Because ELF inverter is of high power level and operates at extremely low-frequency range lower than 30Hz even at 0.1 Hz, it requires relatively high reliability to ensure long-term stable operation. Since the operation frequency of ELF inverter is of extremely low-frequency, the reliability evaluation of switching devices in common cases will not be applicable. This paper analyzes the instantaneous power loss of switching devices over time at different ELF operation frequency under 1kW. Based on switching devices thermal model, the variation of junction temperature over time at different ELF operation frequency is obtained and verified by simulation results. Lifetime of switching devices at different ELF operation frequency is evaluated using Coffin-Manson-Arrhenius model. In order to balance the quality and rate of communication, both sides of the communication tend to use different codes depending on the channel conditions. Therefore, the blind recognition technology of encoders is receiving increasing attention. At present, the blind recognition methods for Low Density Parity Check codes has been extensively studied. However, most of these methods require accurate estimation of the channel and are therefore limited to specific application scenarios. In this paper, we propose a method for blind recognition of Low Density Parity Check codes using convolutional neural networks. This approach is more flexible than the existing methods and can therefore be quickly deployed to new systems. In nonhomogeneous clutter environments, dense interference will impact the estimation accuracy of the clutter covariance matrix, resulting in failure of moving target detection. To cope with this problem, this paper proposes a moving target detection algorithm for airborne radar based on fuzzy mathematics and signal sparse recovery technology. The proposed algorithm calculates the sparse recovery coefficient vectors of training snapshots firstly, and then uses the appropriate membership function to process the matrix which is consist of these vectors. The clutter components in coefficient vector are selected according to membership function, and clutter covariance matrix are estimation subsequently. By comparing and analyzing clutter space-time spectrum, clutter suppression performance, and moving target detection performance, it can be found that the proposed algorithm improves the moving target detection performance. The HVTFET has a multilayer structure. Compared with FinFETs and GAAs, the HVTFET provides a new method to effectively overcome the DIBL effect of the small-size IC. The channel length Lch of HVTFET is determined by the thickness of the epitaxial channel region, so the Lch can be reduced greatly, therefore the operating frequency of the HVTFET can be greatly increased. The HVTFET can achieve higher Vdd by increasing the length of the low-doped drain region or reducing its doping concentration. The 7nm HVTFET simulation model has been established by using Sentaurus TCAD and it can work normally. The patch antenna contains three shorting pins that are loaded to generate extra modes, i.e., zero mode, thereby combining with other TM modes and realizing wide bandwidth. The simulated results show that the antenna has a wide relative bandwidth of 41.63% in the millimeter Wave frequency band from 23.95 GHz to 36.54 GHz with the antenna gain varying from 6.1 dBi to 7.0 dBi. Moreover, a $4times 2$ array is also proposed and simulated. In this paper, the performance of common pilot-aided synchronization method is studied for high-speed mobile transmission, and its anti-Doppler ability is analyzed in theory. Firstly, the models of strong high-speed mobile channel and pilot-aided synchronization in satellite communication are established, and then the correlation peak is calculated when the received pilot matches the local pilot. Further, we derive the mathematical relationship between the pilot length, symbol rate, and the maximum anti-Doppler frequency offset, and simultaneously analyze the ability of different methods to resist channel noise. The main idea is to complete the data screening process by using time series metrological big data, that is, to preprocess the data. On the basis, a topology identification method based on existing data analysis is found. This method takes the transformation of distance measurement into probability measurement as the precondition. Firstly, it completes the measurement between data points in high-dimensional space, secondly, it completes the measurement between data points in low dimensional space, and finally establishes the correlation between the two measures to complete the mapping process from high-dimensional spatial data to low dimensional spatial data. By identifying the topological characteristics of the data set itself, it measures the number of data points. Therefore, satellite channel modeling is very important for the design of satellite communication system. The traditional satellite channel model generally assumes that the angle of arrival (AOA) of incident wave obeys uniform distribution on $[0,2pi]$. However, this assumption is only applicable to the terrestrial channel with significant multipath effect, but does not conform to the satellite channel with open receiving environment, which leads to the low precision of the model. In this paper, a modified sum of sinusoidal (SOS) algorithm with Laplacian AOA is proposed to simulate the S-band satellite channel model. Finally, the accuracy of the model is verified by the actual channel measurement. For a given controller placement scheme, if a link fails, the control path between the switch and the controller may change, which may cause drastic fluctuations in the control latency. In order to avoid sharp increases in control latency caused by the link failure, we propose a mathematical model for link failure foresight controller placement (LFFCPP) in this paper. The objective of LFFCPP model is to minimize the control latency fluctuation in the case of a link failure. We test the performance of LFFCPP with and without link failure. Simulation results show that LFFCPP performs better than K-center and CRP in the case of a link failure, and closes to K-center in link failure free case. The neural network pruning technology can remove a large number of redundant parameters in the network, theoretically, which reduces the amount of parameter storage and calculation. However, there are two problems in deploying sparse neural network algorithms on existing embedded hardware platforms: one is that using the existing coding to store sparse neural network parameters will increase additional memory access overhead; the other is the decoding process of sparse model is highly complex, which increases the amount of calculation. To solve the two problems, this paper proposes Dynamic ELL encoding format to represent the sparse weight matrix for pruning neural network. This new coding combines the advantages of the ELL encoding and relative indexing, which compromises the storage overhead and decoding overhead. The sparse MLP that uses dynamic ELL encoding storage is deployed on a SoC built on a RISC-V processor.
