This study aims to describe and analyze career guidance services to increase motivation to continue their education to the tertiary level for students of SMAN 4 Tebing Tinggi. A qualitative approach is used in this study, with an analytical descriptive study method. As for data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, to draw a conclusion. The results of this study found that the majority of class XII students at SMAN 4 Tebing Tinggi had high motivation to continue their studies at various tertiary institutions, although there were some of them who wanted to do business for reasons of family economic limitations. Through the provision of information services based on career guidance conducted by alumni of SMAN 4 Tebing Tinggi, students can get to know the campus world, choose study programs according to their talents and interests, and the positive impact of continuing their studies to a higher education level. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 140 students at An-Nizam Private High School Medan. Data collection techniques use three scales, including the scale of discipline, scale of responsibility, scale of learning independence. The results of the study show the first hypothesis that there is a positive correlation between discipline and student learning independence. The second hypothesis is known that there is a positive relationship between responsibility and learning independence seen and the third hypothesis there is a significant relationship between discipline and responsibility and learning independence. It is known from the coefficient Freg = 166.326 with p <0.05, and the correlation coefficient r = 0.880 with p <0.05 and R^2 = 0.774, it is concluded that discipline and responsibility simultaneously affect student learning independence, the contribution of both in raises student learning independence is equal to 77.4%. Educators or teachers are the spearhead in the formation of the character of students, and the head of madrasah has a very important role in developing character education, especially in mobilizing and coordinating all existing potential and educational resources. Character education is an effort to help the mental development of students both physically and mentally from their natural nature towards a better direction. This research aim to: 1) analyze the role of the principal in developing character education, 2) describe the implementation of character education, and 3) describe the values of character education developed. The type of research used is a qualitative research with a descriptive design. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Lombok Timur. Data analysis is carried out interactively and takes place continuously until it is complete so that the data is saturated. Activities in data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model are data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing (verification). This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Teachers and outstanding students in class X MIPA I, X MIPA IV and X MIPA V SMA Negeri 1 Keruak as subjects in this study. To obtain data used observation (observation of objects), interviews to obtain detailed and in-depth information on objects, and documentation. then the data is processed using the Miles & Huberman model which then checks the correctness of the data using data triangulation. The research results obtained show the effective study hours habits of outstanding students at SMA Negeri 1 Keruak. Students are more likely to enjoy studying in the first hour of class than learning at the end of the lesson, students learn independently by searching for study material on the internet, textbooks and other learning resources, students always record and repeat material provided by the teacher. Suggestions for educators pay attention to the efficient use of student learning time and provide methods for time management. To keep the young generation from being carried away by the negative impacts of technological advance, so the education is expected to be able to build the students’ national character through relevant learning, namely Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. The objectives of this research were to determine the stages, strategies, and challenges of national character building in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Public Junior High School (SMPN) 18 Mataram. The research type used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used the data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusion or verification. The results of the research showed that (1) the stages carried out in national character building through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Public Junior High School (SMPN) 18 Mataram were inculcation, nurturing, developing, and stabilizing. Furthermore, (2) the strategies carried out were explanations, learning activities in the classroom, cultural development at school and learning activity centers, and extracurricular activities. This is evaluation research, employing the combination of Discrepancy and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model. The study employed mixed methods involving questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The case study method was used, which included total sampling of 14 students. The research results reveal several significant findings: To begin with, the learning gap for Educational Statistics Course for the 2022/2023 Academic Year is relatively small with 11.57%. Second, the lecturers have pedagogical competence and high professionalism in the student's perspectives. This is indicated by the findings that the gap of pedagogical and professional competence is extremely small with 8.35% and 4.20% respectively. Third, the use of Mastery Learning approach to teach Educational Statistics is considered effective and making Google forms and applications to collect data directly from respondents and data processing procedures provides the most effective learning experience for students. The researchers made the following recommendations: firstly, lecturers should design well-developed and structured lesson plans, and enhance student learning with practical skills to make learning more successful. Second, lecturers are encouraged to improve their pedagogical skills, particularly in the topics of material distribution, calculating material, and to increase learning for quartile material and research hypotheses. Third, lecturers should continue using the Mastery Learning approach in the teaching of Educational Statistics. The principal as a school manager has a very important role in improving the teachers’ sosial competence. This study aims to know the principal’s strategy in improving teachers’ social competence at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. The type of this research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The research location is at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. The research informants were the principal and the teachers at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is by data condensation, data display, drawing conclusions and data verification. The result showed that the implementation of teachers’ social competence at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar was good by being able to reflect objective and non-discriminatory actions, interacting with courtesy, polite and empathy, adapting to the workplace environment and students, and being active in community activities and fellow teachers both orally and written. While the research location is centered on the Al-Hamidiyah Integrated Islamic Boarding School, NW Kediri, West Lombok. The results of the study are: 1) The concept of the moral education program at PPT Al-Hamidiyah NW Kediri is in the form of intra curricular and extracurricular program activities, as well as the daily activities of the students, 2) The implementation of the moral education of students at PPT Al-Hamidiyah NW Kediri is divided into three stages, namely the stages: (a) Planning (b) Implementation and (c) Evaluation (3) The obstacles encountered in implementing the santri moral education at PPT Al-Hamidiyah NW Kediri include laziness, difficulty gathering during planning meetings, limited infrastructure. sudden event invitations, diverse student backgrounds, the impact of increasingly uncontrolled technological advances, psychological factors, the lack of openness of the asatidz board in expressing their opinions during evaluation meetings, and the busy life of the pesantren leaders. Thus, the purpose of developing elementary school science teaching materials based on Bruner's learning theory is to find out whether the developed teaching materials are suitable for use in the learning process. This study uses the development of Dick and Carey. Determination of the validator by purposive sampling technique, and data collection techniques using a validator assessment sheet, while the data analysis technique uses quantitative to qualitative descriptive. The results showed that from material experts to the model book the actual score was 54 and was in the range of scores of 44,19 < X 54,58 with a good category, in the teacher's book the actual score was 54 and it was in the range of scores of 44,19 < X 54,58 in the good category, and the student's book with an actual score of 58 and in the range of scores of 47,59 < X 58,79 with a good category. The results of the display expert on the model book, the actual score is 19 and is in the range of scores 16,99 < X 20,99 with good category, the teacher's book is the actual score is 54 and is in the range of scores 44,19 < X 54,58 and the actual score of the student book is 42 and is in the range of scores of 37,39 < X 46,19. While the validation results from practitioners are on average 88 and in the range of scores of X > 79,78 with a very good category.
