The hospital must know the extent of patient satisfaction with the services provided by the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine patient expectations for the services received and find out what are the priority improvements to improve the quality of service at Pirngadi Hospital. The method used in this study is the servqual approach combined with fuzzy theory so that the measurement of perceptions and expectations of patients can be measured accurately. The highest gap value is the reliability dimension of -28,17. Thus it can be seen that the reliability dimension is a concern to be able to improve the quality of service especially in ways and attitudes of health workers in serving patients which has the highest gap value of -31,25 of all question variables.","PeriodicalId":31699,"journal":{"name":"JMPM Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136017090","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study shows the control of raw material inventory in a production to get the optimal level of inventory. The just in time (JIT) method reduces the amount of inventory so that it can reduce costs as efficiently as possible. Inventory control with the just in time (JIT) method is the development of the economic order quantity (EOQ) method by reducing shipping lots. Based on this research, it is known that with the same data, using just in time (JIT) the costs incurred are smaller than the costs incurred previously. Costs previously incurred were Rp. 14,019,680.00 using economic order quantity (EOQ) the costs incurred were Rp. 8,497,593,00 while using just in time (JIT) the costs incurred were Rp. 3,800,239, 00 From these results it can be seen that with the just in time (JIT) method the production costs incurred are more efficient. The solution using the just in time (JIT) method is done with the help of MATLAB software.","PeriodicalId":31699,"journal":{"name":"JMPM Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135050668","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Baik buruknya pelayanan keperawatan dapat dikatakan sangat berkaitan dengan baik buruknya sistem penjadwalan kerja. Sebagaimana terlihat pada sistem penjadwalan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sumatera Utara dimana pada awalnya hanya mengandalkan kemampuan kepala perawat untuk membuat penjadwalan secara manual sehingga terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu ketidakseimbangan jadwal dan timbulnya kecemburuan di antara perawat yang mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan solusi dalam mengatasi masalah penjadwalan manual dengan menerapkan model nonpreemptive goal programming yang dapat menyusun jadwal perawat berdasarkan pertimbangan aturan rumah sakit (kendala utama) dan preferensi perawat (kendala tambahan). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah goal programming dimana aturan-aturan penjadwalan dimodelkan dalam bentuk persamaan dan pertidaksamaan matematika untuk diselesaikan dengan model nonpreemptive goal programming melalui proses komputasi menggunakan software LINGO 18.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya jadwal yang optimal untuk periode waktu 31 hari kerja sesuai dengan aturan rumah sakit dan preferensi perawat dengan meminimalkan variabel deviasi pada ketiga kendala tujuan.","PeriodicalId":31699,"journal":{"name":"JMPM Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135214971","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The path taken is usually only a path that is memorized and is considered the shortest and optimal. The journey from one location to another by considering the shortest path is included in the problem of graph theory. To determine the shortest path to be traversed, you can use the Ant Colony algorithm, because it is optimal in determining short distances and can measure the minimum accumulated travel time close to optimal. This is a Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) problem, which is visiting all location points starting from the starting point and ending at the starting point again. This research was conducted on oil palm plantations of PT. Socfindo Bangun Bandar in fertilizer distribution. The sample used is 6 location points which are then solved using the Ant Colony algorithm where this algorithm adopts the workings of ants to get the shortest route. The use of the Ant Colony algorithm in this case is limited to one cycle or one iteration (NC=1) so that the best route is obtained while the first cycle is the fertilizer warehouse (V1) to block 55 (V4) then block 63 (V6) to block 61 (V5) then block 51 (V2) to block 52 (V3) and back again to the fertilizer warehouse (V1), and from this route can be modified again to the opposite route with a distance of 15.71 km. Because the resulting distance is shorter than the usual route, this can speed up the time used by trucks to distribute fertilizer so that trucks can be used by workers to transport harvested palm fruit.","PeriodicalId":31699,"journal":{"name":"JMPM Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82250973","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One form of online defense that is carried out at SMPN 3 Sungaipuh is learning mathematics using the Photomath application. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation and constraints encountered in learning Mathematics using the photomath application. This type of research use a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that in implementing Mathematics learning assisted by the photomath application in solving Mathematics problems can be done in 4 stages, namely: (1) The planning stage, which starts from the stage in recognizing the photomath application and downloading it on the teacher's and students' android. (2) The stage of implementing the photomath application, which is the stage that starts from writing questions, taking photos and scanning questions, answering questions and solving steps in the photomath application, copying questions, working on practice questions, and evaluation/assessment, (3) Evaluation results Mathematics learning with the help of the photomath application has been going well as seen from the 20 grade VIII students of SMPN 3 Sungai Full who managed to solve the problems well as many as 15 people. (4) Constraints/weaknesses in using the photomath application are difficult for students who do not have an Android which will make students only copy answers.
