By the use of the Lyapunov functions method and the Razumikhin approach, conditions are obtained under which the zero solution of considered systems is asymptotically stable for an arbitrary continuous nonnegative and bounded delay. Moreover, estimates of the convergence rate of solutions are derived.","PeriodicalId":319102,"journal":{"name":"2015 7th International Congress on Ultra Modern Telecommunications and Control Systems and Workshops (ICUMT)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114505346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The approach enables to estimate five parameters of the transfer function from a single test using an asymmetric relay to generate sustained oscillations. The method offers a tool for a large class of common control problems. The applicability of the suggested simple technique is demonstrated by estimating five parameters of the anisochronic model. All simulations were performed in the Matlab/Simulink programming environment.","PeriodicalId":319102,"journal":{"name":"2015 7th International Congress on Ultra Modern Telecommunications and Control Systems and Workshops (ICUMT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124752887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tone Reservation (TR) is a popular PAPR mitigation technique that uses a set of reserved tones to carry the peak reducing signal. Many works exist in the scientific literature on computing this peak cancelling signal and it's well known that the performance of these approaches depend also on the location of the reserved tones. In this paper, we focus our attention on the reserved tones parity and its influence on the performance in terms of PAPR reduction. The TR based gradient project (TR-GP) algorithm is used to achieve this work and we have shown that when the reserved tones have the same parity, the achieved PAPR using the TR-GP method versus the number of performed iterations is under bounded unlike the case where the reserved tones have not the same parity.","PeriodicalId":319102,"journal":{"name":"2015 7th International Congress on Ultra Modern Telecommunications and Control Systems and Workshops (ICUMT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130413581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The subject of the denoising is about one-hundred-year old wax cylinders which have been discovered recently and are going to be analysed by musical scientists. The digitized cylinders contain nonstationary background noise of high level which has to be attenuated very carefully because of arising undesirable artifacts. The Structured Sparsity approach is compared to the professional audio restoration software together with a link to the audio examples presented online.","PeriodicalId":319102,"journal":{"name":"2015 7th International Congress on Ultra Modern Telecommunications and Control Systems and Workshops (ICUMT)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125682970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

MIMO-antenna with nine patches and its model were designed with operating frequency of 5.33 GHz. The antenna was measured and simulated in different states, and for compensating the return loss increase during bent state of antenna the all-capacitance matching network was suggested with variable values. Compensation method of using the matching network with reactive components allows decreasing the difference in parameters in bent state comparing with flat state of antenna by 80%.","PeriodicalId":319102,"journal":{"name":"2015 7th International Congress on Ultra Modern Telecommunications and Control Systems and Workshops (ICUMT)","volume":"76 10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127394640","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sensing and data gathering from the various sources are often the key elements of applications for Smart Cities. So, the effective programming models for them are very important. In this article, we discuss system software models and solutions, rather than network related aspects. In our paper, we present the web-based domain-specific language for Internet of Things applications. Our goal is to present the modern models for data processing in Internet of Things and Smart Cities applications. In our view, the use of this kind of tools should seriously reduce the time to develop new applications.","PeriodicalId":319102,"journal":{"name":"2015 7th International Congress on Ultra Modern Telecommunications and Control Systems and Workshops (ICUMT)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130132216","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
