This, added to the increase in temperature, impacts on urban heat islands (UHI) that degrade the environment in many ways. This paper proposes a new way of monitoring the (UHI) from the Environmental Criticality Index (ECIm), using the surface temperature condition and a vegetation index. The method was applied to Santa Fe city, Argentina, with images of the Landsat 8 mission and the Google Earth Engine platform. Santa Fe registered an increase in high-rise constructions starting in 2002 which was intensified in 2011, that deserves attention. Cabral","doi":"10.1109/ARGENCON55245.2022.9940053","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ARGENCON55245.2022.9940053","url":null,"abstract":"In this paper we present the development of a dataset consisting of 91 Multi-band Cloud and Moisture Product Full-Disk (MCMIPF) from the Advanced Baseline Imager (ABI) on board GOES-16 geostationary satellite with 91 temporally and spatially corresponding CLDCLASS products from the CloudSat polar satellite. The products are diurnal, corresponding to the months of January and February 2019 and were chosen such that the products from both satellites can be co-located over South America. The CLDCLASS product provides the cloud type observed for each of the orbit’s steps and the GOES-16 multiband images contain pixels that can be co-located with these data. We develop an algorithm that returns a product in the form of a table that provides pixels from multiband images labeled with the type of cloud observed in them. These labeled data conformed in this particular structure are very useful to perform supervised learning. This was corroborated by training a simple linear artificial neural network based on the work of Gorooh et al. A su vez, esto permite la realización de la unidad de medida de tensión eléctrica del Sistema Internacional de Unidades, el volt. Este artículo presenta las capacidades de los sistemas basados en el efecto Josephson del Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Industrial, con los cuales se inicia la cadena de trazabilidad de las mediciones de tensión eléctrica. Se presentan avances en los sistemas Josephson basados en arreglos programables que permiten generar señales eléctricas escalonadas temporalmente, con los que pueden calibrarse patrones de alterna o realizar voltímetros cuánticos usando muestreo diferencial. La estrategia de control permite regular la tensión de salida del convertidor en un valor de referencia deseado, incluso ante cambios de carga y variaciones en los parámetros del convertidor. El controlador es diseñado a partir del modelo promediado en espacio de estados del convertidor mediante una estrategia de control no lineal basada en linealización por realimentación. Para asegurar la estabilidad en lazo cerrado se selecciona una salida cuyo grado relativo es igual al orden del sistema, lo que evita la presencia de dinámica cero. The security-constrained unit commitment problem has been defined as including the network constraints in the previously mentioned optimisation problem to obtain a feasible power system solution. The traditional security-constrained unit commitment methods are based on the DC-power flow model, where the network losses and voltage magnitudes are neglected in the problem formulation. This paper proposed a bi-stage security-constrained unit commitment with an economic dispatch (SCUCED) optimisation problem. A merit-order-based zonal day-ahead market problem is solved in the first stage to define a preliminary generation commitment. In the second stage, the SCUCED is solved based on the AC-power flow model and sensitivity factors to embed the full network representation in the optimisation problem. For this purpose, real network data loaded in AutoCAD Map software are used and a low voltage electrical network is digitized and configured. Next, a simulation is carried out to obtain the current per phase delivered by the transformer that feeds this low voltage network, for different moments of a period of time. Among the results obtained, the elaboration of an index varying from 0 to 100% and taking into account a period of time considered, to reflect the degree of unbalance of the loads, stands out. Other parameters related to unbalance are also calculated. Finally, the results of the calculations are clearly visualized in the GIS environment through the development of an information block. Cinco de sus islas son habitadas y reciben miles de turistas al año, aspectos que resultan de gran riesgo para un ecosistema frágil y que es de prioridad nacional y mundial su conservación. Por esto, es importante proponer acciones para una transición energética orientada en la descarbonización y la eficiencia energética, con una participación de diversos actores. En este contexto, las políticas e iniciativas energéticas en las islas Galápagos pretenden un cambio integral de la matriz energética mediante el reemplazo de combustibles por fuentes de energía limpias. En el presente artículo se propone una metodología de evaluación de la prospectiva energética de las islas Galápagos, con particular énfasis en la microrred de las islas Baltra-Santa Cruz. Para esto, primero se analizan los desafíos de los proyectos a ser desarrollados en el archipiélago de Galápago, tendientes a viabilizar una transición energética a fuentes renovables. Posteriormente, se estructura una metodología de evaluación estocástica basada en flujos de potencia probabilísticos, que permite apreciar la matriz energética en el tiempo. Finalmente, se analizan los resultados de despacho energético para la Microrred Baltra - Santa Cruz, obtenidos a partir de la aplicación de la metodología, considerando periodos semanales, mensuales y anuales para cada uno de los escenarios.
