The method used in this research is to use a descriptive method. The subjects of this study were the people of Teluk Lancar village who had knowledge of pulut kuning. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the implementation of the khataman al-qur'an with yellow pulut was often carried out in the village of Teluk Lancar, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The results of the study of khatman al-Qur'an using yellow pulut include preparation, core and cover. The process of preparing for the Khataman al-Qur'an includes preparing the time for execution, preparation for the venue, and preparation for the host. Then the main event includes a prayer of congratulations, sungkeman, and so on. The final result of this research is that pulut kuning in the ceremony of circumcision of the Koran is only symbolic and is not required because in the khatman of the Koran during the holy month of Ramadan, pulut kuning is not used. Increasing the teacher's teaching creativity is absolutely developed. This study uses a classroom action research approach to obtain data and analysis through reflective, participatory, and collaborative studies. Program development is based on data and information from students, teachers, and the social setting of the class naturally through two stages of the class action research cycle. To improve students' personal experience writing skills, classroom action research was carried out using the text form modeling method. This research was conducted at MTsN 8 Kampar with two cycles. In the first cycle there were some who had not been able to do the task properly because the teacher had not given clear instructions. In the second cycle, students and teachers have been able to create a conducive learning situation so that student learning activities have increased. Likewise the product results in the form of personal experience writing also experienced an average increase from 75 to 83. So Freire's view which states that there is suppression of creativity and the development of student potential becomes true, if the application of traditional learning methods such as lectures is no longer appropriate with the current educational paradigm. Educational institutions are a form of social and cultural structure in a society. Changes in elements in culture will bring changes to a norm, and from these changes in norms will also bring changes to social institutions. Thus cultural change can change social organization. If an educational institution such as a school cannot keep up with social change, then it will lose its function and it is likely that it will be abandoned by society. Therefore, through educational practice, students are invited to understand how history or cultural experience can be transformed in the era of life they will experience and prepare them to face the challenges and demands that lie within. This research uses a case study approach at one of the vocational schools in Riau namely the Riau Tax Vocational High School (SMK). The research informants were the Head of the School, the Deputy Head of Public Relations, and the Head of the Department at the Riau Taxation Vocational School. This study found that the implementation of public relations management at the Riau Tax Vocational School has been running as it should. This was proven by the existence of school partnerships with several existing agencies to make public relations programs successful. In addition, communication has also been good through meetings with parents of students to convey the progress of students both academic and non-academic, meetings with committees to strengthen cooperative relations, and meetings with school partners to coordinate cooperation. Meanwhile, regarding the implementation of public relations on the aspect of the school's image, it was quite good with the facilitation of the development of student's interests and talents in extracurricular activities. Other results found that schools experienced problems in carrying out their activities: 1) Lack of parental participation, 2) Limited school operational funds, and 3) Schools were not ready to face the times for the curriculum synchronization process.
