The events are activities that belong to a group of formed activities, which should be a part of every tourist destination that aims to have successfully developed tourism. Trips that are primarily focused on visiting certain manifestations are portrayed as tourism of manifestations or event tourism. The manifestations are spatio-temporal phenomena, each unique due to the mutual interaction of place, domiciled inhabitants, tourists, and the managing system, including program and concept. The events that bring tourists to a certain destination can be related to culture, art, sports, entertainment, business, and even politics. The development of a tourist destination is impossible without the development of transport infrastructure. Traffic infrastructure is an integral part of a tourist destination and a condition for the development of all activities and processes in the destination. The attractive factors of the tourist destination itself cannot be successfully valorized if there is no good traffic infrastructure and traffic connections. In fact, the development of traffic contributed to the movement of people and the development of tourism, especially the construction of traffic infrastructure, railways, roads and airports, which have led to modern mass tourism. Improving the quality of traffic in terms of speed and comfort of travel is an extremely important factor in the tourist offer today. Destinations that have quality traffic infrastructure and good traffic connections are more attractive as destinations for tourists. An important prerequisite for the development of tourism in destinations is the development of traffic infrastructure, that is, the position of the destination in relation to the main traffic roads. The development of air traffic and the existence of an airport with flights to emitting markets is one of the important prerequisites for the development of tourism in Serbia. The region around the city of Kraljevo and the Zlatibor district have an extremely good position for the further development of Serbia's tourist offer. The construction of transport infrastructure is the first and decisive factor that affects the growth and development of tourism in a certain tourist destination. Traffic infrastructure extremely strongly defines and directs the economic and tourism development of Serbia. The inclusion of the airports in Kraljevo and Užice, as well as the further inclusion of other smaller airports, especially in those locations that gravitate towards a larger number of cities, will strongly influence the improvement of tourism at the country level. Various factors affect the overall evaluation of guest satisfaction and experience. The aim of the research is to determine whether the experience of the hotel room as a basic hotel product is more important for guest satisfaction, or the feeling that they are recognized by employees as loyal guests and that they receive the treatment they expect. In the literature review, papers that analysed guest satisfaction were referred to. Data used for the research was taken from customer experience platform Medallia1, and then the average score for different categories was analysed from questionnaires that were sent to members of the loyalty program IHG One Rewards after their check out from the hotel during the year 2022. 89 IHG hotels were included in the survey. Guests evaluated overall satisfaction with their stay in the hotel, as well as individual aspects. According to the results of the study both overall guest room experience and loyalty recognition have positive impact on overall experience. Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in this transformation, allowing hotels to provide personalized, efficient, and sustainable experiences that meet the needs of modern travelers. This paper provides an overview of the role and application of AI in the hotel industry, highlighting its benefits and challenges as well as presenting case studies that show how hotels are currently utilizing AI technology. According to the review of literature, AI technology can be used to optimize hotel operations, improve the guest experience, and boost sustainability efforts. However, the use of AI technology in the hotel industry raises concerns about data privacy and security, job displacement, and the need for human supervision to ensure ethical and responsible deployment. Finally, the paper discusses the future directions of AI in the hotel industry, highlighting the emergence of voice technology and augmented reality as potential areas for future innovation. Dining in the Middle Ages was conditioned by social and material status. The way of life in the city and the village differed, and this can easily be established on the basis of their tables. Peasants had to grow their own livestock, grains, fruits and vegetables, while the privileged bought them at the markets or imported them from abroad. The limited availability of products that can be used to prepare meals made the people in the countryside more appreciative of everything they produced, and wasting food was almost unthinkable. The study of food production and methods of preparation and consumption has become interesting to science only in the last few decades - studies of other sociological activities took precedence. The table is a precise indicator of all life circumstances: social status, joys and sorrows, traditions or rituals. In addition, the geographical position of Serbia on the Balkan Peninsula, where the roads between Europe and Asia cross, has resulted in the mixing of different cultures, and thus has influenced the culture of food. The medieval population of Serbia inhabited geographically diverse areas, there were frequent migrations, wars, looting and robbery. Serbia was often affected by droughts and diseases, but marriages were also made between noble families. All that left its mark on Serbian cuisine. The meeting of Oriental and Central European cultures brought variety in the number of foods, their processing and processing, storage methods and customs, as well as table manners. The beginnings of the national cuisine of the Serbs are linked to the Nemanjić dynasty. Each region has a large number of different types of cheese that are specific in their sensory characteristics. In Serbia, the local production of homemade cheeses has a centuries-long tradition and is an important part of the country's culinary heritage. Local cheeses that are produced all over Serbia represent an important part of our country's gastronomic and tourist offer. Knowledge of the sensory characteristics of local cheeses is crucial for the preservation and promotion of these products. Precisely for this reason, the main subject of this paper is the sensory evaluation of four local cheeses from the Pčinj district, in the south of Serbia. Sensory evaluation of quality was carried out by trained tasters, who had the task of evaluating the potential they have for the development of the gastronomic and tourist offer of this region. Four different types of cheese, with different tastes, smells and structures, were selected for the research. Novi Sad, the second largest city in Serbia, on the Pannonian plain, is known for its extremely rich history and cultural heritage. The museum complex named \"Museum of the City of Novi Sad\" was founded in 1954 and includes: the main or central building of the museum, the Collection of Foreign Art, the Memorial Collection of Jovan Jovanović Zmaj and the Meat Collection of Sremski Karlovac. The main goal of the work is to present the tourist offer of the Museum, and to determine its positive and negative cultural-historical values through tourism valorization using the qualitative-quantitative method and SWOT analysis, and thus to point out the potential that this institution can have in the development of tourism. To sell its services, the travel agency enters into legal relations with its clients as well as with other travel agencies and organizations. It produces numerous legal consequences with its operations. Normative regulation of their establishment and business is necessary for legal certainty. The Law on Tourism of the Republic of Serbia precisely defines the procedure for establishing tourist agencies as well as the conditions that a tourist agency must fulfill if it wants to do business. At the same time, it should satisfy all the conditions in the business itself that arise from other legal acts related to business and the economy.
