This paper aims to determine the application of human resource management in a tea plantation company in Indonesia (case study: PT. Perkebunan Tambi). The qualitative research method used in this study used an interactive model and took sources from key informants. The results of this study indicated that PT. 摘要

茶叶是印尼主要的种植商品之一。今天生产的大部分茶叶产品都出口到国际市场。茶园在面对动态和挑战的成功当然离不开实施良好的人力资源管理,其中人力资源管理的目的是提高公司员工的素质。本文旨在确定人力资源管理在印度尼西亚一家茶园公司的应用(案例研究:PT. Perkebunan Tambi)。本研究采用的定性研究方法采用互动模型,并从关键线人处获取资料。本研究结果表明,PT. Perkebunan Tambi从计划、招聘、选拔、社会化或入职、培训与发展、绩效考核到晋升、调动和终止雇佣等方面实施人力资源管理,以提高员工的生产力和素质。
