Sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling method, because AHP method require depend on the group of experts as according to relevant specialist in decision making so that all members of eligible population are used as sample. Related respondent must to know third party logistic performance which serve as an alternative choice, then the respondent is determined as many as six persons. AHP method is done through five steps (to construct a hierarchical structure of the problem, to make a matrix of pairwise comparison, calculate the weight/priority of each criterion, then calculate the weight/priority of each alternative choice, and to make a choice). The final rating of relative importance third party logistic selection criteria was found: priority I is price (0,289), priority II is punctuality (0,210), priority III is access (0,181), priority IV is communication (0,175), and priority V is responsiveness (0,144). The final rating of relative importance alternative was found: first priority is DHL (0,390), second priority is FedEx (0,359), and the last priority is TNT (0,250). From this result, we can suggest if company will develop partner relationship, majored to chosen DHL as the third logistic party, because DHL third party logistic with the highest overall value. The analysis used is explorative analysis of data mining (data mining) and econometric analysis of panel data modeling. From the results of the analysis, the right model to explain labor absorption in the industrial sector is the fixed effect model, and from 33 (thirty-three) pieces of the provincial fixed effect model, 16 (sixteen) provinces were identified as statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Of the sixteen significant provincial models, if grouped according to the value of intercept values, they can be grouped into three groups, namely the first group with relatively high intercept values, there are 5 (five) provinces, including West Java province; Central Java; East Java; Banten; and DKI Jakarta. The second group with intercept value is 6 (six) provinces, namely North Sumatra province; South Kalimantan; Lampung Bali; Riau islands; and Yogyakarta. This paper contributes to shed the light by analyzing the backward and forward linkages of FDI-related productivity. By estimating manufacturing firms of Indonesia, the results shows that there is a positive backward linkage from FDI in local firms on domestic firms in upstream 3-digit industries. There is also a positive forward linkage from FDI in local firms in downstream industries. Some scholarship assesses the current state of ethics in management education, helping us to diagnose and tackle the realities of unethical behavior. Part of the solution to this problem is to design and develop courses and programs in a better way, integrate business and management learning with ethical conduct. Scholars should focus on which standards should be advanced. Indeed, what connects these diverse discussions is a clear recognition that educational components designed to solve the ethical quandaries we face will require a multifaceted and comprehensive approach. Religions and philosophical schools of thought have always played a significant role in the development of human values and behavior which has a great impact to business and corporate management. Research also suggests that the encouragement religious principles in business can lead to benefits in the areas of creativity, honesty and trust, personal fulfillment, and commitment, which will ultimately lead to increased corporate and business performance.
