), Rumah Joglo (Jawa Tengah) dan Rumah Tongkonan (Sulawesi Selatan) serta dilengkapi informasi seputar budaya dan rumah adat yang bersangkutan yang dapat diakses melalui barcode pada kemasan produk. Grha Block telah terjual 9 unit dalam 21 hari dengan omzet Rp3.148.000,00 sedangkan titik impas adalah 17 unit dalam 81 hari dengan omzet Rp6.770.000,00.
