The study shows that this form of urban growth is not simply due to the coalescence of urban fabrics, favored by the short distances that separate these cities. It is also the result of the complementarity already established between these centers, although they are originally individualized. The study of spatial structures shows that these cities have remained individualized and their respective structures are well characterized. They do not appear in a uniform mass; they each have a more or less complex structure comprising residential areas, various facilities, an industrial area, etc. Moreover, these agglomerations today have very strong links of interdependence and constitute a veritable urban complex where functional complementarities clearly appear; each city makes its contribution to the functioning of the whole system and it happens that some stand out in one sector or another.","PeriodicalId":318601,"journal":{"name":"Revue Européenne du Droit Social","volume":"167 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128111922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of these requests, in order to reach out the European values, is the fair recruitment in public administration Even though, the profile of employees in public administration is strongly related to the inside power of government and national framework, the public administration performance as a whole is a key dimension of being dressed with EU standards. The public administration reform, which started in 2013 is still a prolong process, which keeps improving also the recruitment in public administration. Basically, the most crucial changes are referred to civil service system. This crisis is the consequence of the uncooperative behavior of the triad: the United States, the European Union and East Asia. When there is a confrontation between these three most powerful regional blocs, there is inevitably a blockage and a destructive trade war similar to that of the 1930s. In these times of crisis, each country tries to save its economy by relying on the strategy of protectionism. The negotiation and regulatory functions of the WTO are paralyzed: the Dispute Settlement Body is seriously affected by the refusal of the United States, since 2016, to renew the members of the Appellate Body (AB) whose mandates were expiring. This jeopardizes international rules negotiated since 1947, when the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) was created. The existence of liberalization fatigue and a growing rejection of globalization raises questions about the future of the WTO.","PeriodicalId":318601,"journal":{"name":"Revue Européenne du Droit Social","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126901094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Economic reality denotes that society is in a “digital revolution” and more and more activities previously carried out directly by human force are now being replaced by various computer programs, or by automating technical processes. It is expected that by 2030 many jobs will be filled by robots or devices, people will be replaced, but new types of jobs will be created. Among the jobs that will disappear in the next 25 years are accountants, agricultural workers and even construction workers. Soon, humans will compete with robots in the job market. The job market is changing radically in the next decade. Robots are increasingly present in our lives and we must prepare for the time when they will take over some of our jobs.","PeriodicalId":318601,"journal":{"name":"Revue Européenne du Droit Social","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132881752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Until this period, ownership was a fragmented and incomplete institute due to the fact of the existence of public property, which was one of the principles of the ideology of the monist system. With the change of the corpus of domestic legislation and the signing of international agreements ratified in civil law, the concept of private property will undergo a fundamental change. Building a civil code totally different from the existing one would bring about a different treatment of private property. In the new code, private ownership would be of paramount importance both from a doctrinal and practical point of view. The implementation of the legislation would be a challenge in itself which, in addition to the positive part, will also face issues that are still part of the law practices. The focus would be on restitution and compensation of property to former owners but at the same time the private property institute would address in itself the new ways of acquiring probationary property, property protection and everything else related to this institute of which is considered a fundamental right by the Constitution of the Republic of Albania and the European Convention on Human Rights.","PeriodicalId":318601,"journal":{"name":"Revue Européenne du Droit Social","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117201371","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From a non-stationary panel model composed of 13 Tunisian manufacturing sectors during the period 1995-2016, we show the existence of a long-term cointegration relationship between manufacturing exports and its determinants. The results show that spending on research and development and tertiary education has a positive effect on exports. Hence, it is necessary for the public authorities to intervene within the framework of industrial policy to promote technological innovation and higher education.","PeriodicalId":318601,"journal":{"name":"Revue Européenne du Droit Social","volume":"85 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116887161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Human capital resources are key for organizations to gain competitive advantage. With the spread of information and worldwide communications, competitive advantage based on only technology and on only human resources development strategies may only be maintained for short periods of time before competitors catch up. The only source of sustainable competitive advantage is to learn faster and more creatively than competing organizations. That could only be achieved through the swift and effective HRD strategies combined with knowledge management. It has been established that through learning, training, development, knowledge and knowledge management can organizations thrive through human capital.
