Immunization is a method of developing immunity against infectious illnesses and disorders that may result in disability or death. Objective: The purpose of this study was to ascertain the influence of maternal attitudes on the completion of advanced vaccination in infants. Method: The cross-sectional correlational analysis was utilized in this research. Purposive sampling was used in this research, with 58 samples collected. The data were gathered via KIA books and questionnaires, with the Spearman Rank test used for statistical analysis. Results: The research discovered that the majority of respondents (72.4 percent) had received comprehensive basic vaccination and that the majority of respondents (56.9 percent) had a favorable opinion toward immunization. The findings of the Spearman Rank test give a p-value of 0.000.(0.05). Conclusion: It is well established that the majority of moms have a positive attitude about immunizing their children. Conclusion: The results indicate that the majority of responders gave comprehensive vaccinations. The findings indicated that there was a correlation between the mother's attitude and the completion of children's basic vaccination. When added to using new graduates from high school or vocational, the number is even more astonishing. Competition in finding a job will certainly be getting tougher. This could have been avoided If from the beginning of their education an interest in entrepreneurship was fostered so that when they graduated, they could choose to become entrepreneurs, in addition to the choice of working in a company or continuing their studies (college). Based on the above conditions, it is necessary to have activities to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship, namely through entrepreneurship training. The purpose of this activity is to find out whether entrepreneurship training can increase the interest in entrepreneurship of students at Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School. If proven, then the application of Entrepreneurship development can be a solution to the problem of the low interest of students in entrepreneurship. Where the prevalence of diabetes mellitus will continue to increase over the last decade. Indonesia is the sixth country in the world after China, India, the United States, Brazil and Mexico. Riskesdas said that the increase in the prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus was quite significant, namely from 6.9% in 2013 to 8.5% in 2018; and then the estimated number of sufferers in Indonesia reaches more than 16 million people. Meanwhile, based on the Lampung Riskesdas report in 2018, 31,462 people were diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and know the enthusiasm of the community about the importance of maintaining health and preventing Diabetes Melitus. The people of Karangrejo Village have a low level of community welfare because many people still rely on agricultural products. In addition, in Karangrejo Village, there are still many housewives who do not have expertise or side activities. One of the methods used to increase people's interest in starting a business is by providing motivation through direct training and encouraging them to develop Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM), especially the manufacture of handicrafts that can provide products that can be sold so as to increase people's income. The implementation team for community service activities is 4 lecturers at the Faculty of Business, Universitas Mitra Indonesia and 1 student. The result of this service is that the community is very enthusiastic and enthusiastic when given training and handicraft skills as well as discussions which are responded well.
