Proses pembelajaran harus mengutamakan keterampilan dan dituntut harus menekankan aspek-aspek kreativitas dan inovasi, berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah, komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Blended Learning bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif dan strategi yang efektif dilakukan di perguruan tinggi. Sebuah inovasi pembelajaran dengan tujuan utamanya memberikan kesempatan bagi berbagai karakteristik agar terjadi proses belajar mandiri, berkelanjutan, belajar sepanjang hayat sehingga belajar akan menjadi efektif, lebih efisien, menarik dan menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi blended learning sebagai inovasi pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19 bagi pendidikan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah study literature dari berbagai jurnal dengan memperoleh data di pustaka, mengelompokkan sumber, dan menyusun bahan penelitian kemudian dikaji dan ditarik suatu kesimpulan. The approach use in this research is descriptive quantitative by using survey techniques that support the results of this research. The unit of analysis in this study are staff and teacher with 57 population. Based on the results of the study, there was an implementation of digital transformation that was still not stable and there was a combination system between an archival system that was still manual and digital. This was done because the digital archiving system at SMAN 1 Takengon worked as a data backup on the manual archived system. The approach of this study is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study is the management process of the school literacy movement. The source of data in this study is the document and the process of implementing the school literacy program. The data in this study were collected using the methods of documentation, interviews, and observations. Analysis of the research data using an interactive model. The results of this study indicate that the governance of the literacy movement program in Madrasahs is as follows (1) First, the planning of the school literacy program has been carried out by setting the objectives of the school literacy movement program. However, the planning has not been based on needs analysis (2) the organization of the school literacy program has been carried out by organizing human resources and literacy reading materials. However, the organization carried out has not included every task and responsibility of each manager (3) the implementation of the school literacy movement program has been carried out in accordance with the plan. However, evaluation has not been carried out for each activity implementation and (4) the control carried out is still limited to ensuring that the Saturday reading program is carried out or not. Control to improve the quality of the program has not been carried out. This study was conducted at SMA Negeri 26 Bone using a quantitative approach through a correlational study. Respondents in this study found 87 people, consisting of 28 teachers who were taken as a whole, 53 parents of students, and 6 school committee members. The data collection technique used is to distribute research respondent questionnaires. The data obtained through the questionnaire were then analyzed using product moment correlation analysis and multiple correlations. The results of this study have proven that: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between transparency and community participation; and 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between accountability and community participation. The various components explored are in the form of graduate satisfaction with leaders, lecturers, education staff, employees, infrastructure, and the impact of the studies they have taken on career advancement. This study uses a survey method through instruments developed and distributed to respondents using the google form media. The number of respondents in this study was 222. The results showed that most of the alumni or graduates of the 2019/2020 academic year were very satisfied with the service, provision of facilities and infrastructure and the impact of studies on career advancement. The average level of alumni satisfaction is 90.1. This type of research is ex-post facto research with a positivistic-quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 56 teachers at State Junior High Schools in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency as a whole through a saturated sample. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents and then analyzed through inferential statistics using multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that: Academic supervision partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance by 12.8%. Pedagogic competence partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance by 10.9%. Simultaneously, academic supervision and pedagogic competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance by 23.7% at State Junior High Schools in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency. SMKN 1 Jember is one of the schools that implement the system, especially in accounting subjects. This study aims to determine the perception of class X Accounting students on the use of Google Classroom in online accounting learning with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews, documents and observations. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.3.2 data measurement. The results showed that H1: perceived ease of use on perceptions of usefulness in the use of Google Classroom had a significant effect of 69.5%, H2: perceived usefulness on attitudes to using Google Classroom had a significant effect of 88.8%, H3: perceived ease of use on Attitude to use Google Classroom has no significant effect at 7%, H4: Attitude to use Google Classroom has a significant effect at 71.7% and H5: intention to use Google Classroom has a significant effect at 84.2%. Of all the hypothesis testing has a significant effect. However, there is one hypothesis that does not provide usefulness and benefits in its use, then H3 shows a negative result. This study aims to: (1) determine the application of the mind mapping model, (2) increase learning motivation in Indonesian subjects through the application of mind mapping models, (3) improve Indonesian learning outcomes through the application of a mind mapping model. This type of research is CAR which consists of two cycles, each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were students of class IISMPN 2 Coastal Domain for the 2021/2022 academic year which opened 10 students. The object of the research is the improvement of learning motivation and learning outcomes in Indonesian subjects about news texts. Data collection techniques obtained by observation, questionnaires and written tests. Data analysis in this study used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed the application of the mind mapping model to increase students' learning motivation. in the second cycle increased to 81.34 (high). The application of the mind mapping model can improve student learning outcomes of SMPN 2 Ranah Pesisir. This can be seen in the increase in the average test score in the initial conditions of 71.45 with the presentation of completeness (68.18%) increasing to 76.3 with the presentation of completeness (88.89%) in the first cycle, then to 81 with the presentation of learning completeness. This study aims to describe the creativity of students of SMAN 1 XIII Koto Kampar in filling out the mading in limited face-to-face learning starting in early September 2021. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection through interviews and direct observation. The results of this study indicate that the creativity of students in producing wall magazines in limited face-to-face learning is very good and interesting.
