Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu aspek kunci sukses suatu lembaga pendidikan, termasuk pesantren. Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan tradisional islam yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai keislaman. Kiai merupakan tokoh sentral dan sosok penting di sebuah pesantren sebagai pemimpin dan manajer, sekaligus sebagai penekan kekuasaan yang ditaati oleh seluruh penghuni pondok pesantren dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Kepemimpinan kiai dipondok pesantren sangat lekat dengan pola kepemimpinan otoriter. Berbeda dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang bersifat demokratis karena semua kebijkan sudah diatur dengan jelas. Tujuan LVEP ini adalah menghidupkan apa yang sudah ada, dan menyediakan alat untuk memahami apa dampak dari suatu tindakan pada diri sendiri, orang lain dan masyarakat serta meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan berdasarkan nilai-nilai tersebut. \u0000Dalam rangkaian pelaksanaan LVEP, aktifitas reflektif dan visualisasi membantu peserta didik untuk menggunakan kreativitas dan bakat-bakat mereka. Aktivitas komunikasi mengajarkan mereka` mengimplementasikan keterampilan sosial yang penuh damai. Aktivitas seni, lagu-lagu dan gerakan-gerakan menginspirasi peserta didik untuk berkespresi sambil mengalami langsung nilai yang sedang diajarkan. Aktivitas permainan mengajak peserta didik untuk berfikir dan bersenang-senang yaitu pada saat diskusi sehingga mampu mengeksplorasi sikap-sikap dan perilaku-perilaku yang berbeda. Aktivitas lainnya menstimulasi kesadaran akan tanggung jawab pribadi dan sosial serta keadilan sosial. Subjek penelitian ini ialah Kepala Sekolah, Tata Usaha, Guru dan Karyawan, serta Wali Siswa dan Siswa. Objek penelitian merupakan bentuk penerapan six sigma dalam proses pendidikan di SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berupa (1) Implementasi six sigma didasarkan relevansi dan hasil assesment perihal kecocokan sistem yang akan diterapkan dengan kondisi di sekolah. (2) Implementasi six sigma sendiri di SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya berkisar dalam jangka waktu tiga bulan atau enam bulan, dengan penerapan enam langkah prinsip six sigma. (3) Dampak yang dihasilkan dari six sigma berupa resistensi pada penerapan kebijakan dan keputusan menjadi lebih terarah, memberi peringatan dini tentang masalah yang muncul, mengontrol pembiayaan pendidikan menjadi lebih efisien, menjaga kedisiplinan stakeholder pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi merdeka belajar pada MIN 1 Wonosobo yang berdasar pada KMA Nomor 183 dan 184 tahun 2019. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Objek yang diamati adalah MIN 1 Wonosobo. Data berupa dokumen. Strategi penelitian menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan KMA Nomor 183 tahun 2019 mengenai perancangan kurikulum di MIN 1 Wonosobo dirancang dengan berbagai pola, diantaranya adalah penggunaan struktur kurikulum yang berlaku pada semua mata pelajaran umum dan Mapel PAI- Bahasa Arab untuk semua kelas. Kurikulum pendukung seperti intrakurikuler, kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Kemudian KMA Nomor 184 tahun 2019 mengenai pedoman implementasi berupa program prioritas, pengembangan diri dan pendidikan kecakapan hidup. Sedangkan untuk implementasi merdeka belajar, MIN 1 Wonosobo belum sepenuhnya menerapkan. The Human Resources Empowerment Strategy aims to create human resources (teachers, employees and related stakeholders) who have competence in their fields of expertise, authority, and responsibility. This study aims to describe the strategy of empowering human resources in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Sedati, Sidoarjo. \u0000This study uses a qualitative research approach, the type of descriptive research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
