The predicted results suggest that this research will be useful in the development of Indonesian halal tourist destinations, as well as a starting point for future studies. The Central Java region is the location of this explanatory research. There are 516 tourist sites in Central Java that are included in this survey. In this study, 120 ODTWs from various regions in Central Java participated. To analyze the data collected from the questionnaires, a statistical approach known as Sem PLS was used. The Likert scale ranges from 1 to 5. The results of the analysis show that innovation and risk-taking have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. innovation does not have a significant positive effect on the implementation of halal tourism but risk-taking has a significant positive effect on the implementation of halal tourism. The implementation of halal tourism has a significant effect on competitive advantage. The condition can create an uncertain outlook for the hotel industry due to a decline in demand. This condition can create vulnerability for employees. Transformational leadership influences employees' psychological well-being and trust that the most significant thing about the link between transformational leaders and their employees. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of (1) transformational leadership on trust; (2) transformational leadership on psychological well-being; (3) trust on psychological well-being; and (4) trust as a mediator in the correlation between transformational leadership and psychological well-being. This study is a quantitative study, with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 162 employees from 4 and 5-star hotels in DKI Jakarta Province as respondents. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The findings revealed that the four hypotheses proposed in the study, and the results of data analysis showed that all the hypotheses stated were accepted. The implication of this research is to become a reference for management to improve psychological well-being by developing transformational leadership and trust. This article aims to explore the use of travelers to the objects visited and how their knowledge becomes storytelling. The tourist destination that is object of study is the karst tourist destination Rammang-Rammang, a place in the Karst mountain cluster Maros-Pangkep Indonesia. This paper will use narration theory as a communication system for creating stories against an object. The results of this study showed that elements are forming the stories Rammang-Rammang as the attraction of ecotourism, namely living culture Rammang-Rammang, mangrove trees, Nipah palm, rivers, boats, karst, caves, Empang and house Traditional Bugis. Tourists can tell stories (myths) from the elements of the stories. Tourists as storytellers against Rammang-Rammang Ecotourism as a media promotion of tourism. Pembangunan dan pengembangan wisata tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemandirian ekonomi daerah. Salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi wisata adalah Desa Kindang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Desa Kindang dianugerahi sumber daya alam yang potensial dan menarik untuk dikembangkan sebagai tujuan wisata seperti sungai batu, pengolahan gula merah, dan perkebunan serta kawasan gunung dan perbukitan. Selain itu, Desa Kindang juga didukung dengan jumlah penduduk usia produktif. Namun, pengembangan sumber daya tersebut belum optimal sehingga pendapatan masyarakat masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman (SWOT) Desa Kindang, kemudian merumuskan model pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (CBT) dengan konsep ekowisata. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan Desa Kindang memiliki potensi internal dan eksternal pariwisata yang dapat dikembangkan dengan konsep ekowisata. Melihat potensi masyarakatnya, pendekatan non-direktif (merujuk pada budaya pariwisata yang telah tertanam di masyarakat) dipilih sebagai dasar pengembangan ekowisata Desa Kidang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku penumpang udara dalam menggunaka Instagram untum memutuskan pemilihan destinasi desa wisata. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer tentang variabel Perilaku penumpang udara pengguna Instagram (15 item), variabel Pemilihan Destinasi desa wisata (6 item). Semua item pernyataan tersebut di atas telah diukur menggunakan Skala Likert. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 267 penumpang udara yang berkunjung ke Desa wisata. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perilaku penumpang udara dalam menggunakan Instagram mempengaruhi dalam memilih destinasi desa wisata sebesar 0,715 atau 71,5%, sedangkan 28,5% adalah sumbangan dari variabel lain yang tidak diketahui dari penelitian ini. Wisatawan melakukan pencarian informasi melalui media sosial Instagram untuk mengetahui berbagai aktivitas dan wisata, seperti wisata alam, sejarah, budaya, edukasi, kuliner yang dapat ditemukan di destinasi desa wisata. Instagram merupakan media yang ideal dalam mempromosikan industri pariwisata di Yogyakarta, karena banyak digunkana oleh masyarakat luas. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa isu yang ada setidaknya mencakup tiga hal yaitu: Pertama, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Kedua, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya lokal. Ketiga, dukungan pemerintah daerah. Adapun tantangan dalam pengembangan kebijakan yaitu sinergitas antar pemangku kepentingan, konsistensi kebijakan dan dukungan anggaran yang memadai. Informan dalam penelitian ini, adalah: (a) Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Toraja Utara; (b) Pemilik (Pengelola) Objek Wisata; (c) Pengunjung (Masyarakat) \u0000Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa program pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Toraja Utara dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pemasaran pariwisata, pengembangan destinasi dan pengembangan kemitraan. Pelaksanaan public private partnership dilakukan melalui penandatangan surat perjanjian kerjasama (MoU) yang mengatur dan menetapkan terkait dengan hak dan kewajiban. Desa Wisata Lebakmuncang, Rawabogo, dan Panundaan merupakan tiga desa yang memainkan peranan penting bagi ekowisata dan perkembangan wisata edukasi di Kecamatan Ciwidey. Keberlanjutan merupakan aspek penting dalam ekowisata, hal ini dikarenakan ekowisata perlu berkontribusi dalam keberlanjutan ekologis, sosial, dan ekonomi. Keberadaan masalah dan tren negatif dapat menyebabkan praktik ekowisata yang tidak berkelanjutan. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi lokasi pengembangan ekowisata berkelanjutan di Kecamatan Ciwidey dengan memperhatikan tiga aspek berkelanjutan yaitu ekologi, sosial, dan ekonomi. Tingkat keberlanjutan kemudian diklasifikasikan menjadi empat kelas yaitu sangat kuat, kuat, lemah, dan sangat lemah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah Desa Rawabogo tergolong kedalam tingkat keberlanjutan sangat lemah. Lalu, seluruh wilayah Desa Panundaan tergolong kedalam tingkat keberlanjutan yang lemah. Desa ini menduduki posisi keempat dalam penghargaan ADWI 2021 dan berhasil meraih Gold Champion dalam Creative Tourism Destination Award 2022 kategori desa digital. Di balik penghargaan tersebut, pengelola desa telah melakukan uji coba pemanfaatan media digital untuk pemasaran dengan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan. Berawal dari desa yang akan digusur karena pembangunan bendungan, desa ini berhasil bertahan dengan berinovasi mengembangkan desa wisata. Kemauan untuk berkembang, inovasi, serta bantuan digitalisasi berhasil meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan tiap tahunnya hingga mencapai 12.764 pengunjung dengan total omzet 259 juta rupiah pada 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses dan bentuk digitalisasi pada Dewi Tinalah sebagai salah satu faktor penunjang resiliensi desa wisata berkelanjutan. Data-data yang dipaparkan merupakan kombinasi data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara dengan pengelola desa wisata, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari analisis penelitian terdahulu, website, media sosial, artikel, dan berita yang dimuat di platform online. Kombinasi data akan dipaparkan secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan case study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terwujudnya digitalisasi di Dewi Tinalah tidak luput dari peran masyarakat lokal serta kolaborasi pentahelix dengan stakeholder. Dari pengembangan dan pelatihan digitalisasi selama bertahun-tahun, Dewi Tinalah telah memiliki SDM terlatih yang mampu melakukan optimalisasi SEO dan membuat konten pemasaran omnichannel di situs web, aplikasi, media chat, serta media sosial.
