This study uses a survey method through instruments developed and distributed to respondents using the google form media. The number of respondents in this study was 222. The results showed that most of the alumni or graduates of the 2019/2020 academic year were very satisfied with the service, provision of facilities and infrastructure and the impact of studies on career advancement. The average level of alumni satisfaction is 90.1. 摘要

本文的目的是描述在雅加达一所私立大学主持下的研究生院对研究生满意度的研究结果。研究的各种组成部分包括毕业生对领导、讲师、教育人员、员工、基础设施的满意度,以及他们所学习的课程对职业发展的影响。本研究采用了一种调查方法,通过工具开发和分发给受访者使用谷歌表单媒体。本次研究的调查对象为222人。调查结果显示,大部分2019/2020学年的校友或毕业生对大学的服务、设施和基础设施的提供,以及学业对职业发展的影响感到非常满意。校友平均满意度为90.1。本研究结果可作为评估、控制及改善院校对使用者或学生服务品质的一部分。
