Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the formulation and implementation of a Hunan Resource (HR) plan incorporating HR strategies and practices that can give competitive advantage and at the same time is aligned with the corporate strategies of organizations (Kaufman, 2001). According to Wright and McMahan (1992), SHRM involves an organized pattern of deploying human resources and HR activities to reach organizational goals. It has been pointed out that some areas need to be explored further in this field including promoting employee involvement, highlighting diversity, and international HRM (Wright, 1998). The theories of SHRM are vital for successful deployment of HR policies as they form the foundation of an organizations strategies and core objectives. Through a thorough understanding of these theories the managers can seek to administer required procedures for the employees.\u0000This paper explored several HRM models that can be aligned to the strategic goals of a semi fictious company called as Vantage Fintech Ltd. The company is a leading bitcoin trading platform in New Zealand and was developed by ex-bankers with backgrounds in computer science, financial engineering, and traditional finance. Having such highly skilled workforce creates challenges for HR as employees are increasingly likely to abandon their employment in favor of other prospects, making it even more challenging for HR to keep the talent pipeline full. This paper aims to determine the application of human resource management in a tea plantation company in Indonesia (case study: PT. Perkebunan Tambi). The qualitative research method used in this study used an interactive model and took sources from key informants. The results of this study indicated that PT. The sampling frame of the study is the respondents those who have a previous experience in buying goods from the horizontal e-tailers. The purposive sampling technique was adapted to choose the respondents. The sample size was 620 respondents. The data was collected during COVID pandemic in India. The data analysis tool was the Chi-square test. The result from the data analysis indicates that both the education and income of the customers are related to the customer’s preference towards the convenient mode of payment during the online shopping. To gather the required data for the research, surveys were performed and this approach was implemented. The questionnaire was presented to eight librarians from eight teacher college libraries in the subject of study who responded to it, and the results were used to inform the research. According to the conclusions of the study’s materials, ICT use by professional librarians in India is still a relatively recent phenomena, and as a result, it is still in its early phases. The study showed that while libraries utilise information and communications technology (ICT) to deliver some services, these services are insufficient in part as a result of challenges such as a lack of money, a scarcity of trained personnel, and a lack of managerial support. According to the findings of this study, college librarians should get training in information and communications technology literacy since ICT is a dynamic, continuously practising, and training environment that they should take advantage of, as demonstrated by the results of the study. It was proposed that students have access to contemporary ICT instruments, such PCs, printers and scanners, to help them with their home maintenance tasks in order to enhance the administration of educational institutions. The recommendation was also made that libraries should get sufficient help in this respect. Point-of-Purchase Display plays an important role to increase the sale of the retailers. Today customers are rational and prefer quality products at reasonable price. Moreover, due to the emergence of the supermarkets as the dominant retail, the retail industry is experiencing vibrant changes all over the world. Retail industry in India has grown to be more complex and dynamic with an increase rate of speed from unorganized towards being organized. In this research paper data has been collected from 100 respondents and analysed with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) using one way ANOVA and t-test with demographic factors i.e. age-wise, gender-wise, occupation-wise and income-wise. . After analysing the data it was found that, there is neutral relationship in the opinion of different age groups and gender groups over the point-of-purchase display on quality. On the other hand Occupation and income does not have any importance on customers view point regarding ‘quality’.
