Fuzzy logic is one of the methods used to analyze systems that contain uncertainty. This study discusses the application of fuzzy logic in solving the problem of supplying wood raw materials in the furniture industry with the Fuzzy-Mamdani approach. The data used in this study are data on the entry, distribution, and supply of wood raw materials from January to December 2018. The design of the system to obtain output is carried out in the following stages: (a) Formation of fuzzy sets, (b) Application of functions implications, (c) Composition of rules, (d) Affirmation (defuzzification). Solving the problem using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is carried out by the Tsukamoto method with the help of Visual Basic software so that the desired results will be obtained on the output variable. Problems arise when at certain stages of operation some or all of the work requires the same work station. PT XYZ is a service company engaged in electro plating, where the work process is carried out when receiving a request from the customer. The arrival of products from customers who are late and other things will affect the process of working on the products to be plated so that the schedule for sending back products that have been platted is not on schedule while the company does not have inventory. Therefore, a good production machine scheduling optimization will be able to produce good processing time. In addition to knowing the number of machines and jobs as well as the number and sequence of their production processes, research is also carried out by calculating the processing time of each job. The method used in this study uses the blocplan algorithm analysis method. Therefore, the main problem raised in this analysis is how to reduce the findings of non-conformities in the results of internal audit and document management at PT. Dinar Makmur uses fishbone diagrams, PLAN – DO – CHECK – ACTION (PDCA) cycles and provides training for employees to employee evaluations until the findings of the company's internal audit results decline. After that, a calculation of the improvements that have been made is carried out by adding up the clause findings obtained after the audit and divided by the number of sections/departments multiplied by the number of points audited. So the results of the increase in the value of the audit as much as 12% success rate from before the repair. Di bagian Secondary White Machine PT. ITC , proses setup pada saat perpindahan brand (Brand Changeover) yang sering terjadi pada mesin berdampak pada nilai perfoma yang kecil dan berpotensi terjadi keterlambatan jadwal distribusi sehingga pada kondisi tersebut terjadi stock out pada pasar dan tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen sesuia dengan jadwal yang telah di tetapkan. Sehingga hal tersebut perlu diperhatikan dan di lakukan observasi terhadap kegiatan perpindahan brand pada mesin maker dan packer agar kegiatan tersebut lebih efisien. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan bersama dengan management, diketahui bahwa proses pergantian brand yang terjadi di area SPM memakan durasi waktu yang cukup lama di karenakan belum menerapkan metode yang tepat dalam proses tersebut. Dengan proses pemisahan kegiatan eksternal dan internal dengan metode SMED, dan memparalelkan kegiatan internal dalam suatu proses di harapkan mampu meningkatkan perfoma produksi. Waktu rata-rata yang dibutuhkan mesin protos untuk melakukan brand change adalah 85.078 menit dan mesin Focke adalah 179.105 menit. Dengan methode SMED dan melakukan pemisahan kegiatan eksternal dan internal dapat mengurangi 27.834% waktu Brand Change untuk mesin Protos dan 42.243% waktu Brand Change untuk mesin Focke. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas di antaranya jumlah jam kerja, mutu pekerjaan, semangat kerja, disiplin kerja, efisiensi dan efektivitas pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan tanggung jawab terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Kawai Piano Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Kawai Piano Indonesia, dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dengan sampel 100 karyawan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linear dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan disiplin dalam tata tertib perusahaan dan disiplin dalam tanggung jawab pada pekerjaan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. Kawai Piano Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan pada tabel ANOVA diperoleh nilai f-hitung > f-tabel (60.688 > 3.09). XYZ dalam satu tahun sebesar 39 kali. Frekuensi ini cukup besar sehingga perlu dilakukan kegiatan perawatan yang efektif guna mengurangi jumlah kerusakan tersebut. Reliability Centered Maintenance salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui cara perawatan komponen mesin yang mengalami kegagalan sesuai dengan tingkat kekritisan suatu komponen. Hasil dari analisis metode Reliability Centered Maintenance pada tahap FMEA ditemukan 1 komponen yang memiliki tingkat kritis yang tinggi dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yakni 144 yaitu pada komponen loader. Pemilihan tindakan yang akan dilakukan dengan cara conditional directed atau scheduled on-condition task dikarenakan komponen tersebut akan berfungsi dengan baik jika dilakukan penggantian komponen atau perbaikan. Industri ini merupakan salah satu yang tahan dari kerisis ekonomi, sehingga bisa menjadi alternatif usaha untuk di kembangkan. Kue semprong merupakan hasil dari industri kecil dan menengah yang di kembang di Karawang. Kue semprong merupakan makanan khas Karawang, sehingga banyak sekali orang membeli kue ini sebagai oleh-oleh khas daerah. Produksi kue semprong sangat berpengaruh terhadap permintaan dari konsumen, tetapi selain permintaan yang mempengaruhi yaitu jumlah tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini akan meneliti bagaimana penentuan kapasitas produksi untuk menentukan jumlah pegawai yang dipekerjakan, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kapasitas produksi. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan waktu baku, waktu standard an waktu normal, dari masing-masing kegiatan pengelolahan bahan, pencetakan dan pengemasan. Dengan rata-rata produksi 848 perbulan, dibutuhkan tenaga kerja masing-masing kegiatan diatas yaitu membutuhkan karyawan sebanyak 25 orang dalam satu kegiatan. Jumlah karyawan tersebut untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menghitung kecukupan jumlah mesin di tiap lini yang ada dengan mempertimbangkan waktu siklus, proporsi cacat, jumlah permintaan dan efisiensi mesin yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Dengan penambahan ini, diharapkan tidak akan ada kerja lembur untuk mengejar target produksi. Hasil pengecekan terhadap jumlah mesin menunjukkan bahwa agar tercapainya keseimbangan lintasan produksi sehingga nantinya dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, terdapat beberapa mesin tertentu yang memerlukan penambahan unit yaitu total sebanyak 15 unit untuk 14 Operation (masing-masing Operation membutuhkan 1 unit tambahan tetapi ada 1 Operation yang membutuhkan 2 tambahan unit mesin). Disamping itu ada juga mesin tertentu yang perlu dilakukan pengurangan unit untuk tujuan efisiensi yaitu sebanyak 3 unit mesin dari 2 Operation. Hal ini dikarenakan kapasitasnya sudah memenuhi permintaan tanpa mesin-mesin tersebut, dan sebagian besar jumlah mesin dinilai sudah ideal antara kebutuhan secara teoritis dengan keadaan saat ini.
