In adolescence the core domain of the future orientation which the major concern is related to education and occupation. The formation of future orientation can be influenced by various external or contextual factors or stated as contextual support and barrier. This research was conducted to find out the role of contextual support and barrier to the future orientation related to education and work in the orphanage adolescence in Jakarta and Bekasi. This study is an associative study with a total of 105 adolescents living in an orphanage, obtained by incidental sampling technique. This study uses adaptation of Future Expectation Scale for Adolescents (FESA) and Contextual Support and Barrier measuring instruments. The results of research showed that contextual support contributed 8,7 % to the future orientation related to education and occupation on the orphanage adolescence. Therefore, it can be said that when the orphanage adolescence feel supported by the environment (contextual factors) it can help them form a future orientation related to positive education and occupation. Memberikan pemahaman mengenai konsep belajar yang tepat menjadi kebutuhan dasar untuk mengoptimalkan kecerdasan majemuk siswa. Penelitian ini mencoba melakukan serangkaian kegiatan optimalisasi kecerdasan majemuk siswa SDN 1 Sumber Bening, Kecamatan Bantur, Kabupaten Malang. Pada kegiatan ini, peneliti terlebih dahulu melakukan pemetaan kecerdasan siswa serta memberikan pemahaman konsep belajar pada orangtua dan guru melalui psikoedukasi. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan kecerdasan siswa kelas 4,5, dan 6 SD Negeri Sumber Bening terletak pada kecerdasan natural kemudian disusul pada kecerdasan interpersonal. Pada pemetaan ini, tampak sebanyak 12 siswa memiliki kecenderungan pada kecerdasan natural (26%) sedangkan 11 siswa menunjukkan kecerdasan interpersonal (24%). Kemudian untuk kecerdasan lain terlihat kecerdasan linguistic (bahasa) sebanyak 1 orang (2%); kecerdasan logical-mathematical (logika angka) sebanyak 4 orang (9%); kecerdasan musikal sebanyak 6 orang (13%); kecerdasan bodily-kinetsthetic (gerak badan) sebanyak 5 orang (11%); kecerdasan spatial-visual (spasial) sebanyak 1 orang (2%); dan kecerdasan intrapersonal sebanyak 6 orang (13%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensi melakukan perundungan dari sudut pandang pelaku. Fokus penelitian adalah perundungan yang terjddi di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi yaitu menggali tentang makna dan pengalaman pelaku khususnya terkait dengan intensi melakukan perundungan di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku perundungan di salah satu sekolah menengah pertama di Yogyakarta. Subjek berjumlah tiga orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa intensi pelaku melakukan perundungan adalah perasaan ingin dihargai, diperlakukan adil, diperhatikan, serta melalui perundungan subjek merasakan kepuasan. Perundungan merupakan salah satu cara melampiaskan keinginan- keinginan para pelaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan dinamika dalam membangun identitas sosial pada pengurus Organisasi Mahasiswa Pascasarjana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap tiga orang subjek yang merupakan pengurus aktif organisasi tersebut yang berasal dari etnis yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kesetaraan dalam posisi diperlukan untuk membangun identitas sosial pada organisasi mahasiswa pascasarjana dalam organisasi yang terdiri dari berbagai macam latar belakang etnis, hal tersebut dapat muncul dalam upaya-upaya seperti keterbukaan untuk menerima kritik dan masukan jika ada perilaku yang kurang sesuai, membuka ruang komunikasi, dan juga perkembangan pola pikir sebagai mahasiswa pascasarjana. Community is a potential psychological resource in maintaining wellness within the students. Sense of community is related to the wellness of the students. This study aims to determine the relationship between wellness and sense of community in students of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). A total of 66 students were included as respondents in this study obtained by using cluster sampling technique. The data were collected using Wellness Evaluation of Lifestyle inventory and Sense of Community Scale. The data analysis used is Pearson's correlational analysis. The result, there is a significant relationship between sense of community and wellness in UMSIDA students. Meskipun mahasiswa difabel memiliki kekurangan dalam beberapa kemampuan, namun mereka dapat menjadikan kekurangan tersebut menjadi motivasi mereka untuk berkembang dan berprestasi. Kekuranganitu memaksa mereka berusaha dua tiga kali lebih keras daripada mahasiswa biasanya. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi dinamika resiliensi mahasiswa difabel dalam belajar dan beradaptasi di lingkungan dengan mayoritas orang normal. Banyak hal yang harus dihadapi oleh seperti stigma masyarakat, kurangnya fasilitas pendukung, dan hinaan dari teman sebayanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan dua responden mahasiswa difabel di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan dan internal dalam diri mahasiswa difabel saling berkontibusi dalam mendukung keberhasilannya belajar dan beradaptasi. Bahkan ketika lingkungannya tidak mendukungnya untuk berkembang, mereka memiliki resiliensi diri yang luar biasa sehingga mampu melewati semua tantangan yang ada di hadapannya. Resiliensi mereka inilah yang membuat mereka dapat menyelesaikan semua rintangan yang ada. Kata kunci : Resiliensi ; Difabel ; Mahasiswa. ABSTRACTLearning is everyone's right, no exception for students with disabilities. Even though students with disabilities have shortcomings in some abilities, they can make these deficiencies become their motivation for developing and achieving. The shortage made them to try two or three times harder than ordinary students. For this reason, this study aims to explore resilience dynamicsof disabled students in learning and adapting in an environment that have majority of normal people. Many things must be dealt with, such as community stigma, lack of supporting facilities, and insults from peers. This study uses a qualitative method with two students with disabilities at Gadjah Mada University. The results of this study indicate that the environmental and internal factors within students with disabilities contribute to each other in supporting their success in learning and adapting. Even when the environment does not support to develop, they have extraordinary self-resilience so that they are able to go through all those challenges. Their resilience makes them able to solve all the obstacles.
