The purpose of this study was to make a facility layout plan for the trolley assembly practicum at the Production and Manufacturing Systems Laboratory, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The method used in this study uses the blocplan algorithm analysis method. 摘要

在设计支持业务和生产过程的需求和设施时,布局是公司最重要的事情之一。本研究的目的是为Buana Perjuangan Karawang大学生产与制造系统实验室的台车组装实习制定设施布局规划。本研究使用的方法采用了blocplan算法分析法。根据已开展的研究成果,通过制作零件图和操作流程图,对零件的几何特征进行准确、明确的描述,并根据原材料、机器的需求,以及各操作流程的效率和检查情况,获得工厂布置要求的概览,同时进行活动关系图分析;通过块计划算法分析和区域分配图分析,确定工厂设施的详细描述或布局模板,以期优化生产力,减少公司损失。
