Green Building (GB) is a building that meets Building Technical Standards, and It has demonstrated demonstrable success in conserving resources such as water, energy, and other resources. The application of GB principles following the function and classification in every stage of its implementation is expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This research aims to analyze the cost of improvement work based on GB assessment, which is an influencing factor in applying the regulation from the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Indonesian government. The Technical Guidelines for GB, through the Minister of PUPR No.1 of 2022, is the latest regulation in Indonesia. Blockchain- Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the Implementation of GB using Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) for the analysis. Applying Blockchain-BIM to overcome the cost constraints is proven to increase the cost performance of GB in modern shopping center buildings by 3 - 3.8% in the Basic rating. It is higher when selecting a zero-emission approach for other ratings, dramatically affecting the required green costs.","PeriodicalId":31886,"journal":{"name":"Rekayasa Sipil","volume":"126 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140447061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Yet there is limited study carried out in low-moderate seismic areas. Therefore, an accurate method for calculating losses incurred due to earthquake events is needed in assessing the performance of building structures. This study aims to analyze the seismic risk of government buildings in Indragiri Hilir Regency Riau Province according to FEMA P-58. Seismic risk analysis was carried out on four reinforced concrete buildings. The four buildings reviewed in this study were categorized as low-rise buildings (Immigration Office) and medium-rise buildings (Regent's Office, Puri Husada Hospital, and Rusunawa). The buildings’ location according to SNI 1726-2019 was categorized as soft soil class. The results showed that the Immigration Office, Regent's Office, Puri Husada Hospital and Rusunawa were in a safe state. This is drawn by the value of the collapse probability in the current search condition, which is lower than the value of the collapse probability in the upper bound condition. Regent's Office and Rusunawa were the most vulnerable buildings where the value of the mean loss probability was the highest, namely 23.2%.","PeriodicalId":31886,"journal":{"name":"Rekayasa Sipil","volume":"258 15","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140448195","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In general, there are projects that are behind schedule, both in terms of time and schedule, but there are also projects that experience acceleration from the originally planned schedule. Project delay is a problem that arises as a result of unplanned construction implementation. Damage to the state due to additional costs and delays is one of the impacts of project delays. The purpose of this research is to track project implementation, identify factors that cause delays, calculate the cost of delays that occur, find root causes and suggest alternative solutions that can be used to anticipate project delays. Monitoring and evaluating delays require an approach that includes the use of Microsoft Project Tracking, Fishbone Charts, and Root Cause Analysis. Alternative methods are used to track performance and analyze delays in public service building projects. The results showed a lack of understanding of human resources in terms of planning/evaluating existing plans, lack of training programs related to the field of work being handled, and poor schedule planning causing a lack of lightning rods, installation in the main building, lighting in changing rooms, grounding systems, central duct/airline, less power cables than needed and original water source using PAM water converted into deep pumping wells.","PeriodicalId":31886,"journal":{"name":"Rekayasa Sipil","volume":"89 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75894198","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The airports to be built are spread from Sumatra to Papua with a total budget of IDR 1.6 trillion. Projects that are complex and dynamic in their implementation have caused many projects not to go according to plan. Both in terms of time, cost and labor. For this reason, it is necessary to have a consistent and integrated control mechanism for project performance. Earned Value Management (EVM) is one of the appropriate project management techniques used to compare actual work performance against project plans. Outline of project control can identify such as: Time and Schedule ; Is the time used to be longer or faster than the original plan? then, Budget and Costs; Does the budget used exceed the initial budget that has been determined or not, and Performance; Does performance lead to real productivity at the time of reporting? The results of the study explain that in weeks 9 to 12 the SPI value < 1 which indicates that the project is experiencing delays, and starts on schedule in week 13 and accelerates in week 14 while in weeks 15 and 16 it experiences delays again because the value SPI < 1 and back on schedule in week 17. This research method uses interviews and secondary data collection using Markov chain analysis. The method used in this study is the Markov Chain method, which is a method that studies the properties of a variable in the present based on its past properties to determine the properties of these variables in the future. The results of modeling road damage are when road repairs are not carried out, and the injury worsens yearly. On the roads studied, road damage increased from year 0 to year 1, and there were many increases ranging from 2% -7%, and for years 1 to 5, there was an increase of 1%.
