The people of Karangrejo Village have a low level of community welfare because many people still rely on agricultural products. In addition, in Karangrejo Village, there are still many housewives who do not have expertise or side activities. One of the methods used to increase people's interest in starting a business is by providing motivation through direct training and encouraging them to develop Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM), especially the manufacture of handicrafts that can provide products that can be sold so as to increase people's income. The implementation team for community service activities is 4 lecturers at the Faculty of Business, Universitas Mitra Indonesia and 1 student. The result of this service is that the community is very enthusiastic and enthusiastic when given training and handicraft skills as well as discussions which are responded well. Abstract
