Therefore, this study has taken the topic of the importance of morals in married life, especially in realizing a harmonious and lasting family life. By focusing on Dayak Tamambaloh in Santo Martinus Parish, Sintang Diocese. This study aims to explore the values of marriage customs in light of the moral teachings of the Catholic Church. Dayak Tamambaloh views marriage as a lifelong union of a man and a woman that lasts a lifetime. This Tamambaloh Dayak marriage custom is manifested in the prohibition of adultery, the ideal form of marriage that is heterosexual and has children, and the ban on divorce. The marriage custom of the Dayak Tamambaloh is in line with the nature of marriage in the Catholic Church, which is monogamous and indivisible. This phenomenon has shown the Tamambaloh Dayak as an ethnic group that can adapt their lives to the morality and spirituality of the Catholic Church. Conceptual skills provide the capacity to perform effectively under these conditions. Leadership in military organizations in various countries has the same goal, namely to realize the vision and mission of the organization according to its duties, authorities and responsibilities based on the results of state political decisions. This article was compiled based on a literature study using a descriptive qualitative approach as the main writing approach. Leaders are faced with an environment that is constantly changing, complex, and challenging. To lead effectively in today's world, leaders need to improve their understanding and practice of leadership to meet the new challenges coming from all directions with rapid change. Military leaders from top to bottom must be able to deal with the increasing political and cultural complexities. In the era of society 5.0, supervision does not only belong to the Leader but is also carried out by all members of the organization. The ease of technology as well as the challenges of good governance make transparency and openness an instrument. The development of the industrial era is a challenge in itself, as such policymakers inevitably have to be able to prepare themselves to face increasingly complex challenges, internal security and disaster management.-----------AbstrakLingkungan abad ke-21 adalah salah satu dari kompleksitas, ambiguitas, kecepatan, dan perubahan organisasi yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Keterampilan konseptual memberikan kapasitas untuk tampil efektif dalam kondisi ini. Kepemimpinan di Organisasi militer di berbagai negara memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi sesuai tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawabnya berdasar hasil keputusan politik negara. Artikel ini disusun berdasarkan studi literatur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif sebagai pendekatan penulisan utama. Para pemimpin dihadapkan pada lingkungan yang terus berubah, kompleks, dan menantang. Untuk dapat memimpin secara efektif di dunia saat ini, pemimpin perlu meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktek kepemimpinan mereka untuk memenuhi tantangan baru yang menghadang dari segala arah dengan perubahan yang sangat cepat. Pemimpin Militer dari atas ke bawah harus mampu menghadapi peningkatan kompleksitas politik dan budaya dari perang proxy, operasi perdamaian, kehadiran dan keterlibatan ke depan, keamanan internal dan manajemen bencana. Di era masyarakat 5.0, pengawasan bukan hanya menjadi milik Pemimpin namun juga dilakukan oleh seluruh anggota organisasi. This study used qualitative research methods. The survey respondents were the Principal of Inpres Hale Elementary School, Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers, Class VI guardians, parents, students and the community. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, conclusion or verification. The results showed Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers’ role was to embody the value of positive attitudes towards students, such as being polite, and punctual, dressing according to school rules and providing guidance and advice. Non-compliance with school rules, tardiness and truancy, and the influence of school, family, and environmental factors. ---------------AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) dalam membentuk karakter siswa di Sekolah Dasar Inpres Hale, serta tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi guru PPKn dalam membentuk karakter Siswa Sekolah Dasar Inpres Hale. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Responden survei adalah Kepala Sekolah Dasar Inpres Hale, Guru PPKn, wali kelas VI, orang tua, peserta didik dan masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, kesimpulan atau verifikasi. This citizenship shows that citizens have certain rights, duties and responsibilities.. In general, every citizen has full political rights in political activities. Indonesia is a democratic country so every citizen who has citizenship status has the right to participate in political activities. This study aims to analyze the contemporary dynamics of citizenship in Indonesia in the 2020 regional head elections in the Pakpak Bharat Regency. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach model. The results show that voting behavior in the Pakpak Bharat community often negates the sociological approach to choosing someone who can be a nurturing leader. In choosing to build on the element of \"closeness\", closeness can be seen from many sides, including geographical proximity, family closeness, emotional closeness through material gifts or promises, and closeness through information. In addition, the determination of people's choices in local elections is often influenced by factors of ethnicity, religion, clan, and family factors.------------AbstrakKewarganegaraan merupakan adanya hubungan individu dengan negara. Kewarganegaran menunjukan bahwa warga negara memiliki hak, tugas dan tanggung jawab tertentu warga negara. Secara umum bahwa setiap warga negara memiliki hak politik penuh dalam kegiatan politik. Indonesia merupakan negara demokrasi sehingga setiap warga negara yang memiliki status kewarganegaraan memiliki hak untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan politik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kontemporer kewarganegaraan di Indonesia dalam pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2020 di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan model pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perilaku memilih dalam masyarakat Pakpak Bharat sering kali menafikan pendekatan sosiologisme untuk memilih seseorang yang bisa menjadi pemimpin yang mengayomi. How the terrorism and bombing cases that occurred in Indonesia were masterminded by certain religious groups using certain symbols and attributes, giving rise to a negative stigma perspective between male and female students at the University of Riau. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire consisting of five indicators and 19 questions. The data analysis technique in this study was using the Independent Sample T-test with the SPSS version 25 program. After testing the normality of the data with normal data results and testing the homogeneity of variance with homogeneous data results, then hypothesis testing can then be carried out. The results of the hypothesis test are 1,000 and the value of 1,000 > 0.05 (2-tailed < 0.05), then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is no difference in perceptions of terrorist stigma between male and female students at the University of Riau.--------------------AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan studi perbandingan persepsi stigma teroris antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahasiswa perempuan di Universitas Riau. Bagaimana kasus terorisme dan pengeboman yang terjadi di Indonesia didalangi oleh sekelompok oknum agama tertentu dengan menggunakan simbol serta atribut tertentu, sehingga menimbulkan perspektif stigma negatif antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan di Universitas Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner/angket yang terdiri dari lima indikator dan 19 pertanyaan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji analisis Independent Sample T-test dengan program SPSS versi 25. Setelah melakukan uji normalitas data dengan hasil data normal dan uji homogenitas varian dengan hasil data homogen, maka selanjutnya dapat dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil uji hipotesis adalah 1,000 dan nilai 1,000 > 0.05 (2-tailed < 0.05), maka Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. The five precepts include values regarding the One Godhead, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice. The nature of Pancasila is universal, in other words, ideals, goals, and good and true values are contained in Pancasila as a basic value. Pancasila is classified as a philosophy, a view of life, and in a practical sense. Philosophy of Pancasila has a function and role as a guide and guide in attitudes, behaviour and actions in everyday life, in the life order of the nation, society and state for the Indonesian people. The value of Pancasila praxis is used as the basic capital in the development of human resources in the era of society 4.0 which must have a view of life and behaviour that is strong and has character in facing increasingly complex challenges. This paper was written using a qualitative method with a literature study approach that looks at the practical value of Pancasila as the basic capital for developing human resources in the era of society 4.0 in supporting national defence by using the theory of Pancasila philosophy and human resource development.------------AbstrakPancasila memiliki sifat nilai dasar yang dimana hakikat dari kelima sila. Kelima sila tersebut antara lain nilai nilai mengenai Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan, dan keadilan. Sifat dari Pancasila yaitu universal, dengan kata lain, cita-cita, tujuan, serta nilai-nilai yang baik dan bena terkandung dalam Pancasila sebagai nilai dasar. Pancasila digolongkan sebagai filsafat, pandangan hidup, dan dalam arti praktis. Filsafat Pancasila memiliki fungsi dan peranan sebagai pedoman dan pegangan dalam sikap, tingkah laku dan perbuatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dalam tatanan hidup berbangsa, bermasyarakat dan bernegara bagi bangsa Indonesia. Nilai praksis pancasila digunakan sebagai modal dasar dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia di era society 4.0 dimana harus memiliki pandangan hidup dan perilaku yang kuat dan berkarakter dalam menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks. This research used a front-ended prototype studies development approach. The data in this study were collected by: (1) observation guidelines, (2) clinical interview guidelines, (3) questionnaires, (4) document study guidelines, (5) focus groups discussion, and (6) interrater validity factors. Data analysis will be carried out using the EFA and SMART methods combined with SaSHA (satisfication stake holders appraisal) analysis. The online citizen involvement was later referred to as online civic engagement, namely civic engagement activities specifically carried out by digital citizens involving several types of digital media, one of which is social media. This literature study provides a clearer picture of the forms of community interaction through social media that go beyond what is known as “slacktivism”. Education is not only implemented in formal education institutions, but also in the family and amongst the community. This study aims to describe the three-center education strategy in Indonesia for strengthening character education in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, and to obtain an overview of the feasibility of infrastructure in schools that support the implementation of strengthening character education appropriately through this strategy. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted in three junior high schools (SMP) that were piloted for the strengthening of character education in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The research subjects included the students, teachers, education personnel, parents of students, and community leaders. Data collection used interviews, observations, documentation, and a focus group discussion (FGD). Data analysis was performed with the interactive technique of the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the strengthening of character education in schools in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is carried out well through the strategy of three education centers. Three state junior high schools in Bantul, Yogyakarta, namely SMPN 1 Bantul, SMPN 1 Sewon, and SMPN 1 Pandak, have implemented character strengthening for students using the strategy of three education centers appropriately. Many of Indonesia's assets are lost due to corruption. Many state officials were arrested because of it, and new corruption cases kept on rising. Anti-corruption education for college students has become one of the assisting measures in the anti-corruption strategy. Some studies suggest that prevention through education is the most important step to eradicate corruption. This study aimed to examine the role of Civic Education (CE) as an anti-corruption education for students. This study used a qualitative method. Data were collected through literature study, in-depth interviews, and observation. The collected data were then analyzed using Miles Huberman’s interactive model which consists of data collection, data verification, data analysis, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that Civic Education plays a vital role in anti-corruption education for students. In the context of higher education, this course may serve as anti-corruption education. Anti-corruption values should be delivered during the CE learning process. Anti-corruption values consist of honesty, discipline, and compliance.
