Adams, how the history of the development manuscript studies and philological science, and how the implementation of philological approaches in Islamic studies. The type of research used is literature review through data collection techniques by searching for sources from books or articles that researchers analyze descriptively analytically. The results showed that the proximity philology according to Edwar Djamaris in terms of concept or term is almost the same as described by Charles J. Adams, except that in his review it can be said to be slightly different. Edwar Djamaris is more about philology that is literary in nature or ancestral heritage, while Charles J. Adams is more about texts containing Islamic teachings. The historical development of manuscript studies and philological science is divided into five periods: the Iskandariah, Roman, Renaissance, Middle Eastern, and Indian Schools. This research is a literature study with a normative juridical approach. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation technique. At the same time, the analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. The primary data in this study are online scientific journals and books directly related to the object being researched, namely online scientific journals or books related to taxpayers: principles, benefits and legality in Islamic law. From this research, it can be concluded that tax legality in Islamic law is permissible. The legal basis of this tax law is based on the Qur'an, al-Hadith and the opinions of the scholars. Taxes are allowed but with due regard to certain conditions; namely, they must be fair, equitable and not burden the people. In comparison, the principles of tax collection include the principle of territory, the principle of nationality, the principle of sources, and the principle of equality. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Basah, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan, Universitas muhammadiyah yang berada di Jln. Trans Kalimantan, Sungai Ambawang, Kabupaten Kubu Raya selama ± 2 bulan terdiri dari 10 hari persiapan alat dan bahan penelitian serta 45 hari penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) non faktorial yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Taraf perlakuan dari penelitian ini adalah A (pakan tanpa penambahan viterna), B (penambahan viterna 10 ml/kg pakan), C (penambahan viterna 15 ml/kg pakan) dan D (penambahan viterna 20 ml/kg pakan). Variabel pengamatan yang diukur meliputi laju pertumbuhan spesifik, efisiensi pakan, retensi protein tubuh ikan, retensi lemak tubuh ikan dan kelangsungan hidup. Pertumbuhan benih ikan jelawat yang terbaik pada perlakuan D sebesar 3,56 ± 0,09c dan terendah pada perlakuan A sebesar 2,76 ± 0,23a. Efesiensi pakan terbaik pada perlakuan D sebesar 74,86% ± 3,71c. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan panjang-berat dan faktor kondisi udang M. lanchesteri di perairan Sungai Ulu Ngarak. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan September-November 2021 pada tiga stasiun di Sungai Ulu Ngarak menggunakan metode survei. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 161 individu udang yang terdiri dari 61 individu udang jantan dan 100 individu udang betina. Panjang dan berat setiap sampel diukur dan diperoleh data rata-rata panjang M. lanchesteri (♂) adalah 45,62±5,21 mm dengan rata-rata berat 562,30±188,72 mg. sedangkan rata-rata panjang M. lanchesteri (♀) yang terukur adalah 51,31±4,75 mm dengan rata-rata berat individu adalah 845,60±245,28 mg. Secara keseluruhan rata-rata panjang dan berat M. lanchesteri yang terukur adalah 49,16±5,64 mm dan 738,26±263,80 mg. Hasil analisis regresi panjang-berat menunjukkan nilai slope (b) untuk M. lanchesteri (♂) dan M. lanchesteri (♀) masing-masing adalah 2,3 dan 1,7, sementara nilai b untuk keseluruhan invidu adalah 2,4. Nilai b yang didapatkan kurang dari 3 yang berarti pola pertumbuhan M. lanchesteri baik jantan, betina dan keselurahannya bersifat allometrik negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari prebiotik berbasis limbah udang dan menentukan dosis optimum sebagai bahan tambahan dalam formulasi pakan buatan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan nila merah (Oreochromis niloticus). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan 4 ulangan. Percobaan pemberian pakan dengan penambahan prebiotik berbasis limbah udang meliputi A (0%), B (1%), C (2%), dan D (3%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pemberian prebiotik berbasis limbah udang pada pakan buatan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap laju pertumbuhan harian namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelangsungan hidup benih ikan nila merah.
